5、DL404等標準。開關柜外殼的防護等級為IP4X，當斷路器室門打開、手車移開時，防護等級為IP2X。在系統(tǒng)的安裝和運行期間，要遵守所有相關的IEC規(guī)范及國家或地方相關的安全導則，還應考慮江蘇銀佳企業(yè)集團有限公司提供的有關資料。1.3工作條件1.3.1 正常工作條件 KYN28-12開關柜正常工作條件如下：室內環(huán)境溫度：最高溫度 +40°C日平均值不大于 +35°C最低溫度 -15°C室內環(huán)境濕度： 日平均相對濕度 95%及以下 月平均相對濕度 90%及以下Monthly average relative humidity less than 90%安裝場所的海拔高

6、度 1000m及以下Height above sea level at site less than 1000m地震烈度: 不超過8度Earthquake intensity: less than 8 degree沒有火災、爆炸危險，沒有嚴重污穢及化學腐蝕的場所。This product should not be used under conditions of fire, explosion，earthquake and chemical corrosion environments.1.3.2特殊工作條件Special service conditions對特殊工作條件，必須向制造廠咨詢

7、。制造廠與用戶應就特殊工作條件取得一致意見。The manufacture must be consulted in advance about each special service condition. 19、安裝的電氣元件見圖3/1。進線柜或出線柜是基本柜方案，并有派生方案，如母線分段柜或計量柜等。此外，尚有配置固定式負荷開關、真空接觸器手車、隔離手車等方案。開關柜靠墻或面對面安裝。結構細節(jié)和柜內安裝設備，可見訂貨文件。The basic structure of switchgear panel comprises the panel itself a removing part. The panel and main components can see in figure 3/1.Incoming-line panel or outgoing-line panel are diagram o

20、f basic switchgear panel，there are other derivative diagram，for example ,contact panel or metering panel .in addition，There are so many diagram of the switchgear panel with stationary type load switch、（SF6）VCB truck、VC truck、Disconnect truck. The panel has two maintenance modes. That is single-face

21、maintenance and double-face maintenance. The detail of structure and main components, can reference order document.3.2外殼和隔板 Enclosure and clapboard開關柜的外殼和隔板由優(yōu)質鋼板制成，具有很強的抗氧化、耐腐蝕功能，且剛度和機械強度比普通低碳鋼板高。三個高壓室的頂部都裝有壓力釋放板。出現(xiàn)內部故障時，高壓室內氣壓升高，由于柜門已可靠密封，高壓氣體將沖開壓力釋放板釋放出來。相鄰的開關柜由各自的側板隔開，拼柜后仍有空氣緩沖層，可以防止開關柜被故障電弧貫穿熔化。

22、低壓室D裝配成獨立隔室，與高壓區(qū)域分隔開。隔板將斷路器室B和電纜室C隔開，即使斷路器手車移開（此時活門會自動關閉），也能防止操作者觸及母線室A和電纜室C內的帶電部分。卸下緊固螺栓就可移開水平隔板，便于電纜密封終端的安裝。The enclosure and clapboard of the switchgears is made up from high quality steel, have very strong function to resistant oxidation and corrosion, and its rigidity and mechanical robustness

Low-voltage vault D is separate room with high-

Clapboard space isolate the VCB vault B with cable vault C, even if VCB. truck is moved(here the valve is closed self-motion),can prevent the operator from touching the electrification parts of bus bar vault A and cable vault C. releasing the tighten bolt, the level clapboard is remov

26、ed, convenient for installation of cable seal terminal.3.3開關柜內的小室 Compartments in switchgear斷路器室（見附圖3/1，3/3，3/5，3/6）VCB vault (figure 3/1，3/3，3/5，3/6 showing)斷路器手車裝在有導軌的斷路器室B內，可在運行、試驗/隔離兩個不同位置之間移動。當手車從運行位置向試驗/隔離位置移動時，活門會自動蓋住靜觸頭，反向運行則打開。手車能在開關柜門關閉的情況下操作，通過門上的觀察窗可以看到手車的位置、手車上的ON（斷路器合閘）/OFF（斷路器分閘）按鈕、合分

39、現(xiàn)危險局面和可能引起嚴重后果的誤操作，因此有效地保護了操作人員和開關柜。聯(lián)鎖裝置地功能如下：A series of interlocks are provided to prevent mishandling, thus protecting both personnel and switchgear itself. The function of interlocks is following: Ø 斷路器和接地開關在分閘位置時，手車能從試驗/隔離位置移動到運行位置。在這種分 閘狀態(tài)下，反向移動也行（機械聯(lián)鎖）。 VCB and earth switch in the OPEN p

49、 Dispatch and storage4.1交付條件 Condition on delivery 除了根據(jù)訂單檢查外，裝配好的開關柜還應遵照相應的IEC 298及GB3906有關規(guī)定進行出廠試驗，校核結構和功能的正確性。母線、緊固件和附件是單獨包裝的。The assembled switchgears are still tested for leaving factory in accordance with IEC 298 or GB3906 except that it is checked in accordance with order form, thus verifying

Bus bar, fastening piece and accessory are packed by oneself.4.2包裝 Packaging 開關柜的包裝按具體情況的要求作相應的調整，如航海包裝或不包裝。特別是海上運輸，即使是裝在集裝箱內，也應用塑料薄膜袋將開關柜封裝起來，放入合適的干燥劑以防受潮。The packaging of switchgear may be adjusted according to request for specific conditions, such as navigati

Especially marine transport, the switchgear must be sealed in film even though it is packed in container, put appropriate drier in packaging for guard against damp. 4.3運輸 Transport通常由單臺開關柜組成運輸單元，例外情況下，可由開關柜小組或背靠背安裝的開關柜組成運輸單元。每臺開關柜都裝有4個吊耳。（見圖5/1，5/2）Generally transport unit is formed by single switchgear.
