2、階。開(kāi)展了一系列富有成效的教育活動(dòng)?,F(xiàn)總結(jié)如下: 一、堅(jiān)持抓好常規(guī)教育,促使自身建設(shè)上新臺(tái)階。 一學(xué)期來(lái),我校堅(jiān)持做好少先隊(duì)的各項(xiàng)常規(guī)工作,促使少先隊(duì)組織充滿活力。 1、堅(jiān)持規(guī)范的升旗儀式。每周一全體師生肅立在莊嚴(yán)的五星紅旗下,在雄壯的國(guó)歌聲中聆聽(tīng)?zhēng)熒餐鞒?、參與的國(guó)旗下講話,使隊(duì)員受到一次又一次的教育。 2、每天組織同學(xué)對(duì)全校隊(duì)員的衛(wèi)生、兩操等方面進(jìn)行檢查。每天都有兩名教師值勤,做好校園安全保潔工作,保持學(xué)校安全、衛(wèi)生,維持學(xué)校秩序,阻止同學(xué)們打鬧。 3、學(xué)校的櫥窗為手抄報(bào)展示臺(tái),我們定期開(kāi)展手抄報(bào)評(píng)比活動(dòng)活動(dòng),并及時(shí)將學(xué)生的優(yōu)秀作品用來(lái)宣傳展示,內(nèi)容豐富,圖文并茂,成為學(xué)生獲取信息和知識(shí)

3、的另一窗口。學(xué)校還會(huì)根據(jù)不同的活動(dòng)主題要求各班充分利用好黑板報(bào),定期更新內(nèi)容,起到了很好的教育效果。 4、在班隊(duì)組織中舉行“學(xué)生一加一”、“師生一對(duì)一”等配對(duì)活動(dòng),學(xué)習(xí)優(yōu)秀的隊(duì)員幫扶學(xué)習(xí)困難的隊(duì)員,一方面能夠使學(xué)習(xí)優(yōu)秀的隊(duì)員對(duì)知識(shí)加以鞏固,另一方面也增進(jìn)了隊(duì)員之間友誼交流,有效扶助了學(xué)習(xí)困難的隊(duì)員。教師則自定一個(gè)幫扶對(duì)象,這個(gè)對(duì)象在班隊(duì)中學(xué)習(xí)上相對(duì)較落后,教師通過(guò)具體課程的幫扶,良好思想的引導(dǎo),使班隊(duì)中學(xué)習(xí)上暫時(shí)有困難的隊(duì)員得到及時(shí)的幫助。此外,這樣也有助于學(xué)校宏觀把握各隊(duì)員的思想狀況,及時(shí)做出相應(yīng)的調(diào)整。 二、積極開(kāi)展各項(xiàng)活動(dòng),深化少先隊(duì)素質(zhì)教育。 1、充分利用黑板報(bào)、手抄報(bào)等教育功能。我們

4、少先隊(duì)利用班級(jí)的板報(bào)、手抄報(bào)展示等有效地進(jìn)行節(jié)日教育等活動(dòng),如每月各班根據(jù)工作安排及時(shí)更換板報(bào)內(nèi)容,內(nèi)容涵蓋廣泛,有名人的廉潔故事、讀書(shū)故事、好文推薦、心理咨詢(xún)等。 2、認(rèn)真組織每周升旗儀式。每個(gè)星期都能有條不紊的組織好學(xué)校的升旗儀式,提前通知,提前做好準(zhǔn)備工作。儀式做到有程序、有重點(diǎn)、有中心發(fā)言人。每周我們挑選出2名優(yōu)秀的同學(xué)擔(dān)任護(hù)旗手任務(wù),由每班優(yōu)秀學(xué)生作國(guó)旗下講話,保證每周的升旗儀式有秩序、有質(zhì)量的舉行。 3、結(jié)合節(jié)日等開(kāi)展相關(guān)的主題活動(dòng),如三月份,結(jié)合“學(xué)雷鋒紀(jì)念日”,在學(xué)校廣泛開(kāi)展“學(xué)雷鋒,樹(shù)新風(fēng)”活動(dòng),學(xué)校全體隊(duì)員認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)雷鋒故事、歌曲,在實(shí)際生活總學(xué)習(xí)雷鋒精神。四月份:結(jié)合“清明

5、節(jié)”,學(xué)校開(kāi)展了清明祭掃活動(dòng)。使廣大隊(duì)員接受革命傳統(tǒng)教育。 4、以“歷史的選擇”為主題,開(kāi)展愛(ài)國(guó)主義讀書(shū)教育活動(dòng)。x年,是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨成立90周年,學(xué)校以此為契機(jī),積極開(kāi)展了教育活動(dòng)。學(xué)校積極鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生多讀一些關(guān)于革命教育的書(shū)籍,幫助廣大青少年學(xué)生增強(qiáng)對(duì)黨的認(rèn)識(shí),深刻理解堅(jiān)持中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)是歷史的選擇、人民的選擇,是民族振興、國(guó)家富強(qiáng)、人民幸福的根本保證,從而牢固樹(shù)立熱愛(ài)黨、熱愛(ài)祖國(guó)、熱愛(ài)社會(huì)主義的堅(jiān)定信念。學(xué)校相應(yīng)上級(jí)號(hào)召,積極在本校開(kāi)展作文、手抄報(bào)征集活動(dòng),其中多名同學(xué)在鄉(xiāng)級(jí)比賽中獲獎(jiǎng)。假期學(xué)校將繼續(xù)把這一活動(dòng)引向深入,要求每位學(xué)生學(xué)唱一首革命歌曲,看一部革命電影,講一個(gè)革命故事,開(kāi)學(xué)后學(xué)校
