13、提高很小, 看來老的方法已經(jīng)不適應(yīng)時代發(fā)展需要了,為了不是自己不被社會淘汰,我以后要改變工作思路,要 用自己的智慧去從事我喜歡的事業(yè)了。究竟怎樣才能做到呢?在我聽了全國教與改革的倡導(dǎo)者、全國優(yōu)秀教師魏書生的一番話后,我開始重新思考自己的工作了。魏書生說得好“正人先正己、育人先育己、強人先強己”,這話道出了教師工作的核心, 看來我必須要用自己的智慧去管理學(xué)生,用智慧去完成自己的工作了。在學(xué)習(xí)先進理念的基礎(chǔ)上,我 結(jié)合自己多年的教學(xué)實踐,悟出了一些有關(guān)課堂管理的技巧:保持安靜,學(xué)會傾聽,善于思考。首先,安靜,它是學(xué)習(xí)的需要。安靜的環(huán)境中沒有噪音,就沒有學(xué)習(xí)的干擾因素,沒有干擾,學(xué)習(xí)效率自然就高。其

14、次,它是養(yǎng)生的需要。寺廟里的和尚經(jīng)常要練習(xí)“打坐”、“悟禪”,目,才會取得事的就是要通過全身放松,進而修身養(yǎng)性、延年益壽,只有全身心地投入到自己的學(xué)習(xí)中 半功倍的效果。學(xué)會傾聽包括兩個方面,一是請傾聽老師的講解。老師在課堂上講的,都是他們經(jīng)過認(rèn)真專研教學(xué)目標(biāo)和教材后的成果,只有你去認(rèn)真聽了,很多問題才會迎刃而解,否則,你要花費更多的心 血和努力去思考,就這也不一定能讓你解決問題。二是傾聽學(xué)生發(fā)言。有些問題你不會,只要聽聽同這何樂而不為呢!學(xué)的發(fā)言,也會使你恍然大悟的,你可以花費少量的精力解決你求知路上的攔路虎,我常給學(xué)生們講,在你人生的求知路上,經(jīng)歷風(fēng)風(fēng)雨雨、坎坎坷坷是在所難免的,我們必須需要
