M簽證延期的材料(出入境系統(tǒng)中導(dǎo)出)

1、北京m簽證延期申請材料-參考一、中請對象來京進(jìn)行商業(yè)貿(mào)易活動(dòng)的外國人二、申請材料及耍求（-）有效護(hù)照或者其他國際旅行證件。（二）使用黑色墨水筆完整填寫外國人簽證證件屮請表，粘貼一張2寸近期白色背景止面免冠照片。（三）中請人本人己在居住地派出所或旅店辦理有效住宿登記。（四）在京邀請單位依法登記證明，根據(jù)單位性質(zhì)不同，提交營業(yè)執(zhí)照、外國（地區(qū)）企業(yè)常駐代表機(jī)構(gòu)登記證等。（五）持m字簽證的，提交邀請、接待單位或個(gè)人出具的證明函件。函件應(yīng)當(dāng)能說明申請人來華的詳細(xì)信息，內(nèi)容全面詳實(shí)。合作伙 伴為個(gè)人的，出具的函件應(yīng)當(dāng)簽名并提交本市戶口簿或暫住證。（六）根據(jù)具體情況，可提交體現(xiàn)邀請、接待單位經(jīng)營狀況的相關(guān)

2、證明。（七）岀入境管理局根據(jù)具體情況要求提交的其他中請材料。三、中請時(shí)限（-）申請m簽證延期的，可以申請延長停留期不超過180日。（-）申請換發(fā)m簽證的，可以申請換發(fā)入境有效期不超過1年，停留期不超過180日的零次、一次、二次或多次簽證。簽證換發(fā)的 停留期限自本次入境z日起連續(xù)累計(jì)不得超過1年。（三）延長簽證停留期限，僅對木次入境有效，不影響原簽證的入境次數(shù)和入境有效期，且累計(jì)延長的停留期限不超過原簽證注明的 停留期限。四、注意事項(xiàng)（-）申請人須接受面談。已滿60周歲以及因疾病等人道原因行動(dòng)不便的，可以由邀請單位或者個(gè)人、有關(guān)專門服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)（需提交代 辦人身份證件復(fù)印件）代為中請。但出入境管理局

9、 validity of up to 180 days.2. non-m-visa-holders could apply for an m visa renewal with the validity of less than 1 year, the stay duration of less than 180 days and various number of entries from zero to multiple. however the accumulative duration of stay with the renewed visa could not exceed 1 y

10、ear from the date of the latest entry of china.3. the extension of a current m visa is only valid for this referred entry and does not affect the number of entries or the validity on the original visa. the accumulated term of extension shall not exceed the original duration of stay which is specifie
