前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件修改采用ISO22109:2020《工業(yè)閥門閥門用齒輪箱》。
本文件與ISO22109:2020相比,在結構上有較多調整,兩個文件之間結構編號變化對照一覽表見
附錄A。
本文件與ISO22109:2020的技術差異及其原因如下:
a)刪除了ISO22109:2020中3.3“行程終端”術語和定義,因其在正文中并未用到;
b)刪除了表1~表3中D類連續(xù)調節(jié)型齒輪箱的分類和壽命要求(見5.1),以滿足我國在實際
應用中的需要;
c)增加了齒輪箱的限位螺釘?shù)囊螅ㄒ?.2),以滿足我國在實際應用中的需要;
d)更改了工作環(huán)境濕度要求(見5.5.1),更改“工作環(huán)境濕度≥90%(25℃)”為“工作環(huán)境濕度不
大于90%(25℃)”,以滿足我國在實際應用中的需要;
e)刪除了ISO22109:2020中5.5.2海拔要求,以滿足我國在實際應用中的需要;
f)用規(guī)范性引用的GB/T4208—2017替換了IEC60529(見5.5.2),以適應我國的應用需要;
g)用規(guī)范性引用的GB/T30790.2替換了ISO22109:2020中表4(見5.5.3),因表中內容
GB/T30790.2已覆蓋;
h)用規(guī)范性引用的GB/T12222和GB/T12223替換了ISO5210和ISO5211(見5.6、5.7),以
適應我國的應用需要;
i)更改了噪聲值要求(見5.8.5),以滿足我國在實際應用中的需要;
j)增加了齒輪箱應逐臺進行出廠試驗要求(見7.3),以滿足我國在實際應用中的需要;
k)刪除了ISO22109:2020表5中“設計”和“文件”項目,以滿足我國在實際應用中的需要;
l)增加了“傳動比”標志要求(見8.1.1),以滿足我國在實際應用中的需要;
m)增加了“機械效率”和“其他約定項目”可選標志要求(見8.1.2),以滿足我國在實際應用中的
需要;
n)更改了文件和包裝要求(見8.2),以滿足我國在實際應用中的需要;
o)增加了運輸和儲存要求(見8.3),以滿足我國在實際應用中的需要;
p)更改了“試驗溫度”要求(見B.3),以滿足我國在實際應用中的需要;
q)更改了“驗收準則”要求(見B.5),以滿足我國在實際應用中的需要。
本文件與ISO22109:2020相比做了下列編輯性改動:
——以注的形式增加了特殊工況下工作環(huán)境的說明(見5.5.1);
——以注的形式增加了齒輪箱的輸出連接的特殊形式說明(見5.6.1);
——以注的形式增加了齒輪箱的輸入連接的特殊形式說明(見5.6.2)。
