20、tion4.1 合同期滿雙方不再續(xù)簽或者雙方約定的合同終止條件出現(xiàn)時，雇傭合同即終止。this contract shall be terminated once it expires and both parties do not extend the contract.4.2 經(jīng)合同雙方當(dāng)事人協(xié)商一致，本合同可以解除。the contract may be canceled based on both parties mutual negotiation.4.3 乙方因歸國或其他私人原因未正常出勤且超過十天且未向甲方做出書面說明的，本合同自動終止。 the contract will au

34、and discharge of the contract第八條 訂立本合同所依據(jù)的客觀情況發(fā)生重大變化，致使本合同無法履行的，經(jīng)甲乙雙方協(xié)商同意，可以變更本合同的相關(guān)內(nèi)容。due to the force majeure, the relevant clauses of the contract may be modified by the parties.第十條 經(jīng)甲乙雙方協(xié)商一致，本合同可以解除。 the contract can be modified or terminated by the parties through consultation;第十一條 乙方有以下情形之一的，甲

35、方有權(quán)解除勞動合同并無須給乙方任何經(jīng)濟(jì)補(bǔ)償金：（一）嚴(yán)重違反公司員工手冊、人力資源管理制度、行政管理制度、崗位職責(zé)規(guī)定、上司任務(wù)安排等一系列公司規(guī)章制度的；（二）嚴(yán)重失職，營私舞弊，給甲方利益造成重大損害的；（三）被依法追究弄事責(zé)任的；（四）乙方同時在其他地方兼職或以任何形式，對甲方的工作任務(wù)造成嚴(yán)重影響，或者經(jīng)過甲方提出后仍不改正。 （五）在試用期被證明不錄用條件的；（六）乙方被發(fā)現(xiàn)其存在虛假欺騙行為（包括但不限于其假工作經(jīng)歷、假學(xué)歷證、假身份證明等），使甲方違背真實(shí)意思的情況下與乙方訂立合同的；the contract may be discharged by the employer with immediate effect and the employee will not be compensated if the employee :(1 materially breaches the employers rules and regulations;(2) commits serious dereliction of duty or practices graft, causing substantial damage to the employer;(3) has additionally established an emp
