其次，在學(xué)校方面，一些高校的課程設(shè)置不合理，無(wú)法適應(yīng)社會(huì)對(duì)人才的需求；同時(shí)，畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)以及服務(wù)工作也需要完善。
