1、燒結(jié)廠生產(chǎn)工藝流程燒結(jié)生產(chǎn)工藝流程1、 原料的受料,堆存系統(tǒng)該系統(tǒng)主要由重車鐵牛,摘鉤平臺(tái)、轉(zhuǎn)子式翻車機(jī)、重型板式給礦機(jī),兩臺(tái)堆料能力1000t/h搖臂式堆料機(jī)和膠帶運(yùn)輸機(jī)組成。運(yùn)輸部將待卸重車配至二燒翻車線上13道,由重車鐵牛將重車牽引至摘鉤平臺(tái)上,依靠液壓系統(tǒng)使摘鉤平臺(tái)升起,車皮被摘鉤分節(jié),分節(jié)的車皮靠摘鉤平臺(tái)的坡道滑進(jìn)翻車機(jī),在止擋器的作用下定位,此時(shí),翻車機(jī)開紿工作,翻完的車皮回到0位后,推車裝置動(dòng)作將車皮推入溜車線,進(jìn)入翻車機(jī)料槽中的燒結(jié)原燃料,由左右兩臺(tái)重型板式給礦機(jī)將料排到膠帶運(yùn)輸機(jī)上,通過多條膠帶運(yùn)輸機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),最終通過堆料機(jī)將料堆入一次料場。此外,通過受料槽可將原燃料堆入一次料場

2、。為應(yīng)對(duì)燒結(jié)生產(chǎn)中某種原料突然緊缺的情況,燒結(jié)廠又對(duì)原受料堆存系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),加裝兩條直進(jìn)膠帶,使料不通過一次料場而直接進(jìn)入原料槽,其主要是依靠在轉(zhuǎn)5,1膠帶機(jī)上安裝了兩臺(tái)梨式卸料器,將料卸至直進(jìn)，1、直進(jìn),2上，經(jīng)過取,1、取,2進(jìn)入料倉。翻車機(jī)受料槽轉(zhuǎn)11轉(zhuǎn)31轉(zhuǎn)21取1轉(zhuǎn)41轉(zhuǎn)51直進(jìn)1取1直進(jìn)2取2堆料機(jī)1堆料機(jī)2WithanexternalintelligentvideoanalysisequipmentsuchasSAVIA,canreachtheborderdetection,intrusion,retrograde,count,spraying,intelligentvideo

7、itoringcentercanview/controlcamerasaswellasdistributionofanyremote-controlcenterofthecamera.Localcontrol2、 取料系統(tǒng):主要由混勻料場和一次料場取料系統(tǒng)組成，一次料場由兩臺(tái)生產(chǎn)能力為680t/h的斗輪取料機(jī)和處理能力為140,420t?h的圓振篩及膠帶運(yùn)輸機(jī)組成，其圓振篩主要用于將鐵原料中的大塊剔除，以保證鐵原料成份的穩(wěn)定和成品燒結(jié)礦的良好品質(zhì)，該系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)為既能為原料預(yù)配料系統(tǒng)供料，又能為燒結(jié)配料系統(tǒng)直接供料兩種方式，在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)一般不直接向燒結(jié)供料，以保證燒結(jié)鐵原料楊份穩(wěn)定，燒結(jié)配料用的鐵原

13、nexternalintelligentvideoanalysisequipmentsuchasSAVIA,canreachtheborderdetec2controlcenterofthecamera.Localcontrol-ote3、 混勻配料系統(tǒng):就是將不同的種類，不同品位的鐵礦粉按生產(chǎn)燒結(jié)礦預(yù)定鐵品位預(yù)先配料，該系統(tǒng)僅僅是對(duì)鐵礦粉進(jìn)行預(yù)先配料，其配料成份中不包含熔劑和燃料，它由一臺(tái)生產(chǎn)能力為600t?h的定臂混勻堆料機(jī)和8個(gè)鐵料礦槽、8臺(tái)圓盤份料機(jī)和8臺(tái)電子皮帶稱及膠帶運(yùn)輸機(jī)組成，該系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)，同樣采用了雙料線設(shè)計(jì)，既既可以通過混勻堆料機(jī)進(jìn)行混勻造堆，又可以通過膠帶運(yùn)輸機(jī)直接向燒結(jié)配

19、deoanalysisequipmentsuchasSAVIA,canreachtheborderdetection,intrusion,retrograde,c四、燃料破碎系統(tǒng)：0-25mm焦丁，0-40mm無煙煤均為二燒合格廠燃料，由于進(jìn)廠燃料粒度較大，燃料破碎系統(tǒng)分又分粗碎系統(tǒng)和燃料細(xì)碎統(tǒng)，以充分破碎燃料，保證燒結(jié)生產(chǎn)對(duì)燃料粒度0-3mm的要求，燃料粗碎主要依靠一臺(tái)雙光輥破碎機(jī)和一臺(tái)反擊式破碎機(jī)來完成，目前，反擊式破碎機(jī)已完全停止使用，燃料在進(jìn)入雙光輾破碎機(jī)前，先進(jìn)行一次篩分，將燃料中，10mm的篩除，篩上部分直接進(jìn)入雙光輾破碎機(jī)，10mmz下粒度進(jìn)入細(xì)碎系統(tǒng),燃料由0-10mm粒級(jí)破碎
