7、國通用倉儲市場新增供應(yīng)情況*數(shù)據(jù)來源:物聯(lián)云倉()租金、空置率:租金降幅約 1.01%,空置率下降約 0.71 個百分點全國 32 個城市通用倉庫平均租金為 27.57 元 / 月,環(huán)比下降 0.79%。其中,東部地區(qū)倉庫平均租金(32.08 元/ 月)高于西部(23.85 元/ 月)、中部(22.73 元/ 月)、東北(22.38元 / 月)地區(qū)。相較 4 月,東北地區(qū)倉庫平均租金有所下降,降幅為 1.28%;東部、中部、西部地區(qū)倉庫平均租金相對穩(wěn)定,增(降)幅 1以內(nèi)。全國 32 個城市倉庫平均空置率為 11.18%,環(huán)比下降 0.66%。其中,東北地區(qū)倉庫空置率(19.49)遠(yuǎn)高于中部(
8、11.08%)、西部(10.79%)、東部(9.29%)地區(qū)。相較 4 月,西部、中部地區(qū)倉庫空置率有小幅下降,降幅分別為 1.17 和 1.22 個百分點;東部、東北地區(qū)倉庫空置率相對穩(wěn)定,升(降)幅變化在 1個百分點以內(nèi)。全國 32 個城市倉庫平均租金、空置率變化最大的城市是大連,租金環(huán)比下降 5.52%,空置率環(huán)比下降12.08 個百分點,甘井子區(qū)前鹽村三興果蔬批發(fā)市場因土地使用權(quán)過期于 6 月 15 日關(guān)閉,部分商戶不得不在市場關(guān)閉前另尋倉源,釋放了部分租倉需求,盡管有需求釋放,但由于大連倉儲市場長期處于供大于求,為招攬客戶,不少業(yè)主降價招租策略,小幅拉低當(dāng)?shù)貍}庫租金。5月東北地區(qū)倉庫

Due to the expiration of land use rights, the Sanxing Fruit and Vegetable Wholesale Market in Qianyancun, Ganjingzi District, was closed on June 15. Some merchants have to look for other sources of storage before the market is closed, which

In order to attract customers, many landlords have adopted the strategy of reducing prices and renting, which has slightly lowered the ren
