1、第15章 耦合場(chǎng)分析典型工程實(shí)例本章重點(diǎn)通過實(shí)例講解介紹ANSYS耦合分析在工程上的一些典型應(yīng)用。章要要點(diǎn)& 如何解決熱-結(jié)構(gòu)耦合問題& 耦合場(chǎng)分析典型工程實(shí)例本章案例 & 包含焊縫的金屬板熱膨脹分析& 現(xiàn)代辦公樓層內(nèi)空調(diào)布局對(duì)室內(nèi)溫度分布的影響研究15.1工程實(shí)例一包含焊縫的金屬板熱膨脹分析該工程實(shí)例問題說明及分析如下:某一平板由鋼板和鐵板焊接而成,焊接材料為銅,平板尺寸為1×1×0.2,橫截面結(jié)構(gòu)如圖15-1所示。平板的初始溫度為800,將平板放置于空氣中進(jìn)行冷卻,周圍空氣溫度為30,對(duì)流系數(shù)為110W/(m2)。求10分鐘后平板內(nèi)部的溫

4、5-1,選中New log and error files復(fù)選框?yàn)閅es,單擊OK按鈕。2、定義工作標(biāo)題選擇Utility Menu>File>Change Title命令,彈出如圖15-6所示的Change Title對(duì)話框,在Enter new title后面的文本框中輸入thermal stresses in sections including welding seam,單擊OK按鈕。3、定義單元類型1、選擇Main Menu>Preprocessor>Element Type>Add/Edit/Delete命令,彈出Element Types對(duì)話框。單擊

7、側(cè)的Structure>Thermal>Expansion>Secant Coefficient> Isotropic,在彈出的對(duì)話框中輸入線膨脹系數(shù)1.06e-5,單擊OK按鈕關(guān)閉該對(duì)話框。點(diǎn)擊對(duì)話框右側(cè)的Structure>Density選項(xiàng),在彈出的對(duì)話框中輸入密度7800,單擊OK按鈕關(guān)閉該對(duì)話框。點(diǎn)擊對(duì)話框右側(cè)的Structure>Thermal>Specific Heat選項(xiàng),在彈出的對(duì)話框中輸入比熱460,單擊OK按鈕關(guān)閉該對(duì)話框。點(diǎn)擊對(duì)話框右側(cè)的Structure>Linear>Elastic>Isotropic選項(xiàng),

18、t;PlotCtrls>Numbering,彈出Plot Numbering Controls對(duì)話框,在LINE Line numbers和AREA Area numbers 后選擇on,單擊OK按鈕關(guān)閉該菜單。6、選擇Main Menu>Preprocessor>Modeling>Create>Areas> Arbitrary>By Lines命令,出現(xiàn)Create Areas By L菜單,在文本框中輸入2,8,9,單擊OK按鈕關(guān)閉該菜單。7、選擇Utility Menu>Plot>Area命令,ANSYS顯示窗口顯示所生成的平面幾何模

29、 Analysis對(duì)話框。選擇分析類型為Transient,單擊OK按鈕,出現(xiàn)Transient Analysis對(duì)話框,采用其默認(rèn)設(shè)置,單擊OK按鈕關(guān)閉該對(duì)話框。2、選擇Main Menu>Solution>Load Step Opts>Time/Frequenc> Time Integration>Amplitude Decay命令,出現(xiàn)Time Integration Controls對(duì)話框,參照?qǐng)D15-17對(duì)其進(jìn)行設(shè)置,單擊OK按鈕關(guān)閉該對(duì)話框。圖15-17 時(shí)間積分控制對(duì)話框3、選擇Main Menu>Solution>Analysis Ty

32、ched to,在第三個(gè)選項(xiàng)組中選中Areas,all單選按鈕,在第四個(gè)選項(xiàng)組中選中From Full單選按鈕,單擊OK按鈕關(guān)閉該對(duì)話框。7、選擇Main Menu>Solution>Define Loads>Apply> Thermal>Convection>On nodes命令,出現(xiàn)Apply CONV on nodes菜單,點(diǎn)擊Pick All按鈕,出現(xiàn)Apply CONV on nodes對(duì)話框,在VALI Film coefficient文本框中輸入110,在VAL2I Bulk temperature文本框中輸入30,如圖15-20所示,單擊OK

33、按鈕關(guān)閉該對(duì)話框。圖15-20 求解控制基本選項(xiàng)設(shè)置對(duì)話框8、選擇Utility Menu>file>Save as命令,彈出Save Dtabase對(duì)話框,在Save Dtabase to文本框中輸入151_start.db, 保存上述操作過程,單擊OK按鈕關(guān)閉該對(duì)話框。9、選擇Utility Menu>Select>Everything,。選擇Main Menu>Solution>Solve>Current LS,出現(xiàn)Solve Current Load Step對(duì)話框,同時(shí)出現(xiàn)/STAT Command窗口,仔細(xì)閱讀/STAT Command窗口

34、中的內(nèi)容,然后點(diǎn)擊Close按鈕,關(guān)閉/STAT Command窗口。點(diǎn)擊Solve Current Load Step對(duì)話框中的OK按鈕,ANSYS開始求解計(jì)算。求解結(jié)束后,ANSYS顯示窗口出現(xiàn)Note提示框,單擊Close 10、選擇Utility Menu>file>Save as命令,彈出Save Dtabase對(duì)話框,在Save Dtabase to文本框中輸入151_end.db, 保存求解結(jié)果,單擊OK按鈕關(guān)閉該對(duì)話框。8、后處理1、選擇Main Menu>General Postproc>Read Results>Last Set,讀最后一個(gè)子步

41、13-28等效應(yīng)力場(chǎng)分布云圖15.2 工程實(shí)例二現(xiàn)代辦公樓層內(nèi)空調(diào)布局對(duì)室內(nèi)溫度分布的影響研究現(xiàn)代家庭中都安裝了空調(diào),通過它來控制室內(nèi)的溫度,在炎熱的夏天都愿意在空調(diào)附近來祛暑,而不是遠(yuǎn)離它,這是因?yàn)榫嚯x空調(diào)不同距離處的溫度是不一樣的,而溫度具體是如何分布的去不是很清楚,下面將通過ANSYS/FLOTRAN軟件來模擬溫度場(chǎng),從而了解空調(diào)周圍的溫度分布情況。一個(gè)辦公樓層的布局如圖15-1所示,從中可以看出各個(gè)房間的相對(duì)位置和空調(diào)的布局。加入考察房間2的溫度分布情況,首先要通過ANSYS/FLOTRAN軟件建立這個(gè)房間的幾何形狀,然后給出合理的邊界條件,最后才可以來解決這個(gè)問題。圖15-1 空調(diào)的
