12、注重研究教材教法,注重把知識和能力既深入淺出又扎扎實實的傳授給學生,注重研究教材教法,注重把知識和能力既深入淺出又扎扎實實的傳授給學生。2、讓學生成為課堂的主體。學生是學習的主人,是學習的主體。教學中只有充分調(diào)動學生認知的,心理的,生理的,情感的,行為的等方面的因素,讓學生進入一種自主的學習境界,才能充分發(fā)揮學生的主觀能動性,融自己的主見于主動發(fā)展中。為了讓學生更好的發(fā)揮他們的主體作用,把他們的被動學習變?yōu)橹鲃訁⑴c。3、情景教學設計。為了能夠讓學生在課堂上能有所收獲,在課堂設計上也盡量從學生的實際水平出發(fā),設計一節(jié)學生能接受的情景教學場景。4、教學過程中注重個別差異學生的英語水平是參差不齊,既

13、要比較全面地照顧各個層次的學生,運用小組合作的教學模式比較恰當。每一小組都安排有一至兩個英語水平相對好點兒的同學,這樣在合作的過程中,可以激發(fā)那些英語水平相對比較好的同學的興趣,同時也讓他們起帶頭的作用,以一帶一或以一帶二,本人積極創(chuàng)造機會讓每一個同學在課堂上都能用英語進行對話,體驗到說英語的樂趣。從而慢慢地提高全體學生的學習英語的積極性。通過上這次的公開課,我發(fā)現(xiàn)自己有很多不足的地方,比如黑板的板書應該進行更加有效地利用起來;語法填空是重點,可以在給學生更多的操練時間等等。課后學習組織了評課活動,我給各位老師自述教學設計和思路,由本校老師和各兄弟學校老師積極給予指導性的點評和建議,給予我更多

14、專業(yè)性的指導和幫助,希望能幫助我有更大的成長。老師們一致認為在教學中如果能把學生的學習主動性和積極性發(fā)揮好的話,我們的教學將會起到事半功倍的作用,教師教得輕松,學生學得愉快人品好的人,自帶光芒,無論走到哪里,總會熠熠生輝。人活著,誰都會有煩惱,每天都有煩惱,最重要的是你不理會煩惱,煩惱自然就沒有了!因此,朋友們,最好的活法,就只要記住這兩句話:煩惱天天有,不撿自然無!當你不開心的時候,想想自己還剩下多少天可以折騰,還有多少時間夠你作踐。你開心,這一天過了;不開心,一天也過了。想明白了,你就再也不會生氣了。當你煩惱的時候,想想人生就是減法,見一面少一面,活一天就少一天,還有什么好煩惱的呢,不忘人恩,不念人過,不思人非,不計人怨。不缺誰,不少誰,對得起良心就好。當你憂傷的時候,想想生活就是一場路過,赤條條來,赤條條去,帶不來一絲塵土,帶不
