前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件是GB/T21001《制冷陳列柜》的第4部分。GB/T21001已經(jīng)發(fā)布了以下部分:

—第1部分:術(shù)語(yǔ);

—第2部分:分類、要求和試驗(yàn)條件;

—第3部分:試驗(yàn)評(píng)定;

—第4部分:冰淇淋冷凍柜分類、要求和試驗(yàn)條件。

本文件等同采用ISO22043:2020《冰淇淋冷凍柜分類、要求和試驗(yàn)條件》。

本文件做了下列最小限度的編輯性改動(dòng):

—為與現(xiàn)有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)系列協(xié)調(diào),將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)名稱改為《制冷陳列柜第4部分:冰淇淋冷凍柜分類、要求

和試驗(yàn)條件》;

—用規(guī)范性引用的IEC60335?1和IEC60335?2?89代替了EN60335?1和EN60335?2?89。

引言

食品保鮮、食品衛(wèi)生、食品安全的要求受到公眾更多的關(guān)注和重視,食品制冷陳列柜在食品流通環(huán)

節(jié)上的作用至關(guān)重要。GB/T21001旨在統(tǒng)一制冷陳列柜產(chǎn)品在國(guó)內(nèi)的定義及測(cè)試方法,擬由四個(gè)部分

組成。

—第1部分:術(shù)語(yǔ)。目的在于規(guī)范銷售和陳列食品的制冷陳列柜的術(shù)語(yǔ)和定義。

—第2部分:分類、要求和試驗(yàn)要求。目的在于規(guī)范制冷陳列柜的結(jié)構(gòu)、特性和性能要求,統(tǒng)一

制冷陳列柜的試驗(yàn)條件、試驗(yàn)方法、分類方法和分級(jí)方法等的要求。

—第3部分:試驗(yàn)評(píng)定。目的在于補(bǔ)充制冷陳列柜的安全和性能的試驗(yàn)評(píng)定方法。

—第4部分:冰淇淋冷凍柜分類、要求和試驗(yàn)條件。目的在于明確且規(guī)范冰淇淋冷凍柜的分類、

要求和試驗(yàn)方法。

目前,冰淇淋冷凍柜執(zhí)行GB/T21001.2—2015,但冰淇淋冷凍柜在分類要求、技術(shù)指標(biāo)、試驗(yàn)要

求等方面都具有特殊性,而GB/T21001.2—2015無(wú)法滿足冰淇淋冷凍柜的性能需求。此外,國(guó)際上針

對(duì)冰淇淋冷凍柜的性能測(cè)試不執(zhí)行ISO23953?2:2005,而是執(zhí)行ISO22043:2020。因此,為完善我

國(guó)冰淇淋冷凍柜的性能標(biāo)準(zhǔn),特通過(guò)等同轉(zhuǎn)化國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ISO22043:2020來(lái)制定本文件。

本次制定能夠規(guī)范冰淇淋冷凍柜的定義,促進(jìn)冰淇淋冷凍柜產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、銷售、使用和

管理。

1范圍

本文件規(guī)定了從頂部開啟的透明或?qū)嶓w門/蓋臥式封閉式冰淇淋冷凍柜的分類、要求和試驗(yàn)方法。

本文件適用于采用自然對(duì)流空氣冷卻、柜壁蒸發(fā)器(無(wú)蒸發(fā)器風(fēng)扇)、專門用于預(yù)包裝冰淇淋的存

儲(chǔ)和展示、凈容積不大于600L的自攜式冰淇淋冷凍柜。

本文件僅適用于自攜式制冷系統(tǒng),本文件不適用于超市分段組合式冷凍柜、凈容積與總展示面積之

比小于0.35m的透明門/蓋冰淇淋冷凍柜遠(yuǎn)置式和采用第二制冷劑的冰淇淋冷凍柜。
