30、大都是緣于生活里的際遇沉浮,走不出個人心里的藩籬。也許我們能挺得過物質(zhì)生活的匱乏,卻不能抵擋住內(nèi)心的種種糾結(jié)。其實(shí)幸福和歡樂大多時候是對人對事對生活的一種態(tài)度,一花一世界,一樹一菩提,就是一粒小小的沙子,也有自己精彩的乾坤。如果想到我們終有一天會灰飛煙滅,一切象風(fēng)一樣無影亦無蹤,還去爭個什么?還去抱怨什么?還要煩惱什么?未曾生我誰是我?生我之時我是誰?長大成人方是我,合眼朦朧又是誰?一生真的沒有多少時光,何必要和生活過不去,和自己過不去呢。你在與不在,太陽每天都會照常升起;你愁與不愁,生活都將要繼續(xù)。時光不會因你而停留,你卻會隨著光陰而老去。有些事情注定會發(fā)生,有的結(jié)局早已就預(yù)見,那么就改變你

31、可以改變的,適應(yīng)你必須去適應(yīng)的。面對幸與不幸,換一個角度,改變一種思維,也許心空就不再布滿陰霾,頭上就是一片蔚藍(lán)的天。一生能有多少屬于我們的時光,很多事情,很多人已經(jīng)漸漸模糊。而能隨著歲月積淀下來,在心中無法忘卻的,一定是觸動心靈,甚至是刻骨銘心的,無論是傷痛是歡愉。人生無論是得意還是失意,都不要錯過了清早的晨曦,正午的驕陽,夕陽的絢爛,暮色中的朦朧。經(jīng)歷過很多世態(tài)炎涼之后,你終于能懂得:誰會在乎你?你又何必要別人去在乎?生于斯世,赤條條的來,也將身無長物的離開,你在世上得到的,失去的,最終都會化作塵埃。原本就不曾帶來什么,所以也談不到失去什么,因此,對自己經(jīng)歷的幸與不幸都應(yīng)懷有一顆平常心有一顆平常心,面對人生小小的不如意或是飛來橫禍就能坦然接受,知道人有旦夕禍福,這和命運(yùn)沒什么關(guān)系;有一顆平常心,面對臺下的鮮花掌聲和頭上的光環(huán),身上的浮名都能清醒看待?;ú怀i_,人不常在。再熱鬧華美的舞臺也有謝幕的
