13、列存儲(chǔ)支持RAID0,RAID0通常運(yùn)用于G型號(hào),因?yàn)镚型號(hào)的存儲(chǔ)是作為存儲(chǔ)網(wǎng)關(guān)使用,應(yīng)用的意義在于做協(xié)議轉(zhuǎn)換,而底層的RAID5、RAID10已經(jīng)由IBM/日立等第三方存儲(chǔ)實(shí)現(xiàn),G型號(hào)的存儲(chǔ)只需要提供高性能的訪問即可。24RAID4+RAID4+是NETAPP公司在RAID4技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行改進(jìn)誕生的,主要是加入了WAFL( Write Anywhere File Layout )文件系統(tǒng)的特性,并優(yōu)化了文件系統(tǒng)與RAID機(jī)制,配合NETAPP的snapshot技術(shù)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)快速的數(shù)據(jù)備份與恢復(fù)。25RAID4+數(shù)據(jù)分布方式26D表示數(shù)據(jù)P表示奇偶校驗(yàn)的結(jié)果P的結(jié)果是通過異或運(yùn)算得出的,如果某

18、構(gòu)一個(gè)管理界面完全兼容舉一反三N3000N7600N7800N5200N5600N5500DATA ONTAP架構(gòu)35WAFL文件系統(tǒng)NetApp的文件系統(tǒng)名為WAFL,是專為Filer系統(tǒng)而設(shè)計(jì)的。WAFL是”Write Anywhere File Layout”,即”任意位置寫入文件布局”的縮寫。WAFL文件系統(tǒng)和Filer的整合式RAID管理采用一體化設(shè)計(jì),以避免大多數(shù)帶有RAID管理機(jī)制的文件系統(tǒng)所固有的性能問題。WAFL的主要特點(diǎn)及其所帶來的優(yōu)勢(shì)包括: 1、永遠(yuǎn)一致性的文件系統(tǒng) 2、具電池保護(hù)的NVRAM日志 3、內(nèi)建智能型最佳化的RAID磁盤陣列管理系統(tǒng) 4、能增長(zhǎng)的文件系統(tǒng) 5、

19、硬盤區(qū)塊驗(yàn)證系統(tǒng) Block-level Checksum 6、瞬間快照備份 (Snapshot) 7、WAFL將固定消耗10%的硬盤空間,這是無法釋放的36SnapShot和SnapRestoreSnapshot技術(shù)原理SnapShot是WAFL文件系統(tǒng)“任意位置寫入”功能帶來的一項(xiàng)突出優(yōu)勢(shì)。 一份SnapShot是文件系統(tǒng)的在線只讀拷貝。創(chuàng)建文件系統(tǒng)的一份SnapShot僅僅需要幾秒種的時(shí)間,并且除非原始文件被刪除或者更改,數(shù)據(jù)快照并不占用額外的磁盤空間。這種只有當(dāng)數(shù)據(jù)塊發(fā)生改動(dòng)時(shí)才進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)塊復(fù)制的技術(shù)被稱作“copy-on-write”,只有修改活動(dòng)文件系統(tǒng)中的數(shù)據(jù)塊并寫入磁盤中新的位置

20、時(shí),SnapShot才會(huì)占用額外的磁盤空間。38Snapshot創(chuàng)建及恢復(fù)原理39 Filer可以對(duì)一個(gè)卷組創(chuàng)建最多255個(gè)SnapShot快照。SnapShot快照可以通過手動(dòng)或者人為預(yù)先定制策略的方式來自動(dòng)創(chuàng)建。每一個(gè)SnapShot快照可以保存的時(shí)間取決于文件系統(tǒng)變動(dòng)的頻度。SnapRestoreNetApp 的 Snapshot 技術(shù)只存儲(chǔ)各個(gè)連續(xù)快照之間的塊級(jí)更改,從而高效地利用了存儲(chǔ)空間。由于 Snapshot 過程是自動(dòng)的,而且?guī)缀踉谒查g完成,因此大大提高了備份速度,簡(jiǎn)化了備份過程。SSnapRestore 軟件通過 Snapshot 技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)即時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)恢復(fù)。相對(duì)而言,其他存儲(chǔ)解決

21、方案復(fù)制所有數(shù)據(jù),因此其備份和恢復(fù)操作所需要的時(shí)間和磁盤存儲(chǔ)空間要多得多。40N系列存儲(chǔ)安裝過程N(yùn)系列存儲(chǔ)硬件安裝N系列存儲(chǔ)硬件安裝可以參考隨機(jī)發(fā)放的安裝手冊(cè),安裝過程比較簡(jiǎn)單,這里不再詳細(xì)說明。42N系列存儲(chǔ)規(guī)劃安裝N系列存儲(chǔ)規(guī)劃非常重要,好的規(guī)劃可以最大化利用磁盤空間。N系列存儲(chǔ)的操作系統(tǒng)DATAONTAP是建立在磁盤上的,初始化過程中會(huì)需要占用部分磁盤空間。對(duì)于A型號(hào),DATAONTAP會(huì)默認(rèn)選擇3塊磁盤做系統(tǒng)盤創(chuàng)建root volume,3塊磁盤構(gòu)成RAID-DP。對(duì)于G型號(hào)DATAONTAP默認(rèn)會(huì)選擇一塊磁盤創(chuàng)建root volume。43N系列存儲(chǔ)規(guī)劃N3000系列規(guī)劃建議系統(tǒng)默認(rèn)

22、會(huì)創(chuàng)建一個(gè)RAID-DP的root volume,將剩余的磁盤都加入到這個(gè)root volume中,不保留HOT SPARE盤以獲得更多的磁盤空間。N5000 A型號(hào)系統(tǒng)默認(rèn)會(huì)創(chuàng)建一個(gè)RAID-DP的root volume,剩余磁盤不要加入到這個(gè)root volume中,單獨(dú)創(chuàng)建aggr。根據(jù)磁盤的數(shù)量選擇性保留HOT SPARE盤(推薦操作)N5000G型號(hào)劃分2個(gè)100G的LUN給一個(gè)機(jī)頭用于安裝DATA ONTAP,一塊為數(shù)據(jù)盤,一塊為HOT SPARE盤,如果是兩個(gè)機(jī)頭則劃分4個(gè)100G的,每個(gè)機(jī)頭兩個(gè)。剩余按976G進(jìn)行LUN的劃分,或者將剩余的空間平均分,但是要小于976G。因?yàn)镹

23、5200G型號(hào)采用的是1000進(jìn)制,1G=1000M,而我們平常的計(jì)算方式為1G=1024M,因此我們只能按1000/1024*1000=976的大小劃分LUN。44N系列存儲(chǔ)初始化安裝硬件安裝完成后進(jìn)行設(shè)備加電,我們首先需要對(duì)存儲(chǔ)繼續(xù)初始化安裝。目前最常見的為N3600A10/A20和N5200A20/G20,初始化安裝的過程大致相同,DATAONTAP系統(tǒng)是建立在存儲(chǔ)的磁盤上,這部分會(huì)消耗一定的空間,這里以N3600初始化安裝為例。45N3600初始化安裝N系列存儲(chǔ)隨機(jī)會(huì)配置一個(gè)RJ45轉(zhuǎn)RS232的接頭和一根RS232串口線,我們需要將串口線和筆記本相連,串口配置為默認(rèn)即可。46串口連接

30、 setenv, printenv, help這里我們直接輸入boot_ontap,系統(tǒng)會(huì)從存儲(chǔ)自帶的CF卡中讀取數(shù)據(jù),并開始安裝系統(tǒng)。 N5200系列在這里的提示為: Starting AUTOBOOT press any key to abort. 按任意鍵中止啟動(dòng),與N3600有所不同,并且中止后會(huì)進(jìn)入CFE菜單,而不是LOADER菜單,LOADER和CFE菜單沒有本質(zhì)區(qū)別。后繼安裝過程與N3600一致。49N3600初始化安裝LOADER boot_ontapLoading:.0 x200000/33725308 0 x2229b7c/31422180 0 x4021260/25577
