1.ScopeoftheCommissionIncome

2.CommissionRate

3.PaymentTerms

4.PerformanceObligations

(b)PartyBshallpromptlyinformPartyAofanychangesintheserviceofferingsoranyissuesthatmayaffecttheprovisionofservices.

5.Confidentiality

BothPartiesagreetomaintaintheconfidentialityofallinformationdisclosedtothembytheotherPartyduringthetermofthisContractandanysubsequentnegotiationsordiscussions.

6.TerminationandRenewal

(a)EitherPartymayterminatethisContractbygiving[NoticePeriod]priorwrittennoticetotheotherParty.

(b)ThisContractshallautomaticallyrenewfor[RenewalPeriod]unlesseitherPartygiveswrittennoticeofterminationpriortotheexpirationoftheinitialtermoranyrenewalterm.

7.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

ByenteringintothisContract,PartyCservesasacrucialintermediarythatenhancestheefficiencyandreliabilityoftheservicesprovidedbyPartyBtoPartyA.TheinvolvementofPartyCensuresthatPartyA'sinterestsareprotected,asithastherighttoreviewandapprovetheservices,receiveperiodicreports,andterminatetheContractincaseofanybreaches.ThisarrangementallowsPartyAtofocusonitscorebusinessactivitieswhilerelyingontheexpertiseandresourcesofPartyB,facilitatedbytheneutralandobjectiveroleofPartyC.ThepurposeofthisContractistoestablishaframeworkthatpromotestransparency,accountability,andmutualbenefitamongtheParties,ensuringthatPartyA'srightsandinterestsareprioritizedthroughoutthedurationoftheagreement.

5.RightsandObligationsofPartyB

(a)PartyBshallhavetherighttoreceivethecommissionincomeinaccordancewiththetermsofthisContract.

(b)PartyBshallhavetherighttoreviewandapproveanychangestothecommissionrateorpaymenttermsproposedbyPartyA.

6.RightsandObligationsofPartyA
