36、is feature CS-Fallback to 3G or 2G are independent features working separately. -Either CS-Fallback to 3G or CS-Fallback to 2G can be configured forcing an operator to choose between one of the target networks in case of overlapping coverage between LTE, WCDMA and GSM. -In addition only one carrier
37、can be eligible for mobility. With this feature two carriers with a priority order for mobility can be configured for CS fallback. This feature applies only when PS Handover to UTRAN is used as primary mobility procedure for CSFB When consecutive Handover preparation attempts fail or UE measurements

LR13.1.L introduced in Alcatel-Lucents LTE RAN the support of 3G Iuh-based Small Cells (RRC release with
49、 redirection is supported only) Until LR14.1.L, CSFB to 3G Small Cells had been blocked. This feature, 170910, removes this restriction. Basic redirection to 3G Small Cells is enabled.FEATURE VALUE This feature allows UEs using LTE to “fall back” to a Circuit-Switched (CS) network when placing voice
50、 calls, even when the target cell to support the CS call is a 3G Iu-h Small Cell. The redirection-based CS fallback that is provided by this feature is not impacted by PSC confusion. Therefore, CS fallback based on redirection is preferable to a Packet Switch (PS) Handoff (HO) because redirection-ba
