久米設(shè)計5.CooperativeUnits:KabuskikiKaisha,JiumiDesigner6、幕墻設(shè)計顧問:邁進(jìn)外墻工程設(shè)計(香港)有限公司6.ConsultantoftheDesigningMeinhardtFacadeTechnology(HongKong)7、工料測量師:威寧謝中國有限公司MaterialMeasurementUnitr:WeiningXieChinaCO.,LTD.8、建筑高度:206MHeight:206M9、建筑層數(shù):辦公樓43層,裙樓6層Storeys:4343-storeyedofficetower,66-storeyedpodium10.MainBodyStructureRCframework11、地面粗糙度類型:D類GroundRroughnesscategory:D12、建筑耐火等級:一級DegreeofFire-Resistance:Firstclass13、抗震設(shè)計裂度:七度DegreeofCrackingofEarthquake-ResistantDesigning:seven14、玻璃幕墻工程概述:IntroductionoftheGlassCurtainWallProject中國上海越洋國際廣場由一棟全新、206米高、43層辦公大樓以及一座6層、面積為34000平方米的多功能裙樓組成。Thisprojectiscomprisedof1new,206mhight,4343-storeyofficetowerofficebuildinganda66-storey,34,000㎡multi-functionpodium.主要由以下幾種玻璃幕墻系統(tǒng)組成:TheGlassCurtainWallSystem:⑴辦公樓標(biāo)準(zhǔn)部位采用內(nèi)循環(huán)雙層呼吸玻璃幕墻(A01、A02),系統(tǒng)為單元式玻璃幕墻系統(tǒng),外層采用中空鋼化玻璃,內(nèi)層采用單片鋼化玻璃,內(nèi)側(cè)上部采用上懸內(nèi)開窗的形式,進(jìn)風(fēng)口在底部,其它部位密封,層間部位不可視部位采用單片玻璃,內(nèi)設(shè)置背板及保溫棉。(1)Thestandardpositioninsidetheofficetowerofficebuildingshallbeinteriorinterior-circulatingdouble-glazedglasscurtainwall(A01,A02)withtheunitizedglasscurtainwallsystem.Theoutlayershallbevacuumtemperedclearglasstoughenedglasstoughenedhollowglass;theinsidelayershallbemonolithictemperedclearglasstoughenedglass.IntheiInsidelayer,aup-hanginginner-openwindowwillbefixedopenedhangingontheupperside,airintakeatthebottom,theotherpartssealed.Theinvisiblespacebetweentheoutsideandtheinsideshallbethemonolithicglass,backboardandthermalcottonsetupinside.⑵辦公樓頂部采用單元式玻璃幕墻(A03),后支撐結(jié)構(gòu)為鋼結(jié)構(gòu),鋼結(jié)構(gòu)連接在主體鋼結(jié)構(gòu)上。⑵Theofficetowerofficebuildingtopshallbeunitizedglasscurtainwall(A03).Thebacksupporterissteelwork,connectedtothemainsteelwork.⑶辦公樓東側(cè)入口底部采用單元式玻璃幕墻系統(tǒng)(A04),后支撐結(jié)構(gòu)為鋼結(jié)構(gòu),鋼結(jié)構(gòu)連接在主體鋼結(jié)構(gòu)上。⑶Thebaseoftheeastentranceofthetowershallbeunitizedglasscurtainwall(04).Thebacksupportershallbesteelwork,connectedtothemainsteelstructurework.⑷酒店立面及陽臺部位玻璃幕墻采用單元式玻璃幕墻系統(tǒng)(B01)。⑷Theglasscurtainwallsinhotelelevationsandbalconiesshallbeunitizedglasscurtainwallsystem(B01).⑸酒店及裙樓石材幕墻采用通槽干掛石材幕墻系統(tǒng)(B02)。⑸ThehotelandpodiumStoneCladdingshallbecontinuous-mangerdry-hang通StoneCladdingsystem(B02).⑹辦公樓南側(cè)及酒店塔樓南側(cè)玻璃幕墻采用單元窗(B03)。sideofboththeofficetowerofficebuildingandhoteltowercurtainwallshallbeunitizedwindow.⑺裙樓東、西、南面1F-4F采用半單元式幕墻系統(tǒng)(C01),兩邊由連接在鋼方通橫梁上的鋁合金副框支撐,鋼制的橫梁固定在一系列的鋼管上面,鋼管懸掛在主體結(jié)構(gòu)上。⑺PodiumRetial1F—4F,East,WestandNorthsideshallbesemi-unitizedcurtainwallsystem.Glassis2-sidesupportedbyaluminiumsubsub-frame,whichisconnectedtosteelRHStransom.Thesteeltransomisfixedtoaseriesofsteelpipes,whicharehungfromthemainstructure.⑻裙樓西面和南面2F-4F半單元幕墻系統(tǒng)(C02)。⑻PodiumRetial2F—4F,WestandSouthsideshallbesemiunitizedcurtainwallsystem.⑼酒店裙樓休息廳幕墻采用半單元板塊幕墻系統(tǒng)(C03),幕墻底部是由玻璃翼支撐的系統(tǒng),玻璃肋和面玻璃落地支撐。⑼TheHotelPodiumLoungeshallbesemiunitizedcurtainwallsystem.⑼TheHotelPodiumLoungeshallbesemiunitizedcurtainwallsystem(C03).Bottomofthecurtainwallisaglassfinsupportedsystem.Glassfinandfaceglassproppedontheground.⑽酒店裙樓三層飯店采用半單元幕墻系統(tǒng)(C04)。shallbesemiunitizedcurtainwallsystem(C04).⑾酒店三樓游泳池及裙樓局部采用U型玻璃系統(tǒng)(C05),U型玻璃系統(tǒng)由U型玻璃、鋁合金框架、密封膠條、五金件和鋼結(jié)構(gòu)組成,整個系統(tǒng)由鋼結(jié)構(gòu)支撐。partsofthePodiumshallbedoubleglazdeglasssystm(5).TheglazingsemconsistsofshapeU-typeglass,aluminiumalloyframe,sealant,hardwareandsteelstructure.Thewholesystemissupportedbybacking-upsteelcolumn.⑿裙樓1F,東、北、西面幕墻采用玻璃肋系統(tǒng)(C06),面玻璃為單層鋼化玻璃,兩邊結(jié)構(gòu)膠固定,每隔2062mm有19mm玻璃肋底部進(jìn)槽,玻璃肋上方為鋁板系統(tǒng),鋁板與有帶副框鋁合金百葉及次要鋼結(jié)構(gòu)相連。⑿PodiumRetial1F,East,WestandNorthsideshallbeglassfinsystem(C06).Thevisionglassshallbeclearmonolithicglasswithtwosidedtwo-sidedstructuresealant,vertical19mmthickglassfinsproppedonthegroundat2062cts.Thealuminiumcladdingisontopofglasswall.Theextrudedaluminiumlouversinsubframeareconnectedtosecondarysteelworks.⒀裙樓雨蓬采用半單元板塊系統(tǒng)(C07),玻璃四周由結(jié)構(gòu)膠固定框架上,系統(tǒng)固在鋼結(jié)構(gòu)上。.⒀Podiumcanopyshallbesemiunitizedsystem(C07).Foursidesstructurallyglazetocassetteframes.Thewholesystemisfixedtosteelstructure.⒁裙樓及酒店屋頂鋁合金格柵(C08、10),鋁合金格柵固定于鋼結(jié)構(gòu)上。shallbealuminiumgrillandsupportedbysteelframe.⒂購物商場及裙樓天窗采用半單元板塊天窗系統(tǒng)(C09),玻璃四周由結(jié)構(gòu)膠固定,整個系固定于鋼結(jié)構(gòu)上。besemiunitizedwallandskylightstructurallyglazetocassetteframes.Thewholesystemisfixedtosteelstructure.⒂裙樓及酒店屋頂鋁合金格柵(C10),鋁合金格柵固定于鋼結(jié)構(gòu)上。shallbealuminiumgrillandsupportedbysteelframe.⒃三角形換氣塔采用點(diǎn)式玻璃幕墻系統(tǒng)(C11),玻璃由不銹鋼爪件支撐,不銹鋼爪件通過不銹鋼桿與主體鋼建筑連接,點(diǎn)式玻璃后為鋁板貼面,玻璃GL-11,不銹鋼為316級。bepointedglasswallsystem.Glassissupportedbystainlesssteelspiderfitting,whichisconnectedtothemainstructurebystainlesssteelrod.Aluminiumcladdingisbehindtheglasswall.GlasstypeshallbeGL-11.StainlesssteelshallbeofGrade316.⒄金屬面板貼面系統(tǒng)采用掛鉤式鋁板系統(tǒng)。以下從幕墻的設(shè)計依據(jù)及所遵守的規(guī)范、幕墻結(jié)構(gòu)形式、幕墻性能指標(biāo)和幕墻材料的選用等幾個方面加以說明。⒄Metalpanelsystemshallincorporatealuminiumhookontypepanels.Let’stakethecurtainwalldesigninganditsruleforillustrationfromthefollowingaspects—thecurtainwall
