8、利(公開號(hào) CN 101099867 A和 CN 101099868A)。The new type of biomedical material, polyurethane/drug conjugate biodegradable by enzyme, is a novel polymer prodrug. The material, which is produced by means of bonding drug to the backbone of polyurethane, is degradable controlled by a specific enzyme so as to

9、release the containing drug (or growing factor). The material is an innovative drug delivery system and can be used in medical implant, drug controlled delivery and tissue engineering.
