15、大程度來(lái)自其自身的行政管理制度。 筆者認(rèn)為, 行政管理制度缺陷來(lái)自于 兩個(gè)方面: 一是行政管理規(guī)章制度不健全。 由于企業(yè)管理者對(duì)行政管理工作缺乏 深刻認(rèn)識(shí),使其在具體制定時(shí),并不能與企業(yè)的實(shí)際發(fā)展?fàn)顩r及發(fā)展方向相適應(yīng); 二是企業(yè)管理職能分工不清晰。 由于企業(yè)管理體系不完善, 使得企業(yè)工作人員分 工、工作流程均較為模糊, 這直接造成了工作責(zé)任難以界定, 引起企業(yè)職能部門 工作的交叉混亂, 嚴(yán)重影響了企業(yè)內(nèi)部的工作效率, 從整體上削弱了企業(yè)的運(yùn)行 效率,造成企業(yè)內(nèi)部資源的極大浪費(fèi),嚴(yán)重抑制了企業(yè)的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。administrativeFor now, manyenterprises in the

27、力。 企業(yè)管理者要有效培養(yǎng)信息化管理能力, 逐步實(shí)現(xiàn) 信息化操作取代傳統(tǒng)人工行政管理, 形成以計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)為核心的行政管理辦公自 動(dòng)化系統(tǒng); 其次,建立和完善企業(yè)內(nèi)部的行政管理信息系統(tǒng)。 借助行政管理信息 系統(tǒng)可為行政管理人員提供分析、 計(jì)劃和輔助決策的基本功能, 從而有效保障行 政管理工作有效展開(kāi);再次,優(yōu)化決策支持系統(tǒng)。決策支持系統(tǒng)屬于智能系統(tǒng), 其基于人機(jī)交互式模式, 可借助數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、 模型庫(kù)、 知識(shí)庫(kù)等輔助行政決策者有效 而快速地解決有關(guān)實(shí)際問(wèn)題,這對(duì)行政管理工作的高效控制有諸多幫助。With the application of information technology in ent
