HMC更換電源P570

1、換P570電源步驟 (2011-10-12 11:47) 1.確定在P1-C6/C7位置沒有以下設(shè)備，否則只能關(guān)機(jī)換電源，在線換電源不得超過5分鐘FC 1800 - HSL-2 Ports - 2 CopperFC 1801 - HSL-2 Ports - 2 OpticalFC 1810 - GX Dual-port 4x HCA注：Remote I/O expansion card (FC 1800)Dual-port 4X Host Channel Adapter Infiniband card (FC 1810) 2. 如果P570是由HMC管理的，通過HMC（version6以下版本

2、）刪除設(shè)備，方法如下：a 在導(dǎo)航區(qū)，展開系統(tǒng)環(huán)境b 展開需要更換部件的管理系統(tǒng)c 展開Service Applicationsd 選擇Service Focal Pointe 在內(nèi)容部分，選擇(Repair Serviceable Event)Install/Add/Remove Hardwaref 在Install/Add/Remove Hardware窗口，點(diǎn)擊System Processor.g 從選擇的菜單上，選擇Remove FRU.h 在Installed enclosure types部分，選擇system or expansion unit來(lái)刪除部件i 在可用的FRU類型來(lái)選擇

3、插槽來(lái)刪除部件j 點(diǎn)擊Next，電源燈開始閃爍k 根據(jù)指令更換部件 3. 如何在AIX系統(tǒng)或者邏輯分區(qū)上定位壞的部件a 以root用戶登錄AIX系統(tǒng)b 輸入diagc 從Function Selection菜單，選擇Task Selection回車d 選擇Display Previous Diagnostic Results回車e 從Display Previous Diagnostic Results返回界面上選擇Display Diagnostic Log Summary，出現(xiàn)Display Diagnostic Log，返回內(nèi)容包含按時(shí)間排序的一些事件列表f 注意T列表的最近的事件，選擇

4、后按回車g 選擇Commit，將會(huì)詳細(xì)顯示此事件的信息h 記下事件的位置信息以及相應(yīng)的SRN號(hào)i 退出到命令行下 4. 如果570不是通過HMC管理，更換設(shè)備方法如下：a 以root用戶登錄AIX系統(tǒng)b 輸入diagc 從Function Selection菜單，選擇Task Selection回車d 從Task Selection菜單上選擇Identify and Attention Indicators回車e 從列表上選擇故障部件后回車f 選擇Commit，系統(tǒng)故障燈會(huì)點(diǎn)亮同時(shí)故障部件燈也被點(diǎn)亮(左邊P1-E1,右邊P1-E2)g 開始更換電源h 更換完成后，根據(jù)系統(tǒng)提示，退出到命令行下T

8、stem in order to power on the system unit.If one power supply fails,or you have a system failure that does not stop the fans,the system will continue to operate.You can remove and replace the power supply with the system power on if it is done in LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES After five minutes,the system

9、will power down to prevent the system from over heating.1.Open the back rack door or cover.2.Disconnect the power cable from the backup of the power supply you are servicing.3.Pull the locking handle to pull the power supply out of the power supply byCAUTION: This part or unit is heavy,but has a wei
