副詞的位置

1.修飾形容詞和其他副詞時，一般位于被修飾詞之前

Eg:Hewalkedtoofast.

Shecriedsoloudly.

2.用來修飾整個句子，表示說話人的看法、態(tài)度、評論或估價時，通常用逗號與句中的其

他成分隔開

Eg:Luckily,thelittleboywassavedbythefiremen.

副詞的比較等級

1.原級比較：用于兩者程度相同的比較

⑴原級比較的句型結構

①在肯定句中用“as+原級副詞+as”的結構，表示前后兩者的情況一樣

Eg:TomrunsasfastasPeter.

②在否定句中用“not...so/as+原級副詞+as”的結構，表示前者不如后者

Eg:Shecan'tspeakEnglishas/sofluentlyasyou.

(2)只能修飾原級的詞：very,so,too,quite等

Eg:Hegotupsoearlythathecaughtthefirstbus.

Itrainedquiteheavilylastnight.

2.比較級和最高級的構成

⑴規(guī)則變化

構成原級比較級最高級

一般在詞尾加-er,-estfastfasterfastest

以“輔音字母+y”結

尾的詞，將y變?yōu)閕earlyearlierearliest

再加-er,-est

部分雙音節(jié)詞和多音slowlymoreslowlymostslowly

節(jié)詞在詞前加more,

most

(2)不規(guī)則變化

3.比較級的用法

(1)用于修飾比較級的詞：much,far,byfar,still,even,no,any,alot,alittle,abit,agreatdeal,

rather,twice,twothirds等

Eg:Youlookevenyoungerthanbefore.

Thelighttravelsmuchfasterthanthesound.

⑵句型結構

①比較級+than

Eg:Hesangbetterthanme.

②比較級+and+比較級

Eg:Hedrovemoreandmorecarefully.

③the+比較級the+比較級

Eg:Theharderyoupractice,thebetteryou'lllearn.

4.最高級的用法

句型結構：“the+副詞最高級+表示范圍的詞組或從句”，最高級前的定冠詞the可省略。

Eg:Leoruns(the)fastestinhisclass.

Fiatplaysbasketball(the)bestoftheboys.

易錯考點

(1)toomuch和muchtoo

①to。much表示“太多”，修飾不可數名詞或動詞

Eg:Don'teattoomuch.

Therearetoomuchwateronthefloor.

②muchtoo表示“太，非?！保揎椥稳菰~或副詞

Eg:Hewasmuchtoohungrysothatheate5hamburgers.

Itsnowedmuchtooheavilyyesterday.

(2)enough的位置

①enough作副詞時，置于被修飾的形容詞或副詞之后

Eg:Ifyou'regoodenough,youwillbepraised.

②enough作形容詞時，置于被修飾的名詞之前

Eg:Wecan'taffordthecarbecausewedon/thaveenoughmoney.

(3)hard和hardly

①hard既可作副詞也可作形容詞。做副詞時，意為“努力地，猛烈地，沉重地”等;

作形容詞時，意為“堅硬的，困難的，冷酷的”等。

Eg:Studentsshouldstudyhard.

Theproblemishardtosolve.

②hardly為副詞，意為“幾乎不，幾乎沒有”。

Eg:Icanhardlybelieveit.

(4)兼有兩種形式的副詞

與形容詞同形的副詞表示具體意義，帶-ly的副詞表示抽象意義，如：close和closely,

deep和deeply,high和highly等

Eg:Marystoodclosetohermother.

Therainstormbroughtpeopleclosely.

Theplayercanjumpveryhigh.

Theyspeakhighlyofthefilm.

(5)too,aswell,also,either

①to。和aswell一般用于肯定句和疑問句中，常放句尾。to。前可用逗號與句子其他

成分隔開，aswell一般不可以。

Eg:Mycousinlikescountrymusic,andIlikeit,too.

StancanspeakEnglishandhecanspeakFrenchaswell.

②also主要用于肯定句和疑問句，常放句中。

Eg:Benwasn'ttheonlyonewhoknewtheaccident.Ialsoknewit.

③either用于否定句和否定疑問句中，常放句尾。

Eg:Ican'tswimandmymothercan'teither.
