摘要:砌體外墻和屋面滲漏有材料、設(shè)計(jì)、施工等方面的原因,根關(guān)鍵詞:砌體外墻;屋面;防滲漏;做法柱、梁有可靠的連接,減少外墻的變形。一般采用L型鐵件或2φ6l=800鋼筋沿墻@500聯(lián)結(jié)框架柱梁和外墻砌體。當(dāng)外墻砌體較長(zhǎng)或3~4m3~4m高做圈梁與框架15mm即所謂外包墻,這種外墻宜約每隔30m左右留一伸縮縫。此外砌體500mm左右做女兒墻,或者女兒墻全部做成混m?0.5kg的聚丙烯單絲纖維,提高砂漿3m設(shè)分隔縫,以減少裂縫的產(chǎn)生。32道,使其滲入基層中,堵塞裂縫2道,使其與原墻面裝修色彩一致,再噴涂一道丙烯酸酯透明防水200~250mm寬缺口,在女兒墻外做雨水斗接雨500mm以下部分宜用混凝土澆筑,而不用磚或砌塊砌筑,屋面防水層及防水附加層應(yīng)上翻至屋面以上3mX3m設(shè)分工技術(shù)規(guī)范》GB50345-2004和《屋面工程質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范》GB50207-2002的要求,參照國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圖集《平屋面建筑構(gòu)造(一)、ArchitecturaldesignexperiencePickto:masonrywallsandroofleakagematerial,design,constructionandotherreasons,accordingtomanyyearsofexperienceinarchitecturaldesignandengineeringpractice,thispaperexpoundsthetechnicalmeasuresofmasonrywallsandroofingleakageandvariouspractices.Keywords:masonrywalls;Roof;Leakage;AexteriorwallleakageofmasonrystructurebuildingTheleakageofmasonryFillwallsofreinforcedconcretestructuresusingconcretehollowblock,aeratedconcreteblockmasonrymaterialssuchas,theouterwallleakagephenomenon.Thereasonsmainlyincludethematerialitself,structuredesignandconstructionqualityproblems.Intermsofitsmaterialitself,fillmasonrywallmaterialmoisturecontentisgenerallyhigher,bibulousrateisbigger,seepageresistanceispoor.Afterprocessofmasonryandmasonrymasonryproducessubsidencecontractioncausedbythecrack;Inadditiontemperaturechangescanalsocausematerialheatbilgescoldshrinkandproducetemperaturecrack.Instructuredesign,whenthemasonrywallistoolong,istoohigh,ifdidnotadoptmeasurestostrengthentheconstruction,becauseofitsdeformationandinternalstresscanalsocausecracks;MoreoveroutsideWindowsanddoorsholeandthereservedholecornersinstressclusters,suchastakereasonableconnectionconstructionmeasures,thewallalsocanproducedeformationandcracking.Intermsofmasonrywallconstruction,masonryconstructionprocesswithoutstrictaccordingtoconstructionstandard,operationwhendidnotformacompletesetofusespecialmortar,masonrymortarjointisnotfull,orone-timerendertoothickouterwallplasteringlayer,framelineSettings,suchasirregularcontractioncrackswillbegenerated.Ifcombinedwithmasonry,plasteringwallwillcauseanemptydrumspalling.Allthisislikelytoleadtoleakageofexteriorwall.MasonryexteriorwallleakageFirstintheconstructiondesigndrawingsshouldbeclearinthestrengthofmasonrywallmaterialvarieties,specifications,grade,watercontent,waterabsorptionandtype,strengthgrade,thebondstrengthofmasonrymortar,etc;Drawingsshouldalsoincludetheconstructionrequirementsandmattersneedingattention,suchasmasonrybuildingheightrestrictions,andeverydaytheplumpnessofmasonrymortar,wallmasonryrainproofsunshade,etc.Inaddition,youshouldperform"masonrystructuredesigncode"andsoonnationalstandardandatlasconstructionwithreferencetorelevantnationalorlocalconstruction.Masonryexteriorwallleakageofthemaindesignpointsare:frameshouldfillmasonrywallandframecolumn,beamhavereliableconnection,reducethedeformationofthewall.UsuallyuseLironorphi6L=800reinforcedalongthewall@500couplingbeamandframecolumnwallmasonry.Whenexternalwallmasonryislongerorhigher,toabout3~4mlongdoeverypostoreveryabout3~4mhighdoringbeamandframecolumnbeamconnection,increaseexternalwallmasonrystrengthandstability,reducethedeformationcausecracking.Whenframefillwallsbetweentwoframecolumn,inthereinforcedconcretecolumnbeamwithappropriateleaveof15mmgapbetweenmasonry,meantimeembedsfillingpolyurethanefoam,inordertoavoidtheheatbilgescoldshrinkperformanceofconcreteandmasonrycracks.Whenthemasonrywallislocatedintheoutsideoftheframebeam,theso-calledoutsourcingofwall,thewallshouldbeapproximatelyevery30mforaexpansionjoints.Inadditionmasonrywallscaneachcolumnoreveryothercolumncracked,shortenthedistancebetweenexpansionjoints,reducingwallcracking.Exteriorwallbrokenplacenotchcanalsobeusedtoconcealstormsewer.Parapetatthistimecanalsobebrokenintogougeswherewholepiecesweremissingdrainage,thanusuallyadopttheparapetoftheopenholeconvenientandsmooth,rainwaterisnoteasytocausetheleakageofrainwatermouth.Intheparapetwallmasonryconstruction,becauseoftheparapetwallmasonryconcreteplatejunctionwiththeroofbecausethematerialisdifferent,different,heatbilgescoldshrinkcracksoftencauseleakage,soroofplateconcreteparapetwallisover500mmorso,orthatallmakeconcretebelowtheparapetroofbeamandthemasonrywallsalsoleave15mmwidegapjunction.Othermasonrywallsbetweentheinsulationandmasonrymaterialsshouldbetestedforwaterproofprocessing,generally,thepolymercementmortarcanbeusedorpolymercement-basedwaterproofcoating,suchasimprovethewaterproofperformanceofexternalwall.Seammembraneappropriatedistanceisnotmorethan3m,15mmwide,deep10mmseparationofjoints,fracturesandembeddedinthefilledsiliconerubbersealingmaterial.Andmasonrywallmasonrymortarshouldbechosenandmasonrymaterialselasticmodulus,linearexpansioncoefficientofrelevantformacompletesetofspecialbuildingmaterials.Masonrywallpaintmortarshouldbeaddingabouteverym?Mortar0.5kgpolypropylenemonofilamentfibers,improvethepermeabilityresistanceofmortar.Intwodifferentwallmaterials,wireandtubeboxaroundtheplacesuchas,ifnotslottingandpaint,shouldaddalkaliresistantg
