2、on 2 叁:本機(jī)操作及控制要領(lǐng)III. Instruction about Operation and Control of This Device一. 機(jī)臺(tái)原點(diǎn)確認(rèn)I. Confirmation of equipment origin開(kāi)機(jī)后原點(diǎn)自我確認(rèn),成立條件(S1,S3)或(S1,S4)The origin is self confirmed after powering on, with the tenable condition of (S1, S3) or (S1, S4).二. 歸零設(shè)定要領(lǐng)II. Instruction about Zeroing首先鋼網(wǎng)模板夾臂8個(gè)五星把手螺

3、絲壓緊鋼網(wǎng)模板,將機(jī)體下降至S2下始點(diǎn).把PCB放于臺(tái)板上轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)印刷機(jī)頂部之升降手輪,依PCB厚度調(diào)節(jié)鋼網(wǎng)模板與印刷臺(tái)板之間距離.(上鋼網(wǎng)模板前確認(rèn)機(jī)體下降至S2與印刷臺(tái)板之間距離PCB高度,否則會(huì)出鋼網(wǎng)模板或機(jī)臺(tái)受損;測(cè)量方法:目測(cè))First, tightly compress the 8 five-pointed star knobs on the clip arm of the steel mesh molding board with the steel mesh molding board, lower the machine body to the lower initial po

Supporting PIN Setting Mode本機(jī)之定位PIN可移動(dòng)請(qǐng)依鋼網(wǎng)模板之圖形概略將支撐PIN放于臺(tái)板適中位置;The positioning PIN of this device is movable, please place the supporting PIN in a proper positi

6、on on the bedplate in accordance with the sketch diagram of the steel mesh molding plate.四. 對(duì)網(wǎng)設(shè)定方式IV. Mesh Calibration Setting Mode 完成上述動(dòng)作后,再進(jìn)行印刷鋼網(wǎng)模板與印刷PCB校對(duì)方法如下:將PCB放于支撐PIN上,并用定位PIN定位牢固,(至少定位PCB三點(diǎn)),放于鋼網(wǎng)模板與PCB對(duì)準(zhǔn)焊盤,之后移動(dòng)鋼網(wǎng)夾臂將鋼網(wǎng)夾牢,再到PCB臺(tái)板之X、Y調(diào)節(jié)螺栓進(jìn)行調(diào)校微調(diào).對(duì)好位置后再把臺(tái)板下的鎖緊螺絲擰緊.方可進(jìn)行批量印刷。When the above actions

7、are done, calibrate the printing steel mesh molding plate and the printing PCB, and the method is as follows: place PCB on the supporting PIN and position and fasten it with the positioning PIN. 8、ith the bonding pad; then move the steel mesh clip arm to tightly clip the steel mesh; fine calibrate the X and Y adjusting bolts of the PCB bedplate. When the position is calibrated, tighten the locking screws under the bedplate. Then, batch printing can be done. 五. 印刷行程設(shè)定方式:V. Printing Travel Sett

9、ing Mode 陸續(xù)完成PCB設(shè)定對(duì)位之后,再利用印刷座后之S3、S4之感應(yīng)器,分別依該鋼網(wǎng)模板之圖樣,印刷大小設(shè)定左右感應(yīng)開(kāi)關(guān)位置.When PCB setting and alignment are done successively, set the position of the left/right inductive switches respectively in accordance with the sample of the steel mesh molding plate as well as the printing size by applying the indu

10、ctors of S3 and S4 behind the printing base. 六. 刮刀的組裝方式:VI. Assembly Mode of Scraper刮刀采用中心栓卡式之組裝,將刮刀依照刮刀座的中心,插入固定栓上即可.The scraper is assembly by means of central bolt joint. Just the fixing bolt to the scraper in accordance with the center of the scraper base. 七. 刮刀高低調(diào)整方式:VII. Adjustment Mode of Scr

11、aper Height 利用刮刀上部之調(diào)節(jié)螺栓旋進(jìn)旋出即可進(jìn)行氣缸行程調(diào)節(jié),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)刮刀之上下高度調(diào)節(jié).The cylinder travel adjustment can be done by screwing in/out the adjusting bolts on the upper part of the scraper, thus realizing the height adjustment of the scraper.八. 刮刀平衡調(diào)節(jié)方式:VIII. Adjustment Mode of Scraper Balance.刮刀前后側(cè)各有一螺絲控制平衡,前后螺絲需相輔相成使用以

12、控制刮刀前后水平.如果鋼網(wǎng)模板上的圖片在刮刀中心下方則不用鎖緊,讓其自然水平調(diào)節(jié)There is a screw respectively at the front and rear part of the scraper that controls the balance. The front and rear screws shall be coordinated in controlling the front and rear level of the scraper. When the pattern on the steel mesh molding board is under

13、the scraper center, do not lock and allow it to level and adjust naturally.九. 印刷速度之設(shè)定:IX. Printing Speed Setting在能完成后序之生產(chǎn)要求前提下,盡可能將印刷速度調(diào)低,以使印刷效果達(dá)到最佳,印刷機(jī)速度包括刮刀行程速度和鋼網(wǎng)脫膜速度.Under the premise that the follow-on production requirements can be met, adjust the printing speed as slow as possible, to ensure

The printing machine speeds include the scraper travel speed and steel mesh film releasing speed. 開(kāi)機(jī)步驟及參數(shù)調(diào)節(jié)Power-On Procedures and Parameters Adjustment 1、接上一條與機(jī)器相配的8*5氣管及插上電源插頭 按下電源開(kāi)關(guān) 觸摸屏提示您進(jìn)入如下界面,下面為界面詳細(xì)介紹:1. 21、r, the system will show H-08 alarm zeroing screen (to set, click the Arabic number to show a small keyboard for setting and clearing)Go down is deferred(下降延時(shí))注:半自動(dòng)模式時(shí)應(yīng)設(shè)小,指在啟動(dòng)K-01控制面板上兩準(zhǔn)備按鈕開(kāi)關(guān)時(shí)停留設(shè)定的時(shí)間再下降。而自動(dòng)模式指的是:兩個(gè)流程之間的放板、取板所停留的時(shí)間。半自動(dòng)不宜設(shè)大,直接影響工作效率,此功能主要針對(duì)自動(dòng)模式而設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)定方法同上。Note: it shall be set as small

While the Automation mode refers to the time deferred for board releasing and loading between two flows. It is not proper for semi-automat

The setting method is as the same as the above.Back返回The scraper is deferred(刮刀延時(shí))注:是指機(jī)身主體下降經(jīng)過(guò)到底位延時(shí)電機(jī)運(yùn)行移動(dòng)機(jī)頭延時(shí)下刮刀。此功能主要針對(duì)有些特殊鋼網(wǎng)模板,產(chǎn)品位過(guò)于靠住網(wǎng)框邊。反之則無(wú)其它用途。設(shè)定方法與上相同Note: refer to machine body

To set, click the Arabic numbers to show the

26、 small keyboard for setting and clearing.Clean steel mesh(清潔鋼網(wǎng)相隔次數(shù))設(shè)定范圍:199次;常規(guī)錫膏印刷次數(shù)為10次,主要根據(jù)PCB印刷品質(zhì)來(lái)控制,設(shè)定方法同上;Setting range 1-99 times; common stencil printing frequency is 10. control mainly based on the PCB printing quality. 27、se(下到位延時(shí))設(shè)定范圍:常規(guī)錫膏印刷次數(shù)為200ms,主要根據(jù)氣源壓力來(lái)控制,能讓氣缸的氣緩沖更切底到達(dá)底部位置,提高印刷質(zhì)量的可靠性,設(shè)定方法同上;Setting range: common stencil printing frequency: 200ms, control mainly by air source pressure; can allow the cylinder to buffer to the bottom position more completely, so as to improve the reliability of printing quality.

30、 alarm resetting(報(bào)警復(fù)位)注:點(diǎn)此按鍵后系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)恢復(fù)印刷、反之不動(dòng)作;Note: after this button is clicked, the system will count automatically and restore printing, or it will not act.Back返回主界面H-02Back to main screen H-022、進(jìn)入主菜單并選擇一種動(dòng)作方式;當(dāng)您想要開(kāi)啟自動(dòng)時(shí),請(qǐng)您先設(shè)定參數(shù)下降延時(shí)是指機(jī)臺(tái)上升到位時(shí)與下降時(shí)之間的停留時(shí)間。當(dāng)這個(gè)時(shí)間到達(dá),機(jī)臺(tái)就開(kāi)始下降。一般下降延時(shí)設(shè)長(zhǎng)可在此時(shí)間內(nèi)完成放板和取板動(dòng)作;刮刀延時(shí)是

31、指刮刀下降時(shí)間,這個(gè)時(shí)間一般設(shè)定為10。當(dāng)這個(gè)時(shí)間到達(dá)后才開(kāi)始左移或右移。如果您需要刮多次,則在刮刀次數(shù)中設(shè)定您想要的次數(shù),一般設(shè)定為1次。(請(qǐng)您注意!在自動(dòng)模狀態(tài)下,請(qǐng)您注意安全!)廠家不支持用使用自動(dòng)模式,使用不當(dāng)將存在人身安全隱患;2. Enter the main menu and choose an action mode; If you want to start automation mode, please set Parameters first: GDID refers to the deferred time between going up and going down

When this time is reached, the bedplate will start going down; generally, GDID is set long, which can complete the board loading and taking; TSID refers to the time of scraper going down. This time is generally set as 10. When this time is reached, it will start moving leftward or righ

33、tward. If you want to scrape several times, set the frequency you want in the scraper frequency, which is generally as 1. (Please pay attention! Under automation mode, please pay attention to safety!) The manufacturer does not recommend using automation mode. Improper operation may cause risks again

34、st the human safety. 3、當(dāng)您設(shè)定好了參數(shù),進(jìn)入自動(dòng)或半自動(dòng)模式,您只要在開(kāi)關(guān)處點(diǎn)OFF至ON即開(kāi)啟了自動(dòng)或半自動(dòng)這一模式。您只要同時(shí)按下面板上K-01的準(zhǔn)備開(kāi)關(guān)。機(jī)器開(kāi)始運(yùn)行!3. When you have set the parameters, it will enter semi-automation or automation modes. Just click OFF to ON at the ON/OFF, and you will start the automation or semi-automation mode. Just by pressing t

35、he preparation switches of K-01 on the panel at the same time, the machine will start running. 4、注意機(jī)器運(yùn)動(dòng)過(guò)程中盡量避免參數(shù)調(diào)節(jié)。當(dāng)您想要進(jìn)入其它的工作模式,您必須先點(diǎn)擊ON OFF關(guān)閉此模式!按返回就回到主界面。如果您誤操作導(dǎo)致機(jī)器不正常工作。您只要關(guān)閉電源開(kāi)關(guān)。重新啟動(dòng)電源就OK了!機(jī)器將在電源啟動(dòng)后動(dòng)復(fù)位。4. Please note that, parameters adjustment shall be avoided as much as possible during moveme

36、nt of the machine. To enter other working mode, you must click ON OFF first to turn off this mode and push Back to return to the main screen. When the machine cannot work normally cased by error operation, it will be OK just by powering ON and restarting the power! The machine will reset after power

37、ing on.5如果您想要在半自動(dòng)的模式下工作。同樣請(qǐng)您先設(shè)定參數(shù)如果您剛設(shè)定過(guò),就可以直接點(diǎn)擊OFF進(jìn)行啟動(dòng)此工作模式。然后當(dāng)您同時(shí)按下準(zhǔn)備開(kāi)關(guān),機(jī)器將自動(dòng)完成一個(gè)循環(huán)周期。再次按下準(zhǔn)備按鈕。機(jī)器又將開(kāi)始一個(gè)循環(huán)周期。此工作模式是正常生產(chǎn)的工作模式。一般在正常工作時(shí)都選擇此工作狀態(tài)。工作過(guò)程中。您想返回其它的工作方式。請(qǐng)您再次點(diǎn)擊ON關(guān)閉此工作模式。然后點(diǎn)擊返回,就回到了主界面。5. To operate under semi-automation mode, you similarly shall set Parameters first. If you have just set, ju

38、st click OFF directly to start this working mode. Then, when you push preparation switch at the same time, the machine will complete a cycle automatically. Push preparation button again, the machine will start another cycle. This working mode is one for normal production. Generally, this working mod

39、e is selected under normal operation. During operation, if you want to return to other working modes, please click ON again to turn off this working mode and then click Back to return to the main screen. 6當(dāng)您選擇了手動(dòng)模式(此工作模式在調(diào)試機(jī)器網(wǎng)模板與PCB時(shí)是較好的選擇)。點(diǎn)擊下則機(jī)臺(tái)下降。點(diǎn)擊上則機(jī)臺(tái)上升。點(diǎn)擊右則機(jī)頭右移。點(diǎn)擊左則機(jī)頭左移。點(diǎn)擊左刀則左刮刀下降。再次點(diǎn)擊左刀則左刮刀復(fù)位

40、。反之右刀亦然!點(diǎn)擊返回則回到前一界面。6. When Manual mode is chosen (this working mode is a good option when adjusting the machines mesh molding plate and PCB). The machine will go down by clicking Down; go up by clicking Up; the machine header will move rightward by clicking Right and leftward by clicking Left. The

41、left scraper will go down by clicking Left Scraper and reset by clicking Left Scraper again. Vice versa for Right Scraper!
