前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件代替GB/T21200—2007《激光打印機干式雙組分顯影劑用色調劑》,與GB/T21200—

2007相比,除結構調整和編輯性改動外,主要技術變化如下:

a)更改了“范圍”的相關內容(見第1章,2007年版的第1章);

b)更改了術語和定義的相關內容(見第3章,2007年版的第3章);

c)更改了“工作環(huán)境條件”要求、“耐包裝運輸和運輸貯存性能”的要求和試驗方法,并合并成“環(huán)

境適應性”(見4.13和5.17,2007年版的4.1、4.2、4.12、5.1和5.11);

d)更改了“粗?!钡募夹g要求和試驗方法(見4.2和5.6,2007年版的4.4和5.3);

e)更改了“粒度分布”的技術要求和試驗方法(見4.3和5.7,2007年版的4.5和5.4);

f)增加了“含水量”的技術要求和試驗方法(見4.5和5.9);

g)更改了“熔融指數(shù)或軟化點”的技術要求和試驗方法(見4.6和5.10,2007年版的4.7和5.6);

h)增加了“凝集度或松裝密度”的技術要求和試驗方法(見4.7和5.11);

i)更改了“荷質比”的技術要求和試驗方法(見4.8和5.12,2007年版的4.8和5.7);

j)增加了“TVOC和苯”的限量要求和試驗方法(見4.9.1和5.13.1);

k)更改了“苯乙烯”的限量要求和試驗方法(見4.9.1和5.13.1,2007年版的4.9.3和5.8.3);

l)刪除了“加熱揮發(fā)物”的技術要求和試驗方法(見2007年版的4.9.1和5.8.1);

m)刪除了“粉塵”的技術要求和試驗方法(見2007年版的4.9.2和5.8.2);

n)更改了“重金屬”的技術要求和試驗方法(見4.9.2和5.13.2,2007年版的4.9.4和5.8.4);

o)更改了“印品圖像質量”的技術要求和試驗方法(見4.10和5.14);

p)刪除了“消耗量/打印量”的技術要求和試驗方法(見2007年版的4.11和5.10);

q)增加了“頁產量”和“千頁耗粉量”的技術要求和試驗方法(見4.11、4.12、5.15和5.16);

r)更改了“凈含量”的技術要求和試驗方法(見4.14,2007年版的4.13);

s)增加了“測試環(huán)境”、“測試設備”、“測試版”和“測試紙”的相關內容(見5.1、5.2、5.3和5.4);

t)更改了檢測項目的相關內容(見表5,2007年版的表4);

u)更改了型式檢驗和出廠檢驗的相關內容(見6.2和6.3,2007年版的6.1和6.2);

v)刪除了附錄A“色調劑軟化點試驗方法”和附錄B“粉塵的測定方法”(見2007年版的附錄A

和附錄B);

w)增加了“松裝密度試驗方法”(見附錄A)。

運輸和貯存,描述了相應的試驗方法。

本文件適用于黑白激光打印機使用的干式雙組分顯影劑用墨粉的制造。其他類型的辦公設備用

干式雙組分顯影劑用墨粉的制造參照執(zhí)行。
