前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件是GB/T21001《制冷陳列柜》的第4部分。GB/T21001已經(jīng)發(fā)布了以下部分:
—第1部分:術語;
—第2部分:分類、要求和試驗條件;
—第3部分:試驗評定;
—第4部分:冰淇淋冷凍柜分類、要求和試驗條件。
本文件等同采用ISO22043:2020《冰淇淋冷凍柜分類、要求和試驗條件》。
本文件做了下列最小限度的編輯性改動:
—為與現(xiàn)有標準系列協(xié)調(diào),將標準名稱改為《制冷陳列柜第4部分:冰淇淋冷凍柜分類、要求
和試驗條件》;
—用規(guī)范性引用的IEC60335?1和IEC60335?2?89代替了EN60335?1和EN60335?2?89。

引言
食品保鮮、食品衛(wèi)生、食品安全的要求受到公眾更多的關注和重視,食品制冷陳列柜在食品流通環(huán)
節(jié)上的作用至關重要。GB/T21001旨在統(tǒng)一制冷陳列柜產(chǎn)品在國內(nèi)的定義及測試方法,擬由四個部分
組成。
—第1部分:術語。目的在于規(guī)范銷售和陳列食品的制冷陳列柜的術語和定義。
—第2部分:分類、要求和試驗要求。目的在于規(guī)范制冷陳列柜的結構、特性和性能要求,統(tǒng)一
制冷陳列柜的試驗條件、試驗方法、分類方法和分級方法等的要求。
—第3部分:試驗評定。目的在于補充制冷陳列柜的安全和性能的試驗評定方法。
—第4部分:冰淇淋冷凍柜分類、要求和試驗條件。目的在于明確且規(guī)范冰淇淋冷凍柜的分類、
要求和試驗方法。
目前,冰淇淋冷凍柜執(zhí)行GB/T21001.2—2015,但冰淇淋冷凍柜在分類要求、技術指標、試驗要
求等方面都具有特殊性,而GB/T21001.2—2015無法滿足冰淇淋冷凍柜的性能需求。此外,國際上針
對冰淇淋冷凍柜的性能測試不執(zhí)行ISO23953?2:2005,而是執(zhí)行ISO22043:2020。因此,為完善我
國冰淇淋冷凍柜的性能標準,特通過等同轉化國際標準ISO22043:2020來制定本文件。
本次制定能夠規(guī)范冰淇淋冷凍柜的定義,促進冰淇淋冷凍柜產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、銷售、使用和
管理。

1范圍
本文件規(guī)定了從頂部開啟的透明或?qū)嶓w門/蓋臥式封閉式冰淇淋冷凍柜的分類、要求和試驗方法。
本文件適用于采用自然對流空氣冷卻、柜壁蒸發(fā)器(無蒸發(fā)器風扇)、專門用于預包裝冰淇淋的存
儲和展示、凈容積不大于600L的自攜式冰淇淋冷凍柜。
本文件僅適用于自攜式制冷系統(tǒng),本文件不適用于超市分段組合式冷凍柜、凈容積與總展示面積之
比小于0.35m的透明門/蓋冰淇淋冷凍柜遠置式和采用第二制冷劑的冰淇淋冷凍柜。
