11、ry performance and entire discharge by the CONTRACTOR of all of the CONTRACTOR 's duties, obligations, responsibilities and liabilities under the CONTRACT, the OWNEsRhall in accordance with the payment terms set forth in the CONTRACT, pay the CONTRACTOR the FIXED LUMP SUM PRICE. 21、稅收6.1 The CONTRACTOR shall pay all national, provincial and municipal contributions and taxes, which may arise from the performance of the WORKS. This obligation shall extend to import duties, sales, license, consumption, gross receipts, documentary, stamp and other taxes applicableto materials furn

22、ished or to the WORKS performed by the CONTRACTOR, as well as to those payroll or payment received by the CONTRACTOR. The CONTRACTOshRall indemnify the OWNEaRgainst any liability for any such taxes, contributions and premiums.承包商應(yīng)交納國(guó)家及省、市要求的與工程有關(guān)的一切行政收費(fèi)和稅款。此義務(wù) 也適用于承包商為完成工程而提供的材料或執(zhí)行工程而產(chǎn)生的有關(guān)進(jìn)口、 營(yíng)業(yè)、 執(zhí)照
