6、he HUB Increase Supply Chain visibility Increase Manageability : standard process across BUs Optimize demand/supply managementVMI Terms & Conditions Non binding forecast:每周會(huì)有一個(gè)non-binding forecast 下給供應(yīng)商,作x周/月預(yù)測(cè).這個(gè)forecast 實(shí)際就是各BU 需要從Hub 運(yùn)出的貨量.但是forecast 僅做參考 , 而非承諾 - Flexibility Rules:Upside and
7、 Downside flexibilities are negotiated with the supplier. The flexibility applies on the number of units to be pulled from the Hub.Blanket Purchase Order:每月的最后一周, Blanket PO 都將由採(cǎi)購(gòu)下給各供應(yīng)商.一張BPO 包含數(shù)量、價(jià)格和有效期.Availability optimization:供應(yīng)商應(yīng)當(dāng)保證及時(shí)供貨 .供應(yīng)商必須根據(jù)forecast 庫(kù)存變化以及實(shí)際需求及時(shí)補(bǔ)貨.由於供應(yīng)商庫(kù)存小於需求量而導(dǎo)致實(shí)際物料需求滿足不了時(shí)
8、,稱為Hub Down.當(dāng)出現(xiàn)Hub Down 時(shí) , Hub 會(huì)向供應(yīng)商收取一定金額的罰金.金額為每天/周所缺貨價(jià)值的a%.VMI data managementForecast :月需求預(yù)估未來3個(gè)月的需求(每月更新).周需求預(yù)估未來13個(gè)星期.(每周更新).日需求預(yù)估未來2周需求(每日更新).Replenishment: 供應(yīng)商必須計(jì)算補(bǔ)貨數(shù)量來保證Hub 庫(kù)存需求. 計(jì)算應(yīng)考慮以下因素:* Forecasts* 交貨Lead time * 月、日消耗量.* 機(jī)動(dòng)條款Logistics:交易方式均為DDU Hub.卸貨及儲(chǔ)存費(fèi)用,以及處理過程中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)均由供應(yīng)商承擔(dān). 交貨費(fèi)用: 物料成本
9、+運(yùn)費(fèi)+Hub 服務(wù)費(fèi).所有Hub 管理費(fèi)用(進(jìn)出貨運(yùn)作,存貨及送貨等) 由供應(yīng)商承擔(dān).快遞: 如超出彈性合約所規(guī)定的數(shù)量 , 多余運(yùn)費(fèi)由foxconn 承擔(dān). 如發(fā)現(xiàn)缺貨 , 則運(yùn)費(fèi)由供應(yīng)商承擔(dān).Inventory ownership : 物料運(yùn)出Hub之前 , 所有存庫(kù)物料權(quán)仍在供應(yīng)商.供應(yīng)商要及時(shí)補(bǔ)貨以保證庫(kù)存充足.New Product management與供應(yīng)商溝通 New Product, 下PO 給供應(yīng)商 ; 供應(yīng)商確認(rèn)收到 PO, 回復(fù)ETA 給Hub. shipped: DDU Hub Ramp-up Management:-目標(biāo):需求突增時(shí)保證供應(yīng)需求突增量=使庫(kù)存充裕,
10、 並能及時(shí)補(bǔ)貨.- How: Supplier to plan shipments of the 4 first months- 折中措施:供應(yīng)商起始庫(kù)存應(yīng)當(dāng)3 WOS 於日常生產(chǎn)用量.- Hub Management: 確定所有料號(hào)均鍵入系統(tǒng). 通知Hub 預(yù)定儲(chǔ)位.Have a close follow up and Be proactiveEnd Of Life management Frozen demand:-在最後需求月 之前 個(gè)月 , 停止下月 forecast .-客戶指示EOL數(shù)據(jù) .-客戶正式聲明此產(chǎn)品已到EOL 時(shí)期.-凍結(jié)forecast 第一天就通知供應(yīng)商即時(shí)庫(kù)存.
11、Left-to-ship quantity:- Supplier calculates the left to ship quantity as of beginning of the EOL period :Left to ship = + EOL demand (3 months)- Inventory (hub+ RMA)- In transit (as of first date of the EOL period)Rules of the Game 只有兩條標(biāo)準(zhǔn)衡量供應(yīng)商的表現(xiàn): Hub Down (庫(kù)存不足) 登錄 VMI Hub 網(wǎng)站數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性.這兩條標(biāo)準(zhǔn)用以評(píng)估表現(xiàn) , 並且
12、會(huì)影響市場(chǎng)佔(zhàn)有率及 未來的產(chǎn)品回鐀率.VMI Roles and Responsibilities - Forecast BUs: 提供每月需求 forecast 確保forecast 在Hub 系統(tǒng)中的準(zhǔn)確性和時(shí)效性.Use business share to communicate suppliers. - Define business share % Supplier:確保數(shù)據(jù)在VMI 系統(tǒng)中的準(zhǔn)確性和時(shí)效性.提供Volume forecast 給Hub. Hub: 保證隨時(shí)有倉(cāng)位提供給各個(gè)供應(yīng)商.為供應(yīng)商學(xué)習(xí)VMI 系統(tǒng)提供培訓(xùn).VMI Roles and Responsibilit
13、ies Inventory Data Hub:把更新的庫(kù)存數(shù)據(jù)上傳到VMI 網(wǎng)頁(即時(shí)或隔夜)必要時(shí)覆蓋詳細(xì)記錄數(shù)據(jù). 批準(zhǔn)供應(yīng)商定義的庫(kù)存警戒線. 如果供應(yīng)商過失引起庫(kù)存不足要提供此報(bào)告給供應(yīng)商和GSP. 根據(jù)實(shí)際情形 report to GSP 商定供應(yīng)商懲罰措施. GSP: 提供聯(lián)繫制造商料號(hào)、FOXCONN 料號(hào)等迅息給供應(yīng)商 和Hub.VMI Roles and Responsibilities Inventory Data (cont.) Supplier: 提供符合當(dāng)?shù)胤梢?guī)定的精確貨物文件資料.熟悉Hub運(yùn)作流程及系統(tǒng) , 確信滿意Hub對(duì)貨物的掌 控和庫(kù)存管理.定義庫(kù)存警戒水
14、平. 當(dāng)庫(kù)存量小於警戒水平時(shí) , 通知GSP, Hub立即補(bǔ)救措施. Hub:確保Hub 系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)頁的庫(kù)存迅息準(zhǔn)確、及時(shí). 盡快標(biāo)出不準(zhǔn)確的數(shù)據(jù)或項(xiàng)目如數(shù)量等 , 以避免日常操作中的 損失.VMI Roles and Responsibilities Performance Reporting Hub: 對(duì)供應(yīng)商的表現(xiàn)每月作出評(píng)報(bào) , Hub Down 或者 ETA 可信度 每月提供庫(kù)存變動(dòng)給供應(yīng)商和FOXCONN .GS P: 平衡過去 performance data within evaluation process 必要時(shí)進(jìn)行強(qiáng)制手段.Supplier: 維護(hù)供應(yīng)商Scoreboard
15、, 及時(shí)溝通並找出解決方式.VMI Roles and Responsibilities Terms and Conditions Negotiations BUs:提供 input 給 GSP 有關(guān) BU requirements for supplier terms and conditions.參與供應(yīng)商的選擇.核準(zhǔn)運(yùn)費(fèi)及Hub 費(fèi)用._與GSP 溝通需求. 行使BU的責(zé)任.Supplier:與VMI Hub商談 Hubs Ts 和 Cs.確保100%地供貨.Hub: 與供應(yīng)商合作制定MOU和簽定合同 ,加入VMI .執(zhí)行 Ts & Cs 談判.VMI Roles and Res

Supplier: 給出指導(dǎo)方針並檢查倉(cāng)庫(kù)環(huán)境以便其達(dá)到供應(yīng)商
