（2）建筑工程質(zhì)量驗收的合格判定(2)Qualificationjudgmentofconstructionprojectqualityacceptance③有關(guān)安全、節(jié)能、環(huán)境保護和主要使用功能的抽樣檢測結(jié)果應(yīng)符合有關(guān)規(guī)定。③safety,energyconservation,environmentalprotectionandthemainuseoffunctionalsamplingtestresultsshouldbeconsistentwiththerelevantprovisions.④觀感質(zhì)量驗收應(yīng)符合要求。④Theacceptanceofvisualqualityshallmeettherequirements.（2）建筑工程質(zhì)量驗收的合格判定(2)Qualificationjudgmentofconstructionprojectqualityacceptance4）單位工程質(zhì)量驗收合格應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定：4)Theacceptanceofthequalityofunitworksshallbeinaccordancewiththefollowingprovisions:①所含分部工程的質(zhì)量均應(yīng)驗收合格。①thequalityoftheincludeddivisionalworksshallbeaccepted.②質(zhì)量控制資料應(yīng)完整。②qualitycontrolinformationshouldbecomplete.③所含分部工程有關(guān)安全、節(jié)能、環(huán)境保護和主要使用功能的檢測資料應(yīng)完整。③Thetestdataonsafety,energysaving,environmentalprotectionandmainfunctionoftheincludeddivisionalprojectsshallbecomplete.④主要功能項目的抽查結(jié)果應(yīng)符合相關(guān)專業(yè)驗收規(guī)范的規(guī)定。④Thesamplingresultsofthemainfunctionalitemsshallbeinaccordancewiththeprovisionsoftherelevantprofessionalacceptancespecification.⑤觀感質(zhì)量驗收應(yīng)符合要求。⑤Theacceptanceofvisualqualityshallmeettherequirements.（3）當建筑工程質(zhì)量不符合要求時，應(yīng)按下列規(guī)定進行處理：(3)Whenthequalityoftheconstructionprojectdoesnotmeettherequirements,thefollowingprovisionsshouldbefollowedforhandling:1、建筑工程質(zhì)量驗收的劃分、合格判定、質(zhì)量驗收的程序和組織

Classification,QualificationJudgment,ProcedureandOrganizationofQualityAcceptanceforConstructionProjects1）經(jīng)返工或返修的檢驗批，應(yīng)重新進行驗收。1)Thereworkedorreworkedinspectionlotsshallbere-accepted.2）經(jīng)有資質(zhì)的檢測單位檢測鑒定能夠達到設(shè)計要求的檢驗批，應(yīng)予以驗收。2)Thequalifiedtestingunittestingandidentificationcanmeetthedesignrequirementsofthetestbatch,shallbeaccepted.3）經(jīng)有資質(zhì)的檢測單位鑒定達不到設(shè)計要求，但經(jīng)原設(shè)計單位核算認可能夠滿足結(jié)構(gòu)安全和使用功能的檢驗批，可予以驗收。3)Thequalifiedtestingunitidentifiedbythedesignrequirementscannotbereached,butbytheoriginaldesignunitaccountingrecognitiontomeetthestructuralsafetyanduseoffunctionaltestbatch,canbeaccepted.4）經(jīng)返修或加固處理的分項、分部工程，滿足安全及使用功能要求時，可按技術(shù)處理方案和協(xié)商文件進行驗收。4)Afterrepairorreinforcementtreatmentofthesub-items,divisionsoftheproject,tomeetthesafetyanduseoffunctionalrequirements,accordingtothetechnicaltreatmentprogrammeandconsultationdocumentsforacceptance.5）通過返修或加固處理仍不能滿足安全或重要使用要求的分部工程及單位工程，嚴禁驗收。5)Throughtherepairorreinforcementtreatmentstillcannotmeetthesafetyorimportantuseoftherequirementsofthedivisionandunitworks,acceptanceisstrictlyprohibited.（4）建筑工程質(zhì)量驗收程序和組織(4)ProceduresandOrganizationforQualityAcceptanceofConstructionProjects1、建筑工程質(zhì)量驗收的劃分、合格判定、質(zhì)量驗收的程序和組織

Classification,QualificationJudgment,ProcedureandOrganizationofQualityAcceptanceforConstructionProjects（4）建筑工程質(zhì)量驗收程序和組織(4)ProceduresandOrganizationforQualityAcceptanceofConstructionProjects4）單位工程中的分包工程完工后，分包單位應(yīng)對所承包的工程項目進行自檢，并應(yīng)按本標準規(guī)定的程序進行驗收。驗收時，總包單位應(yīng)派人參加。分包單化應(yīng)將所分包工程的質(zhì)量控制資料整理完整，并移交給總包單位。4)Uponcompletionofthesubcontractedworksintheunitworks,thesubcontractingunitshallcarryoutself-inspectionofthecontractedworksitemsandshallcarryoutacceptanceinaccordancewiththeproceduresspecifiedinthesestandards.Atthetimeofacceptance,thegeneralcontractingunitshallsendsomeonetoparticipate.Subcontractingunitisationshallcompletethequalitycontrolinformationofthesubcontractedprojectandtransferittothegeneralcontractingunit.5）單位工程完工后，施工單位應(yīng)組織有關(guān)人員進行自檢?？偙O(jiān)理工程師應(yīng)組織各專業(yè)監(jiān)理工程師對工程質(zhì)量進行竣工預(yù)驗收。存在施工質(zhì)量問題時，應(yīng)由施工單位整改。整改完畢后，由施工單位向建設(shè)單位提交工程竣工報告，申請工程竣工驗收。5)Afterthecompletionofunitworks,theconstructionunitshallorganiserelevantpersonneltocarryoutself-inspection.Thechiefsupervisingengineershallorganiseallprofessionalsupervisingengineerstocarryoutpre-acceptanceofthecompletionoftheprojectquality.Whenthereareconstructionqualityproblems,theconstructionunitshallrectifythem.Afterrectification,theconstructionunitshallsubmittheprojectcompletionreporttotheconstructionunitandapplyforprojectcompletionacceptance.6）建設(shè)單位收到工程竣工報告后，應(yīng)由建設(shè)單位項目負責(zé)人組織監(jiān)理、施工、設(shè)計、勘察等單位項目負責(zé)人進行單位工程驗收。(6)Aftertheconstructionunitreceivesthereportonthecompletionoftheproject,theprojectmanageroftheconstructionunitshallorganisetheprojectmanagerofthesupervisory,construction,designandsurveyunitstocarryouttheacceptanceoftheunitproject.1、建筑工程質(zhì)量驗收的劃分、合格判定、質(zhì)量驗收的程序和組織

CodeforAcceptanceofConstructionQualityofBuildingFoundationEngineering《建筑地基基礎(chǔ)工程施工質(zhì)量驗收規(guī)范》GB50202-2018規(guī)定：“TheCodeforAcceptanceofConstructionQualityofBuildingFoundationEngineering“GB50202-2018stipulatesthat:（1）有些地基與基礎(chǔ)工程規(guī)模較大，內(nèi)容較多，既有樁基又有地基處理，甚至基坑開挖等，可按工程管理的需要，根據(jù)《建筑工程施工質(zhì)量驗收統(tǒng)一標準》GB50300-2013所劃分的范圍，確定子分部工程。(1)Somefoundationandfoundationworksarelargeinscaleandcontent,bothpilefoundationandfoundationtreatment,evenpitexcavation,etc.,accordingtotheneedsofprojectmanagement,accordingtothe"UnifiedStandardforQualityAcceptanceofBuildingConstruction"GB50300-2013,thescopeofthedivision,todeterminethesub-divisionoftheproject.2、建筑地基基礎(chǔ)工程施工質(zhì)量驗收規(guī)范

CodeforAcceptanceofConstructionQualityofBuildingFoundationEngineering（2）地基基礎(chǔ)工程大量都是地下工程，雖有勘探資料，但常有與地質(zhì)資料不符或沒有掌握到的情況發(fā)生，致使工程不能順利進行。為避免不必要的重大事故或損失，遇到施工異常情況出現(xiàn)應(yīng)停止施工，待妥善解決后再恢復(fù)施工。(2)Alargenumberoffoundationworksareundergroundworks,andalthoughthereareexplorationdata,thereareofteninconsistencieswithgeologicaldataorsituationsnotgrasped,resultingintheprojectnotbeingcarriedoutsmoothly.Inordertoavoidunnecessarymajoraccidentsorlosses,theconstructionshouldbestoppedwhenencounteringconstructionanomalies,andthenresumedafterpropersolution.2、建筑地基基礎(chǔ)工程施工質(zhì)量驗收規(guī)范

CodeforAcceptanceofConstructionQualityofBuildingFoundationEngineering（3）質(zhì)量驗收的程序與組織應(yīng)按現(xiàn)行國家標準《建筑工程施工質(zhì)量驗收統(tǒng)一標準》GB50300-2013的規(guī)定執(zhí)行。作為合格標準主控項目應(yīng)全部合格，一般項目合格數(shù)應(yīng)不低于80％。(3)Theprocedureandorganisationofqualityacceptanceshallbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthecurrentnationalstandard"UnifiedStandardforQualityAcceptanceofBuildingConstruction"GB50300-2013.Asthequalifiedstandardmaincontrolprojectsshouldbeallqualified,andthenumberofqualifiedgeneralprojectsshouldbenotlessthan80%.3、混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)施工質(zhì)量驗收規(guī)范

Codeforacceptanceofconstructionqualityofconcretestructures《混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工質(zhì)量驗收規(guī)范》GB50204-2015規(guī)定：“CodeforAcceptanceofConstructionQualityofConcreteStructuralengineering”GB50204-2015stipulatesthat:（1）對涉及混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)安全的有代表性的部位應(yīng)進行結(jié)構(gòu)實體檢驗。結(jié)構(gòu)實體檢驗應(yīng)包括混凝土強度、鋼筋保護層厚度、結(jié)構(gòu)位置與尺寸偏差以及合同約定的項目，必要時可檢驗其他項目。(1)Structuralentityinspectionshallbecarriedoutforrepresentativepartsinvolvingthesafetyofconcretestructure.Structuralentityinspectionshallincludeconcretestrength,reinforcingsteelprotectivelayerthickness,structuralpositionanddimensionaldeviationandcontractualitems,ifnecessary,otheritemscanbetested.（2）結(jié)構(gòu)實體檢驗應(yīng)由監(jiān)理單位組織施工單位實施，并見證實施過程。(2)Structuralentityinspectionshallbesupervisedbytheconstructionunittoorganisetheimplementationoftheconstructionunit,andwitnesstheimplementationprocess.3、混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)施工質(zhì)量驗收規(guī)范

Codeforacceptanceofconstructionqualityofconcretestructures（3）施工單位應(yīng)制定結(jié)構(gòu)實體檢驗專項方案，并經(jīng)監(jiān)理單位審核批準后實施。除結(jié)構(gòu)位置與尺寸偏差外的結(jié)構(gòu)實體檢驗項目，應(yīng)由具有相應(yīng)資質(zhì)的檢測機構(gòu)完成。(3)Theconstructionunitshallformulatethestructuralentityinspectionspecialprogramme,andafterthesupervisionunitreviewandapprovaloftheimplementation.Inadditiontothestructuralpositionandsizedeviationofthestructuralentityinspectionproject,shouldbecompletedbytheappropriatequalificationtestingorganisations.3、混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)施工質(zhì)量驗收規(guī)范

Codeforacceptanceofconstructionqualityofconcretestructures（4）結(jié)構(gòu)實體混凝土強度應(yīng)按不同強度等級分別檢驗，檢驗方法宜采用同條件養(yǎng)護試件方法；當未取得同條件養(yǎng)護試件強度或同條件養(yǎng)護試件強度不符合要求時，可采用回彈一取芯法進行檢驗。(4)Thestrengthofstructuralconcreteshallbetestedaccordingtodifferentstrengthlevels,andthetestmethodshalladoptthesameconditioncuringspecimenmethod;whenthestrengthofthesameconditioncuringspecimenisnotobtainedorthestrengthofthesameconditioncuringspecimendoesnotmeettherequirements,reboundacoremethodcanbeusedfortesting.3、混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)施工質(zhì)量驗收規(guī)范

Codeforacceptanceofconstructionqualityofconcretestructures（5）結(jié)構(gòu)實體混凝土同條件養(yǎng)護試件強度檢驗應(yīng)符合本規(guī)范附錄C的規(guī)定；結(jié)構(gòu)實體混凝土回彈一取芯法強度檢驗應(yīng)符合本規(guī)范附錄D的規(guī)定。(5)StructuralsolidconcretesameconditioncuringspecimenstrengthtestshallcomplywiththeprovisionsofAppendixCofthisspecification;structuralsolidconcretereboundacoremethodstrengthtestshallcomplywiththeprovisionsofAppendixDofthisspecification.3、混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)施工質(zhì)量驗收規(guī)范
