畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)外文文獻(xiàn)翻譯專業(yè)計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)生姓名班級(jí)學(xué)號(hào)指導(dǎo)教師信息工程學(xué)院Withtherapiddevelopmentofeconomyandscienceandtechnology,acceleratingtheprocessofinformation.Withthedevelopmentofcomputerperformancecontinuestoimprove,pricescontinuedtodecline,thecomputerhasbeeninhospitalmedicalcare,teaching,scientificresearch,managementeachaspecthasbeenusedmoreandmorewidely.However,ourcountryispartofthehospitalinformationprocessingstayinmanualmode,highlaborintensityandlowworkefficiency,alotoftimedoctorsandnursesandmanagersareconsumedintheroutinework,patientwaitingtimeislong,andthecoursemore,affectsthemedicalorder.Computerizedhospitalinformationsystemhasbecomeamodernhospitaloperationessentialinfrastructureandtechnicalsupportenvironment.Outpatientregistrationsystemisthefirstwindowofthehospitalmanagementinformationsystem,itisthefirstjobofpatientstothehospitaltodo.Itisusedtocollecttheinformationofthepatient,coordinationdepartmentdoctormanagement,controloftheDepartmentoftrafficandsoon.TheonlinehospitalappointmentsystemisakindofnewregistrationsystembasedonInternet,isoneofbasichealthinformationconstruction.Theappointmentsystem,userscanonlinebookingHospitalexperts,specializednumber,withoutanyqueuingsuffering.Itcanbetterimprovethehospitalenvironment,simplifiedconsultationprocess,savethehospitalizingtime,trulyreflectsthepatientasthecenter,allstartingfromtheconvenienceofpatients,thehospitalofwarmthandhumanityserviceconcept.Atpresent,theoutpatientisalwaysacomplexlinktoimprovethequalityofservicebythehospital,especiallythemedicallevelhigh,largeoutpatienthospital,causedbyfactorsdifficulttoimprovethequalityofoutpatientservicemainlyhastwoaspects:Ononehand,centralizedregistration(hierarchicalnowpopularregistrationisrelativelyasmallercentralizedregistration,medicalpersonnelflowuneven,withuncertainty,hasobvioustreatmentpeaksandvalleys(differenttimeperiodsinthehospitaloutpatientservicetimeandthesamedepartment).Thepeakofpatientregistrationqueuelength,thetreatmenttimeislong,thedoctoracquaintanceplugphenomenon,environmentcrowded,thedoctortimeisshort,notcarefully,poorattitude.Thelowperiod,nopatientdoctor,block,awasteofresourcesforhospital.Ontheotherhandthenumberofexperts(especiallyfamousexpert)difficulttohang,inverted,thephenomenonofspeculation,seriousdamagetotheinterestsofthepatient,affectthereputationofahospital.Theregisteronlinebooking,caneffectivelysolvethisphenomenon,througheffectiveauthentication,putanendtospeculation,expertsonthephenomenon,toimprovethequalityofoutpatientserviceinhospital,andachievedgoodsocialandeconomicbenefits.Inaddition,thepatienttonotunderstandtheinformationbeforehospitaltohospital,tohangaspecialistalsodonotunderstand,canrelyontheexperienceandimpressionofchoice,hasgreatblindness.Andwhenthehospitalopenedonlineregistrationbookingservice,consumersonlyneedtositathome,gentlymouseclicks,youcanhangonthehospitalexpertoutpatientservice,canremainwithindoors"doctorsselected".Onlinebookingisquietlychangingurbanpatientsmedicalconcepts.Hasthedoctorrelativelyfixedandhabits,makeanappointmenttoseethedoctor,willnotbefaraway,sowillbemorewidelyapplied.Thehospitalappointmentregistrationsystemisanimportantreformmeasurestothepatientasthecentertocarryoutmedicalservice,isofgreatsignificancetofacilitatethemassestoseedoctors,improvemedicalservicelevel.Hospitalimplementationofreservationservice,helpthepatientstomedicalconsultation,advancearrangementsformedicaltreatmentplan,reducethewaitingtime,butalsotoimprovehospitalmanagementlevel,improvetheefficiencyandqualityofcare,reducethemedicalrisk.Atpresent,therearemanyimplementationofreservationserviceofdomestichospitals,andrelatedservicesin,buttherearedefectsinmanyaspectsofthestandardizationofthesystem,managementsystem,useconvenient,andevensomeindividualsorgroupsasasourceofhugeprofits.Therefore,reservationservicenotonlyconvenientpatient,enhancethemanagementlevelofhospital,incontrast,isoffformanypatientsandhospitalstaff.Inordertoregulateandpromotethereservationservice,theMinistryofHealthannouncedonitsofficialwebsiteissued"onpublichospitalimplementationofreservationserviceopinion(Draft)",requestedinthepromotionofhospitalclinicappointmentworkatthesametime,toimprovetheunderstandingof,reservationserviceworktostrengthenthereservationserviceworkmanagement,anddotherelevantworkoftheorganization.Registrationsystemincludestelephone,Internet,mobilephoneautomaticregistrationcomputerInternet,mobilephoneshortmessage,self-servicebookingengineandmanyotherhealthbrigadehospitalappointmentbookingchannels,patientscanaccordingtotheirownhabits,chooseanyoneofthechannelsfortheoperation.In2009,theMinistryofHealthissuedninety-fifthdocuments,orderedthatthepublichospitalinallthreehospitalstocarryoutthereservationservices,andshallnotcarryoutthechargetotheappointmentofpatientsandsocialintermediaryregistrationservice.Sometimeago,aconduitcompanywithoutpermission.ShanghaiHongciChildren'sHospital,doctoraltutorforaShanghaipatients,thehospitalrefused,butduetothelackofgood,Chinaexpertresourcestoday,hasstoppedchargingregistrationserviceisinmakeonlysuperficialchanges,so-called"healthaccompaniedbagmember"formtocontinuetoflourish,occupationofshortageresourcesbelongingtothefreeplatform."Wewillassoonaspossibletoterminatethecooperation."Famoushospitaloutpatientofficeresponsiblepersonsaid,tothischargewebsitesourceforthetotalnumberofsource10-20%.Thehospitaltoldreporters,plantheperfectplatforminmedicalappointments,puttotheintermediaryfeenumbersourcegraduallyback.Telephoneappointment,theMinistryofhealth09yearsbegantoalllargeandmedium-sizedhospitalsshouldbetelephoneappointmentsystem,mainlyfortheconvenienceofolder,orarenotfamiliarwithcomputeroperationinelderlypatients.Theycancallthehotlineappointment,bycustomerservicepersonneltoassistinitsregistration,andmakeanappointment.ComputerInternetbooking,computerisbecomingincreasinglypopular,mostfamilieshaveinstalledcomputer.Networkmainlyforappointmentofyoungpatients.ThesepatientsoftenhavemasteredcomputerInternetbasicskills,soitisconvenientforonlinebooking.Mobilephoneonlinebooking,mainlyfortemporarilyawayfromthecomputerorbusinessbusypatients,aslongashetookouthismobilephonetolightaccordingtoakey,accesstotheWAPregistrationwebsite,canquicklycompletethereservation.MobilephoneSMSbooking,thebookingchannelsandmobilephoneInternetbookinghospital,areaimedattemporarilyawayfromthecomputerorbusinessbusypatients,usersneedtosendtextmessagestospecificinstructionstothereservationcenter,canbequicklycompleted.Self-makeanappointmentbookingmachine,theregistrationoffice,theoutpatientservicehallandothersignificantpositioninthehospitalputthismachine,withgreatconvenienceinthehospitaldirectlyinthehospitalcanmakeanappointmentnexttime.Ifthepatientisnottoofamiliarwithitsuse,alsocanletthesite'sappointmentguidancememberassist.Thecharacteristicofthesystem,astandardinterfacemode,theappointmentofcommunicationsystemandhospitalsystem;twokindsofmechanismstoensuretheeffectofappointmentsystemfrommaliciousoperation;threestandardized,automatedreservationprocessing,ensurefairappointmentservice;morethanfourchannelreservationmode,suitableforalllevels,differentagesomepeople;fivedoctorsscheduleinformationtimelyandaccurately,withoutoperationandtransferofartificial;sixhospitalclasses,processstoppedtreatment,protectionoftherightsofpatients,reducemedicaldisputescausedby;sevenappointmentautomaticprocessingandon-siteregistration,ensuretheydon'tconflict;eightkindsofmechanismstoensurethatthedoctorsignalsourceisnotaffected,patientswithlatedate.InternettherapiddevelopmentofInternettechnologyhasalsobroughtthedevelopmentofallsectorsofsociety.Itsdevelopmenthasdeepintoeverycornerofsociety.Asthefrontiertechnologyandsocialdevelopment,allwalksoflifeaslongastheuseofitsreasonable,willbringgreatconvenience.ThesuccessfulapplicationofInternetwillbringinfiniteconvenienceforthemedicalcause.Inthetraditionalhospitalregistrationprocess,informationprocessingstayinmanualmode,highlaborintensityandlowworkefficiency,alotoftimedoctorsandnursesandmanagersareconsumedintheroutinework,patientwaitingtimeislong,theeffectofthemedicalorder,butalsodelaythepatient'scondition.Andtheresearchdirectionofthisdissertationisthedevelopmentandimplementationofhospitalregistrationwebsite.ThesystemusesaB/Sstructureplatformbasedonwideareanetwork,havemorescopethanC/S,withmorevividandexpressivewaytocommunicatewithusers.Thedesignframeworkofthesystemisalreadymature,secureSSH(Struts+Spring+Hibernate)framework,theimplementationofthesystemismoreconvenientandsecure.WebpageusingJSPtechnology,ithasexcellentportabilityofthesystem,atthesametimewiththepopularXMLtechnologycanbeagoodintegration,dataandMYSQLpowerfuldatabasesupport,establishedaJSPtechniqueinkeystatusinthenetworkapplicationdevelopmentsystem.ItmakesourWebpagemorevivid,expressive.Thisgraduationdesignanddevelopmentofhospitalappointmentsystem,thesystemisdesignedtosolvethemajorityofpatientsregisteredtothisproblem.Patientsthroughthiswebsitecanbefoundquicklytargetedinlinewiththeneedsoftheirowndoctorsappointment.WiththerapiddevelopmentofInternet,Internetusershavebeengrowingexponentially,therehavebeenputintouseinmanyhospitalonlineregistrationsystem.Itisunderstood,theappointmentisquitepopularinforeigncountries.Inwesterncountries,patientsneedtomakeanappointment.Withthefurtherpromotionofpreregistration,moreandmoredomestichospitalsalsorealizereservationserviceInthesavetime,reducemedicaltriageofpatients,pressureontheroleofhospital.Itisunderstood,althoughtherearemanydifficulties,butinthepracticeofappointmentortoprovidealotofgoodpracticesinhospitalsacrossthecountry.GuangdongGeneralHospitalin2004adoptedasetofrelativelycompleteappointmentsystem,threeappointments,inaccordancewiththepopularityrankingaccordingto:telephone,on-site,network,respectivelyaccountedfor50%,40%,makeanappointmentin10%.InFujian,aprovincewidecall12320Hercynianhealthhotline,expertscanmakeanappointmenttotheFujianProvince-ownedHospitalin5hospitals,chargingonlybythecitychargesstandard,donotcollectanyinformationservicefee.InBeijing,theGeneralHospitalofPLA(three,ahospital)intherecentlyopenedaspecialnightoutpatientservicetelephoneappointment66936619(nobookingfee),caneasilyaboutexpertsinvariousdepartments,openingsoonseeresults,ithasbeensuccessfullydivertedapproximately1/3ofpatients.Inaddition,thehospitalalsoopenedmobilephoneregisteredfunction,patientsneedonlysendtextmessagescanbeanappointment.Thepatientsaccordingtothesystemprompt,enterthename,gender,age,address,billing,visitingcard,anappointmenttime,reservation,booking,reservationdepartmentprojectphysiciansandothercontent,thesystemwillbeaccordingtotheout-patientdepartmentsprovideforappropriatetreatment,patientsqueuingorregistrationsuggestion.Infrontofapatientthedaybefore,visittheday,visitinghours,beforeseeingadoctorfor5minutes,thesystemwillbeintheformoftextmessagestoinformthepatientrepeatedly.Ifyoucan'tvisitpatients,bysendingtextmessages,agreedtobyadoctorornurse,alsocanbetwotimes.隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)與科學(xué)技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,信息化的進(jìn)程不斷加快。隨著計(jì)算機(jī)性能不斷提高,價(jià)格不斷下降,計(jì)算機(jī)已在醫(yī)院醫(yī)療,教學(xué),科研,管理的各個(gè)方面得到越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用。然而,我國(guó)還有部分醫(yī)院的信息處理停留在手工方式,勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大且工作效率低,醫(yī)師護(hù)士和管理人員的大量時(shí)間都消耗在事務(wù)性工作上,病人排隊(duì)等候時(shí)間長(zhǎng),輾轉(zhuǎn)過程多,影響了醫(yī)療的秩序。計(jì)算機(jī)化的醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)已成為現(xiàn)代化醫(yī)院運(yùn)營(yíng)必不可少的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施與技術(shù)支撐環(huán)境。門診掛號(hào)系統(tǒng)是整個(gè)醫(yī)院管理信息系統(tǒng)的第一個(gè)窗口,是病人到醫(yī)院就診要做的第一項(xiàng)工作。它用于收集病人的信息,協(xié)調(diào)科室醫(yī)生管理,控制各科室的流量等等。醫(yī)院網(wǎng)上預(yù)約掛號(hào)系統(tǒng)是一種基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的新型掛號(hào)系統(tǒng),是衛(wèi)生信息化建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)的項(xiàng)目之一。利用該預(yù)約掛號(hào)系統(tǒng),用戶就可以在網(wǎng)上預(yù)約醫(yī)院的專家、專科號(hào),而無須再受排隊(duì)之苦。它能更好的改善就醫(yī)環(huán)境,簡(jiǎn)化就醫(yī)環(huán)節(jié),節(jié)約就醫(yī)時(shí)間,真正體現(xiàn)了以病人為中心,一切從方便患者出發(fā),符合當(dāng)今醫(yī)院人性化溫馨服務(wù)的理念。目前,門診一直是困擾醫(yī)院提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量的一個(gè)復(fù)雜環(huán)節(jié),特別是醫(yī)療水平高、門診量大的醫(yī)院,而造成門診質(zhì)量難以提高的因素主要有兩方面:一方面集中式掛號(hào)(現(xiàn)在流行的分層掛號(hào)只是相對(duì)而言一個(gè)范圍較小的集中式掛號(hào),就診人員流量不均、具有不確定性,有明顯的就診高峰和低谷(表現(xiàn)在整個(gè)醫(yī)院不同門診時(shí)間段及同科室的不同時(shí)間段)。高峰期病人掛號(hào)排隊(duì)長(zhǎng),就診時(shí)間長(zhǎng),醫(yī)生熟人插號(hào)現(xiàn)象,環(huán)境擁擠混亂,醫(yī)生問診時(shí)間短、不仔細(xì)、態(tài)度差。而低谷期,醫(yī)生無病人看、溜號(hào),醫(yī)院資源浪費(fèi)。另一方面專家號(hào)(特別是名專家號(hào))難掛,出現(xiàn)倒號(hào)、炒號(hào)現(xiàn)象,嚴(yán)重?fù)p害病人利益,影響到醫(yī)院的聲譽(yù)。而采用網(wǎng)上預(yù)約掛號(hào),可有效的解決這一現(xiàn)象,還通過有效的身份驗(yàn)證,杜絕倒、炒專家號(hào)的現(xiàn)象,提高醫(yī)院門診服務(wù)質(zhì)量,取得良好的社會(huì)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。此外,病人到醫(yī)院就診前對(duì)醫(yī)院的相關(guān)信息了解不多,對(duì)所要掛的??漆t(yī)生的情況又不太了解,只能憑經(jīng)驗(yàn)和印象進(jìn)行選擇,具有較大的盲目性。而當(dāng)醫(yī)院開通網(wǎng)上掛號(hào)預(yù)約服務(wù)以后,求醫(yī)者只需坐在家中,輕點(diǎn)兒下鼠標(biāo),就可以掛上醫(yī)院專家門診號(hào),可以做到“足不出戶選醫(yī)生”。網(wǎng)上預(yù)約正悄然改變著都市求醫(yī)者的看病觀念。擁有相對(duì)固定的個(gè)人醫(yī)生和習(xí)慣,預(yù)約看病,將不再遙遠(yuǎn),所以應(yīng)用必將越來越廣泛。醫(yī)院預(yù)約掛號(hào)系統(tǒng)是以病人為中心開展醫(yī)療服務(wù)的重要改革措施,對(duì)于方便群眾就醫(yī)、提高醫(yī)療服務(wù)水平具有重大意義。醫(yī)院施行預(yù)約診療服務(wù),有利于患者進(jìn)行就醫(yī)咨詢,提前安排就醫(yī)計(jì)劃,減少候診時(shí)間,也有利于醫(yī)院提升管理水平,提高工作效率和醫(yī)療質(zhì)量,降低醫(yī)療安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。當(dāng)前,國(guó)內(nèi)有許多實(shí)施預(yù)約診療服務(wù)的醫(yī)院,以及從事相關(guān)服務(wù)的公司,但在系統(tǒng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、管理的制度化、使用的方便化等許多方面都存在缺陷,甚至部分個(gè)人或團(tuán)體以此作為巨額利潤(rùn)的源泉。為此,預(yù)約診療服務(wù)不僅沒有方便病人就診、提升醫(yī)院管理水平,相反,還為許多病人和醫(yī)院工作者所反感。為了規(guī)范和推動(dòng)預(yù)約診療服務(wù),衛(wèi)生部日前在其官方網(wǎng)站發(fā)布了《關(guān)于在公立醫(yī)院施行預(yù)約診療服務(wù)工作的意見(征求意見稿)》,要求在推動(dòng)醫(yī)院開展預(yù)約診療工作的同時(shí),提高對(duì)預(yù)約診療服務(wù)工作的認(rèn)識(shí)、加強(qiáng)對(duì)預(yù)約診療服務(wù)工作的管理、并認(rèn)真做好相關(guān)組織工作。健康之旅醫(yī)院預(yù)約掛號(hào)系統(tǒng)包含電話自動(dòng)掛號(hào)、電腦上網(wǎng)、手機(jī)上網(wǎng)、手機(jī)短信、自助預(yù)約機(jī)等多種預(yù)約渠道,患者可根據(jù)自身習(xí)慣,選擇任何一種渠道完成預(yù)約操作。2009年,衛(wèi)生部發(fā)布第95號(hào)文件,明令規(guī)定公立醫(yī)院中的所有三級(jí)醫(yī)院都要開展預(yù)約診療服務(wù),并且不得與社會(huì)中介機(jī)構(gòu)開展向患者收取費(fèi)用的預(yù)約掛號(hào)服務(wù)。前段時(shí)間,一家中介公司未經(jīng)允許為上海一名病人預(yù)約了上海鴻慈兒童醫(yī)院的博士導(dǎo)師,受到該院拒絕,但由于中國(guó)好專家資源缺乏,時(shí)至今日,明令叫停的收費(fèi)掛號(hào)服務(wù)卻在改頭換面后,打著所謂“健康隨行包會(huì)員”的形式繼續(xù)大行其道,侵占著本該屬于免費(fèi)預(yù)約平臺(tái)的緊缺資源。“我們會(huì)盡快終止合作。”知名醫(yī)院的門診辦負(fù)責(zé)人紛紛表示,向這一收費(fèi)網(wǎng)站提供的專家號(hào)源約占總號(hào)源的10-20%。有醫(yī)院向記者表示,計(jì)劃在醫(yī)聯(lián)預(yù)約平臺(tái)完善后,把放給收費(fèi)中介的號(hào)源逐步收回來。電話預(yù)約掛號(hào),國(guó)家衛(wèi)生部規(guī)定09年開始所有大中型醫(yī)院都要陸續(xù)上電話預(yù)約掛號(hào)系統(tǒng),主要為了方便年紀(jì)較大,或不熟悉電腦操作的中老年患者。他們可以撥打熱線電話預(yù)約掛號(hào),由客服人員協(xié)助其注冊(cè)、及預(yù)約。電腦上網(wǎng)預(yù)約,電腦日益普及,絕大多數(shù)家庭都安裝了電腦。網(wǎng)絡(luò)預(yù)約方式主要針對(duì)中青年的患者。這些患者大都掌握了電腦上網(wǎng)的基本操作技能,因而能很方便的進(jìn)行上網(wǎng)預(yù)約。
