At the same time, the students can know School Exchange Programme and arouse their interest to go abroad, so stimulate th
3、eir motivation in study. Analysis of the studentsSenior 3 students have accumulated a large number of vocabularies and phrases and have mastered some writing skills, so they can express their ideas to some extent. However, some students are lack of confidence and are afraid of making mistakes, so th
4、e class atmosphere is not active. Therefore, we should encourage them to practice. Even though they have recited some words, they can not use the in a proper way. So, teacher should pay more attention to cultivate students awareness in the proper use of vocabularies.Design conceptsAccording to the E
5、nglish Syllabus and new lesson standard, it focuses on independent and cooperation study. Teacher is the guider of study, while students are the center of study. As a result, teacher should try their best to get students involved into every step and solve problems by themselves. Besides, study is a

10、tivity-based teaching (individual work; pair work; group work; class work)1. Student-centered teaching, to some degree, it can enhance students self- study2. Cooperate method can develop students abilities to learn each others strong points for mutual progress.3. Discussion can help develop their th
11、inking and exchange their ideas4. By Task-based learning, students can master knowledge or reach conclusions automatically.5. Activity-based teaching can create a friendly atmosphere.At the same time, make use of all kinds of teaching means which can mobilize the students enthusiasm and creativity i
