5月25日，市衛(wèi)生局召開20xx年全市醫(yī)政醫(yī)管工作會(huì)議暨“三好一滿意一創(chuàng)建”推進(jìn)會(huì)，在短短的一周時(shí)間里，*醫(yī)院就組織召開了醫(yī)政管理暨抗菌藥物專項(xiàng)整治大會(huì)，全面?zhèn)鬟_(dá)和落實(shí)全市醫(yī)政工作會(huì)議精神，簽署抗菌藥物專項(xiàng)整治責(zé)任書，這種認(rèn)真、踏實(shí)的工作態(tài)度是值得肯定的。

大家都知道，醫(yī)院就是向人們提供醫(yī)療護(hù)理服務(wù)為主要目的醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)，所以醫(yī)院的中心工作就是“以病人為中心”的醫(yī)療護(hù)理工作，醫(yī)院管理的重點(diǎn)、核心就是醫(yī)政管理，只有把醫(yī)政工作做好了，醫(yī)療質(zhì)量、醫(yī)療安全才有保障，如果醫(yī)院醫(yī)療質(zhì)量搞不好，那醫(yī)院就沒有了生存的“靈魂”。

20xx年醫(yī)政管理工作要點(diǎn)已經(jīng)印發(fā)到各家醫(yī)院，現(xiàn)在我就醫(yī)政管理的重點(diǎn)工作提出三點(diǎn)意見：

一是要規(guī)范醫(yī)療行為，提高醫(yī)療服務(wù)質(zhì)量?，F(xiàn)在醫(yī)療管理正逐步向規(guī)范化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化發(fā)展，抗菌藥物專項(xiàng)治理、臨床路徑管理、偉德子病歷試點(diǎn)、門診預(yù)約服務(wù)、處方病歷點(diǎn)評(píng)、醫(yī)院感染管理等等，都有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、都有要求，規(guī)范醫(yī)療行為的第一步就是要學(xué)習(xí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、掌握標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，在具體的醫(yī)療服務(wù)過程中科學(xué)、合

理地使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

今天會(huì)議的重點(diǎn)之一是抗菌藥物專項(xiàng)治理，xxx令第84號(hào)《抗菌藥物臨床應(yīng)用管理辦法》將于20xx年8月1日實(shí)施，其中“抗菌藥物臨床應(yīng)用知識(shí)和規(guī)范化管理偉德和考核內(nèi)容”，提到名稱的法律、法規(guī)、規(guī)章和規(guī)范性文件有9項(xiàng)，有《藥品管理法》、《執(zhí)業(yè)醫(yī)師法》、《抗菌藥物臨床應(yīng)用管理辦法》、《處方管理辦法》、《醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)藥事管理規(guī)定》、《抗菌藥物臨床應(yīng)用指導(dǎo)原則》、《國(guó)家基本藥物處方集》、《國(guó)家處方集》和《醫(yī)院處方點(diǎn)評(píng)管理規(guī)范(試行)》，還包括抗菌藥物臨床應(yīng)用及管理制度、常用抗菌藥物的藥理學(xué)特點(diǎn)與注意事項(xiàng)、常見細(xì)菌的耐藥趨勢(shì)與控制方法和抗菌藥物不良反應(yīng)的防治等4大項(xiàng)內(nèi)容，國(guó)家和省分別設(shè)立抗菌藥物監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)，對(duì)違法、違規(guī)人員進(jìn)行被稱為“史上最嚴(yán)厲”的處罰，“警告或者責(zé)令暫停六個(gè)月以上一年以下執(zhí)業(yè)活動(dòng);情節(jié)嚴(yán)重的，吊銷其執(zhí)業(yè)證書;構(gòu)成犯罪的，依法追究刑事責(zé)任”。我希望**醫(yī)院的抗菌藥物整治工作不能只停留在會(huì)議上，要逐條、逐項(xiàng)學(xué)習(xí)、領(lǐng)會(huì)各項(xiàng)規(guī)范的精神，規(guī)范醫(yī)療行為才成為可能。

二是要繼續(xù)強(qiáng)化“三好一滿意一創(chuàng)建”活動(dòng)，持續(xù)提高人民群眾的滿意度。要緊緊圍繞讓廣大人民群眾滿意這個(gè)目標(biāo)，著力提升醫(yī)療服務(wù)水平，持續(xù)改進(jìn)醫(yī)療質(zhì)量，大力弘揚(yáng)高尚醫(yī)德，進(jìn)一步解決醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生服務(wù)和偉德作風(fēng)中存在的突出問題，為保障人民群眾健康權(quán)益、推動(dòng)醫(yī)改順利進(jìn)行、促進(jìn)社會(huì)和諧
