10、DUCTION新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入介紹5.1.1 What is NPI什么是新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入NPI is a series of activities managed by a specialized (NPI) team with the objective to bring a product from design documents to prototype and to ensure manufacturability in volume quantity with performance compliant to design specification, cost and quality ob
11、jectives.新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入是由一個專業(yè)的新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入小組管理的一系列活動。目標(biāo)是將設(shè)計文件轉(zhuǎn)化 成模型到產(chǎn)品,確保大量生產(chǎn)制造符合設(shè)計規(guī)范,成本及品質(zhì)目標(biāo)。5.1.2 How to use this procedure如何使用此程序This document details the inputs, process and deliverables for each of the NPI activities, including Sample Build, ER and PP .此程序詳細(xì)闡述了新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入活動,包括樣品構(gòu)建,工程運行及預(yù)生產(chǎn)的輸入,過程及 交付物。5.2 PP CYCLE 預(yù)生
12、產(chǎn)周期A project shall enter into the PP Cycle after passing Verification Review (VR) (Ref: NP20001).The PP cycle is normally divided into two major phases, ER and PP . Engineering Run (ER) is aiming to validate the process, while PP is aiming to validate the materials and quality control system (see fl

14、all manufacturing issues before going into PP; it also allows the factory to fine tune the line setup and process time balancing. The quantity required is around 50pcs and should be flexible subject to individual case. Ideally, one time of ER build to be conducted before PP , but there should be fle
15、xibility to allow multiple ER builds until all processes are verified. Therefore, it is acceptable for some of the processes not be in place and not being verified in the first ER build for the sake of time limitation, cost or other considerations (subject to be discussed).DOC. 22、告(選擇性)項目經(jīng)理2周5.4 Pre-production (PP) 預(yù)生產(chǎn)5.4.1 Objective of Pre-production (PP)預(yù)生產(chǎn)目標(biāo)The objective of PP is to verify everything before going into MP , there should not be any uncertainty to be carried to MP without proper approval process.預(yù)生產(chǎn)目標(biāo)是進(jìn)入量產(chǎn)前驗證所有的事情,任何不確定性不應(yīng)該在沒有適當(dāng)批準(zhǔn)的流程 情況下進(jìn)行量產(chǎn)。5.4.2 Criteria f
23、or Entering Pre-production (PP)開始預(yù)生產(chǎn)的條件Base on the objective mentioned in Section 5.4.1, the baseline of PP including materials and process must be identical to what will be used in MP . Below is a list of criteria for entering PP , any exception item must be subjected to proper evaluation and appro

29、 Build 樣品構(gòu)建Sample Build Management 樣品構(gòu)建管理5.6.1 NPI team is also responsible for sample build during the development cycles. The sample build request is normally initiated by PM. NPI shall coordinate with Purchasing team for materials drive and kitting.新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入團(tuán)隊負(fù)責(zé)開發(fā)周期的樣品構(gòu)建。樣品構(gòu)建申請通常由項目經(jīng)理發(fā)起。新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入在材料的推進(jìn)和配

NO.NP20002REVISIONPAGE5.6.2 Sample Build Baseline 產(chǎn)品構(gòu)建基準(zhǔn)All sample builds must have a clear baseline which documented in R&D. NPI must not build any sample without a clear baseline. The dataset for sa
31、mple builds must be obtained from R&D under the instruction of PM.所有樣品構(gòu)建必須有研發(fā)文件里記錄的明確的基準(zhǔn)。若沒有明確的基準(zhǔn),新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入不 能構(gòu)建任何樣品。必須在項目經(jīng)理的說明下從研發(fā)部獲得樣品構(gòu)建的數(shù)據(jù)組。5.6.3 Materials Drive for Sample Builds樣品構(gòu)建的材料推進(jìn)Phase I: After project kickoff, PM shall provide a list of long-lead time materials, and pass the list with r
32、equired quantity to Purchasing for long-lead materials drive.階段1:項目開始后,項目經(jīng)理需提供長生產(chǎn)周期材料清單并將需求數(shù)量交給采購部以便 長周期生產(chǎn)材料的推進(jìn)。Phase II: When the engineering BOM is available, PM shall release the engineering BOM to Purchasing for remaining materials drive. PM is responsible to advise all changes made to this BOM
33、so as to ensure that the correct materials are being purchased.階段2:當(dāng)工程物料清單可用的話,項目經(jīng)理應(yīng)將工程物料清單發(fā)放給采購部以便推進(jìn)剩 下的材料。項目經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)通知物料清單的變更,確保采購的材料是正確的。Phase III: When the formal BOM is released to DCC, PM shall instruct DCC to release the formal BOM to Purchasing for materials kitting.階段3:當(dāng)正式的物料清單發(fā)放到文控中心,項目經(jīng)理應(yīng)通知文控
34、中心將正式的物料清單發(fā)放給采購部配套采購5.7 DFM Review可制造型設(shè)計評審NPI team shall perform DFM review on the product layout before it is released for sample build; NPI shall also perform DFM review on the samples after sample build.All comments and observations identified during DFM review must be captured and recorded by the Project Leader / Manager.樣品構(gòu)建的新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入發(fā)布前,應(yīng)執(zhí)行產(chǎn)品布置的可制造性評審。新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入還應(yīng)在樣品構(gòu)建完 成后執(zhí)行樣品的可制造性評審。項目組長/經(jīng)理需抓取
