11、eermodel role; to continuestostre ngthe ning "four模板工程施工方案一、工程概況本工程為嘉祥縣祥苑小區(qū)住宅樓工程,位于嘉祥縣老機(jī)械廠院內(nèi),為嘉祥縣地質(zhì)工程勘察院勘察,嘉祥縣建筑工程設(shè)計(jì)院設(shè)計(jì),濟(jì)寧興業(yè)監(jiān)理有限公司監(jiān)理。建設(shè)單位已提供全套施工圖紙, 各種手續(xù)齊全, 施工現(xiàn)場三通一平工作已完成,已具開工條件。二、編制依據(jù)本方案依據(jù)如下施工圖紙和有關(guān)的施工規(guī)范進(jìn)行編制。1、 混凝土工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范;2、 建筑施工高處作業(yè)安全技術(shù)規(guī)范;3、 建設(shè)工程安全生產(chǎn)管理?xiàng)l例;4、 建筑施工扣件式鋼管腳手架技術(shù)規(guī)范;5、 建筑施工模板安全技術(shù)規(guī)范三、

12、搭設(shè)方案1、支撐架的選擇構(gòu)造柱、梁和板均采用木模板。支撐系統(tǒng)采用鋼管,扣件,鋼筋及方木。2、材料要求1)、主材采用外徑48mm壁厚3.5mm的Q235鋼管,其材質(zhì)應(yīng)符合規(guī)范要求。表面平整光滑,無銹蝕、裂紋等,搭設(shè)前進(jìn)行保養(yǎng)除銹,并統(tǒng)一涂刷顏色。2) 、鋼管扣件應(yīng)采用可鍛鑄鐵鑄造。規(guī)格與鋼管匹配,不得有裂紋、氣孔、砂眼等, 貼面應(yīng)平整,活動(dòng)部位靈活。符合建設(shè)部鋼管腳手架扣件標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。3、支撐架的搭設(shè)方法1 ) 、支撐架采用落地式鋼管,梁底立桿間距沿梁截面方向?yàn)?00,沿梁長度方向?yàn)?000。2 )、模板支架步距不大于1.8m,板模板支架縱橫立桿間距均不大于 1 m,立 桿距離地面200MMK置縱

13、橫掃地桿。3)、支撐架縱向、橫向各設(shè)置一道剪刀撐,門面房框架高度超過4m按規(guī)范加設(shè)水平. 豎向剪刀撐。鋼管與地面成4560°夾角,最下面的斜桿與立桿的聯(lián)接點(diǎn)。剪力撐鋼管的接長接點(diǎn),應(yīng)采用搭接,?搭接長度不小于50cm并采用兩只轉(zhuǎn)向扣件鎖定。?4) 、 所有桿件聯(lián)接均須用螺栓或扣件,每個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)的螺栓帽均要擰緊(用力矩fback boneba ckbone role ;to fullstre ngthe ning mem bersyouthw ork,full playyouth empl oyeesi n compa nydevel opme nt in theofforce role;

28、stostre ngthe ning "four扳手控制),支撐架的搭設(shè)應(yīng)橫平豎直。?5)、支撐架之間應(yīng)牢固拉接。立桿根部墊木塊 150X 150X 20,立桿需要接長時(shí)采用對(duì)接。立桿頂部在主橫桿的下方增設(shè)一個(gè)扣件,防止扣件滑動(dòng)。6 )、板的模板下部木方采用80X60硬木,鋪設(shè)在次橫桿上,間距 300mm7 )、木模板采用15mnS定形板材。木模板釘設(shè)在方木上。8 ) 、每道支撐架搭設(shè)完工,應(yīng)有專人檢查驗(yàn)收合格后方可使用。? 柱、墻、梁、板的支撐架安裝大樣詳見附圖。四、拆除方案? 1 、支撐架拆除前應(yīng)由項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理或單位工程負(fù)責(zé)人召集有關(guān)人員對(duì)工程進(jìn)行全面檢查,結(jié)構(gòu)混凝土強(qiáng)度達(dá)到拆除模板

29、要求,報(bào)監(jiān)理公司審查批準(zhǔn)后,方可拆除。? 2 、拆除支撐架,應(yīng)有專人負(fù)責(zé)。?3、拆除支撐架時(shí)應(yīng)分段拆除,先拆除板的支撐,后拆除梁的支撐;先拆除縱橫桿,后拆除立桿;先拆除側(cè)模板,后拆除底模板;?4、拆下的桿件與零件和模板,應(yīng)分堆 ( 零配件裝入容器內(nèi)), 用平臺(tái)和吊車向上搬運(yùn)。?5、拆下的桿件與零配件和模板運(yùn)到地面時(shí),應(yīng)隨時(shí)分品種、分規(guī)格堆放整齊,妥善保管。五、安全技術(shù)措施? 1 、搭拆支撐架必須進(jìn)行安全知識(shí)教育和安全技術(shù)交底。? 2 、搭拆支撐架時(shí),工人必須戴好安全帽,佩好安全帶,工具及零配件要放在工具袋內(nèi),穿防滑鞋工作,袖口、褲口要扎緊。? 3、搭設(shè)支撐架起步時(shí)應(yīng)設(shè)臨時(shí)剪刀撐及臨時(shí)支撐,搭設(shè)

30、高度超過 3M時(shí),在中間設(shè)置操作平臺(tái),操作平臺(tái)鋪腳手板。?4、吊運(yùn)鋼管等須專用的保險(xiǎn)吊鉤,鋼管嚴(yán)禁單點(diǎn)起吊,堆放平? 5 、支撐架在搭設(shè)前,結(jié)構(gòu)混凝土必須有足夠的強(qiáng)度。9 、結(jié)構(gòu)層澆混凝土?xí)r,結(jié)構(gòu)層下必須有二層的支撐架?;蛑渭芟碌幕炷翉?qiáng)度達(dá)到100%。10 、嚴(yán)禁支撐架與腳手架連接。8、嚴(yán)格按照施工方案和操作規(guī)程搭設(shè)和拆除。六、支撐架的計(jì)算1、計(jì)算依據(jù)建筑施工扣件式鋼管腳手架安全技術(shù)規(guī)范(JGJ 1302001)建筑結(jié)構(gòu)荷載規(guī)范(GB 50009-2001)2、使用參數(shù)支撐架每根立桿自重0.13KN/m(按照腳手架取值),次橫桿間距0.5M;主橫桿間距1.0M。步距h=1.8M。鋼管外徑4
