1、 在人們的生活中經(jīng)常會(huì)發(fā)生一些,比如消費(fèi)利益受損、正常生活和工作受到干擾等等令人傷腦筋的事情,有時(shí)寫封投訴信不失為一個(gè)解決的辦法。 投訴信通常包括以下幾個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容:說明投訴的原因并表示遺憾;實(shí)事求是地闡述問題發(fā)生的經(jīng)過,切記不要夸大其詞;指出問題引起的后果;提出批評(píng)及處理的意見或敦促對(duì)方采取措施或者提出所希望的賠償以及補(bǔ)救方式。組織提綱時(shí)要遵循“三步走”的寫作規(guī)律: 第一段:寫明要投訴的問題。 第二段:寫明投訴的原因、問題的經(jīng)過及產(chǎn)生的后果。 第三段:提出解決方案,不需展開。這段應(yīng)體現(xiàn)書信的禮貌原則,可以用類似“如果你能,我將十分感激”這樣的表達(dá)方式。還要注意做到公平、公正。句首常用語:I
