1、單元語法小專題(Grammar Focus)語法精講定語從句1.定語從句的含義在復(fù)合句中，修飾某一名詞或代詞的從句叫定語從句。被修飾的名詞或代詞，叫先行詞。從句放在所修飾詞(即先行詞)之后，由關(guān)系代詞或關(guān)系副詞引導(dǎo)。2.定語從句的引導(dǎo)詞定語從句的引導(dǎo)詞可分為關(guān)系代詞that，which，who(賓格whom，所有格whose)和關(guān)系副詞where，when，why等。我們先就關(guān)系代詞作重點講解。3.關(guān)系代詞的作用關(guān)系代詞who，whom，whose，which，that在定語從句中的作用見下表: (1)whowho指人，在定語從句中作主語。如:The boy who speaks Englis

2、h very well is from America.那個英語說得很好的男孩來自美國。小小診所:當(dāng)關(guān)系代詞在從句中作主語時，從句的謂語動詞要與先行詞保持主謂一致。如:He is one of the boys who like playing basketball.他是喜歡打籃球的男孩之一 。(2)whomwhom指人，在定語從句中作賓語，常可省略。如:The lady(who/whom)he is talking to is his girlfriend.正在和他交談的那位女士是他的女友。(3)whichwhich指物，在定語從句中作主語或賓語，作賓語時常省略。如:The building
