2、秤在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)中應用范圍非常廣泛,尤其在水泥、電力、鋼鐵、化工、造紙、化肥工業(yè)等等地方更是起著非常重要的作用。The Constant Feed Weigher, Constant Belt Weigher and CS produced by Shanghai Yamato Scale Co., Ltd. have a very broad application scope in the modern industry and especially play a very important role in cement, electric power, chemical engineeri

3、ng, paper making and fertilizer industry. 上海大和衡器有限公司生產(chǎn)制作的定量給料機采用重量傳感器檢測到物料的單位長度的瞬時重量信號,同時速度傳感器檢測到速度脈沖信號。通過控制系統(tǒng)將重量信號與速度信號進行乘積運算,從而求得物料的真實流量(輸送量)??刂葡到y(tǒng)將物料的真實流量和用戶設定的輸送量(設定量)進行逐次比較,其差值信號反饋給變頻器,用于調(diào)節(jié)輸送膠帶速度,從而保證物料的真實流量和設定量相一致。The Constant Feed Weigher produced by Shanghai Yamato Scale Co., Ltd. adopts the

4、load cell to inspect the instantaneous weight signals of the material in a unit length and at the same time the speed detector to inspect the speed pulse signals. The weight signals and speed signals are conducted with the product calculation by the control system so as to attain the materials real

5、flux (feeding amount). The control system progressively compares the materials real flux and the feeding amount (the set amount) set by the user and then the signals of difference value are fed back to the inverter in order to adjust the rubber belt feeding speed and guarantee the materials real flu

After completely reading this Manual and get a

9、full knowledge of the Constant Feed Weigher, then operate and maintain this equipment. To get a full knowledge of the Constant Feed Weighers structure and safe operations meaning can prevent casualties and accidents from occurring and avoid the equipment from damaging. 從另一方面來說,安全工作就是防止設備故障和正確操作,有效維護

10、,以致設備能發(fā)揮它的最高性能。In the other hand, safe operation is to prevent the equipment from breaking down and carry on correct operation and realize effective maintenance so that the equipment can exert its own highest performance. 標志的含意:Meaning of the signs:在設備運行時,在標志附近范圍內(nèi)較危險,如果沒有做到安全操作,可能引起傷亡事故和設備的毀壞。必須絕對遵守

11、安全操作規(guī)范,避免出現(xiàn)危險的情形。 When the equipment is running, it is very dangerous around the sign range. If safe operation fails, it may result in casualties and accidents and the damaging of the equipment. It is necessary to absolutely abide by the rules of safe operation in order to avoid the occurrence of da

12、ngerous events. 在設備運行時,在標志附近范圍內(nèi)較危險,必須注意到工作環(huán)境的危險性,以避免出現(xiàn)傷亡事故。必須絕對遵守安全操作規(guī)范,避免出現(xiàn)危險的情形。 When the equipment is running, it is very dangerous around the sign range. 20、terials weight in a unit length (kg/m) (load density)V:皮帶速率 (m/min)V: Belt speed (m/min)設輸送帶的運行長度為l,輸送帶的速度為v,輸送帶運行時間為t, 那么:It is set that the running length of the conveyer belt is to be 1 and the running time of the conveyer belt is t, then: l=vt因此在輸送帶運行了 t1時間后,輸送帶的運行長度為l1=vt1,那么,輸送量可用下列方程式表示:There

23、檢測到速度脈沖信號。通過控制儀表將重量信號與速度信號進行乘積運算,從而求得輸送量。The above indicates: in order to attain the feeding amount, it is necessary to utilize the weighing transducer to inspect the instantaneous weight signals of the material in a unit length and at the same time the speed detector to inspect the speed pulse sign

The control instrument shall be applied to carry on product calculation toward the weight signals and speed signals so as to get the feeding amount. 1- 2. 稱量和控制系統(tǒng)1-2 Weighing and Controlling System 如 Fig.1- 2的流程圖所示,本設備主要分為四大單元:稱重單元,皮帶測速單元,積算控制儀表單元和驅(qū)動單元。Shown as the flow chart of Fig.1-2, this e

25、quipment is mainly divided into four major units: a weighing unit, a belt speed detector unit, an integrating control instrument unit and a driving unit. 稱重單元,皮帶測速單元,驅(qū)動單元作為輸送機的部件安裝在輸送機上。The weighing unit, belt speed detector unit and the driving unit are installed on the feeding machine as the feedi

26、ng machines components. 稱重單元主要由計量托輥和兩個稱重傳感器組成。稱重傳感器安裝在高精度的平臺上,兩個傳感器測量出輸送帶上物料的單位長度重量,然后將重量信號傳送至積算控制儀表。The weighing unit is mainly composed of a measuring support roller and two weighing transducers. The weighing transducers are installed on the high-precision platform so as to measure the materials w

27、eight in a unit length on the conveyer belt and then the weight signals are transmitted to the integrating control instrument. 皮帶測速單元采用編碼器安裝在驅(qū)動滾筒軸端,通過滾筒轉(zhuǎn)動產(chǎn)生脈沖信號,并將脈沖信號傳送至積算控制儀表。The belt speed detector unit is installed at the axial end of the driving roller by means of the coder. The rotation of the

28、 roller produces pulse signals that are then transmitted to the integrating control instrument.驅(qū)動單元的主電機根據(jù)積算控制儀表和變頻器信號自動調(diào)速轉(zhuǎn)動,從而使得給料機的輸送量與設定的輸送量一致。The main electric motor of the driving unit automatically rotates with the speed regulated according to the integrating control instrument and the signals

29、of inverter so as to attain the feeding amount of the feeding machine consistent to the set feeding amount. 主電動機與減速箱安裝一體,然后安裝在給料機的驅(qū)動滾筒上。變頻器根據(jù)積算控制儀表的衡定的輸送量信號產(chǎn)生相應的頻率,主電機根據(jù)不同的頻率,產(chǎn)生不同的轉(zhuǎn)速。也就是說驅(qū)動滾筒產(chǎn)生相應的轉(zhuǎn)速。從而達到輸送機的輸送量衡定,即與設定的輸送量一致。The main electromotor and the gear box are installed in one entity, and then

30、 installed on the driving roller of the feeding machine. The inverter produces corresponding frequency according to the signals of feeding amount scaled by the integrating control instrument, while the main electromotor produces different rotating speeds according to different frequencies. That is t

31、o say that the driving roller produces corresponding rotating speed so as to scale the feeding amount of the feeding machine, which is consistent to the set feeding amount. 積算控制儀表對傳感器的稱重(重量)電壓信號和測速傳感器的速度脈沖信號進行處理和計算。積算控制儀表通過比例關(guān)系的運算將速度脈沖信號轉(zhuǎn)換成輸送帶每秒鐘運行的長度,即輸送帶的速度。儀表對稱重傳感器(單位長度重量)和馬達(皮帶每秒鐘運行的距離)信號進行積分,得到

32、輸送機每秒鐘的輸送量。每秒鐘的輸送量同設定的輸送量進行逐次比較,其差值信號反饋給變頻器,變頻器產(chǎn)生相應的頻率用于調(diào)節(jié)馬達的轉(zhuǎn)速(輸送膠帶速度),直到真實流量和設定量相一致。The integrating control instrument carries on treatment and calculation toward the weighing (weight) voltage signals of the transducer and the speed pulse signals of the speed measuring transducer and then converts

33、 the speed pulse signals into the running length of the conveyer belt per second through a proportional operation, namely the speed of the conveyer belt. The instrument conducts integral calculation toward the weighing transducer (the weight in a unit length) and the motor signals (the running dista

34、nce of the conveyer belt per second) so as to attain the feeding amount of the conveyer belt per second. The feeding amount per second is successively compared with the set feeding amount and the difference signals are fed back to the inverter. The corresponding frequencies produced by the inverter

35、are applied to adjust the motors rotating speed (speed of the conveyer belts rubber belt ) until the real feeding flux is consistent to the set feeding amount. 積算控制儀表同時能夠?qū)⒚棵腌姷妮斔土考皶r地轉(zhuǎn)換成每小時的輸送量用負荷率的形式顯示出來。同時控制儀表具有強大的通訊功能和數(shù)據(jù)儲存功能。(詳細資料參見儀表說明書)At the same time the integrating control instrument can timel

39、f the head sweeper is to wipe off the material pieces and adhesions on the surface of the conveyer belt to guarantee the outer cleanliness of the conveyer belt and at the same time to guarantee the stability of measuring performance.在清掃板的兩側(cè)各安裝了橡膠板,以免損傷輸送膠帶。清掃板采用橡膠材料制作。 A rubber plate is respectively

40、 installed at thetwo sides of the cleaning plate so as to avoiddamaging the conveyer belt. The cleaning plate is made from rubber material. 41、部)清掃器 3) Middle (inside) sweeper of the conveyer belt中間清掃器的主要功能是用于去除輸送帶內(nèi)表面的物料碎粘著物,保障皮帶內(nèi)表面清潔。同時,保障計量性能穩(wěn)定性,并使得輸送帶不易跑偏。The main function of the middle sweeper is to wipe off the material pieces and adhesions on the surface of the conveyer belt to guarantee the outer cleanliness of the conveyer belt and

42、 at the same time guarantee the stability of measuring performance so that the conveyer belt wont run out. 清掃板采用橡膠材料制作。The sweeper board is made of rubber materials.4) 驅(qū)動滾筒(頭部滾筒)4) Driving roller (the roller at the head part)在驅(qū)動滾筒外表面包橡膠,并開設人字形斜槽。這種制作方法可以提高驅(qū)動力,防止膠帶打滑。The outer surface of the driving

43、roller is wrapped with the rubber and arranged with a herringbone flume. This making method can increase the driving power and prevent the adhesive tape from slipping. 44、t the rubber belt from running out. 5) 輸送膠帶5) Conveying rubber belt輸送帶型號為EP-200,聚脂帆布橡膠帶。The model of the conveyer belt is EP-200 and it belongs to the polyester canvas rubber belt.6) 膠帶張緊裝置6) Adhesive tape tensioning device膠帶張緊裝置內(nèi)部配置了螺母和調(diào)節(jié)桿,從而保證了膠帶的恒定張力。如圖Fig.2-5所示。Nuts and an adjusting rod are inst

45、alled inside the rubber belt tensioning device so as to guarantee the permanent tension of the rubber belt, shown as Fig.2-5.通過調(diào)節(jié)外部的螺母可以調(diào)節(jié)張緊裝置。Adjust the tensioning device by adjusting the outer nuts. 46、位于驅(qū)動滾筒和從動滾筒的中心上。2) 請確認托輥上無任何其它粘著物,以及各部件位置正確無誤。3) 請確認各個法蘭連接螺栓已經(jīng)被擰緊。4) 接通主電源,確認斷路器工作正常,開啟電源開關(guān)。.1) Please confirm the conveying rubber belt is located in the center of the driving roller and the driven roller.2) Please confirm that there is not any other adhesion on the support roller and the position

47、of each part is correct. 3) Please confirm that each flange that is connected with the bolts is screwed down.4) Switch on the main electrical source to confirm the breaker is normally running and then start the power switch. 4.遠程(中央)操作過程4. Remote (center) operating process遠程(中央)操作過程如下:Remote (center

48、) operating process is shown as follows:1) 將開關(guān)旋轉(zhuǎn)切換自遠程狀態(tài)。2) 設定定量給料機的輸送量。3) 在中央控制室啟動定量給料機。1) Rotate the switch to the Remote state. 2) Set the feeding amount of the Constant Feed Weigher. 3) Start the Constant Feed Weigher in the center control room. 5.現(xiàn)場(本地)操作過程5. Spot (local) operation process 本地操作過

49、程如下: Local operation process is shown as follows1) 將開關(guān)旋轉(zhuǎn)切換自本地狀態(tài)。2) 設定定量給料機的輸送量。.3) 在現(xiàn)場控制柜旁啟動定量給料機。 1) Rotate the switch to the Remote state. 2) Set the feeding amount of the Constant Feed Weigher. 3) Start the Constant Feed Weigher beside the control cabinet on the spot.6. 定量給料機停機處理要求6. Handling req

50、uirements toward the stopping of the Constant Feed Weigher1) 將定量給料機上殘存的物料輸送干凈。2) 關(guān)閉定量給料機。3) 切斷總電源。1) Completely convey the residual material on the Constant Feed Weigher.2) Stop the Constant Feed Weigher.3) Cut off the general power source. 7. 定量給料機運行時的調(diào)節(jié)7. Adjustment of the running Constant Feed We

51、igher 7- 1. 調(diào)節(jié)皮帶跑偏7-1. Adjusting the belt tracking調(diào)準裝置Adjusting device張緊調(diào)節(jié)桿Tension adjusting rod皮帶張緊調(diào)整(調(diào)準)裝置具有調(diào)節(jié)皮帶跑偏和張緊輸送膠帶兩種功能。在定量給料機后側(cè)門的外部左右各有一個調(diào)節(jié)桿,采用搬手可以旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)節(jié)桿。通過旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)節(jié)桿調(diào)節(jié)皮帶張力和皮帶跑偏。The belt tension adjusting device is provided with the two functions of adjusting the belt from running out and tension

52、ing the conveying rubber belt. An adjusting rod is respectively installed at the left and right sides of the outer rear lateral door of the Constant Feed Weigher and a spanner can be adopted to rotate the adjusting rod. Adjust the belt tension and belt from running out by rotating the adjusting rod.

53、 調(diào)節(jié)方法Adjusting methods請選擇合適的搬手用于旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)節(jié)桿。每次調(diào)節(jié)時,左右調(diào)節(jié)桿的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向 必定相反,而且旋轉(zhuǎn)圈數(shù)必須相同。Please choose an appropriate spanner to rotate the adjusting rod. During adjusting each time, the rotating direction of the left and right adjusting rods must be opposite and the rotating circles must be the same. (1) 在調(diào)節(jié)時,須派專門人員

54、觀察調(diào)節(jié)時的輸送皮帶運行狀況。(1) During adjusting, professional personnel must be dispatched to observe the running status of the conveying belt.(2) 如圖Fig.7-1所示,當皮帶往左跑偏時,順時針旋轉(zhuǎn)左側(cè)的調(diào)節(jié)桿,同時逆時針旋轉(zhuǎn)右側(cè)的調(diào)節(jié)桿。每次調(diào)節(jié)時須微量調(diào)節(jié)。每根調(diào)節(jié)桿旋轉(zhuǎn)約1/3至1/2圈。(2) Shown as Fig.7-1, when the belt runs out toward the left, rotate the left adjusting ro

55、d clockwise and at the same time rotate the right adjusting rod counterclockwise. When conducting adjustment each time, it should be slight. Each adjusting rod should be about 1/3 to 1/2 circles.(3) 反之,當皮帶往右跑偏時,逆時針旋轉(zhuǎn)左側(cè)的調(diào)節(jié)桿,同時順時針旋轉(zhuǎn)右側(cè)的調(diào)節(jié)桿。每次調(diào)節(jié)時須微量調(diào)節(jié)。每根調(diào)節(jié)桿旋轉(zhuǎn)約1/3至1/2圈。(3) On the contrary, when the belt

56、runs out toward the right side, rotate the left adjusting rod counterclockwise and at the same time rotate the right adjusting rod clockwise. When conducting adjustment each time, it should be slight. Each adjusting rod should be about 1/3 to 1/2 circles.(4) 每次調(diào)節(jié)后,需讓輸送膠帶運行10圈以上,判別皮帶跑偏現(xiàn)象是否得到糾正。如果還存在跑偏現(xiàn)象,請再次重復調(diào)整一次。(4) After condu
