The results of examination of CMS items by Chief Engineers are to be recorded on the following Supplement Sheet. 須準(zhǔn)備兩份由輪機(jī)長簽署的本報(bào)告,一份保留在船，另一份提交給進(jìn)行確認(rèn)檢驗(yàn)的驗(yàn)船師，輪機(jī)循環(huán)檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告附頁僅供驗(yàn)船師船上核查，不必提交驗(yàn)船師。Two signed copies of this report are to be prepared by Chief Engineer. One copy

4、is to be kept on board and the other is to be given to the Surveyor who carried out confirmatory survey.輪機(jī)長完成許可的CMS項(xiàng)目后，船舶經(jīng)營人負(fù)責(zé)安排驗(yàn)船師登輪進(jìn)行確認(rèn)檢驗(yàn)。確認(rèn)檢驗(yàn)可在下次船舶檢驗(yàn)時(shí)提交驗(yàn)船師。下面署名的驗(yàn)船師應(yīng)確認(rèn)相關(guān)項(xiàng)目已被維護(hù)在良好狀態(tài)。After the completion of the surveyable CMS items by the Chief Engineer, it is the responsibility of the ship Operato

5、r to arrange for the attendance of a Surveyor to credit such items. Such confirmatory survey may be carried out at the time of ships next survey. 7、examination of CMS items:CMS項(xiàng)目應(yīng)按時(shí)完成，從而使所有CMS項(xiàng)目的每次檢驗(yàn)間隔時(shí)間都不超過5 年。CMS item(s) is (are) to be surveyed on time so that each survey interval for all CMS items may not exceed 5 years.根據(jù)我社現(xiàn)行鋼質(zhì)海船入級(jí)規(guī)范第1篇第2章第9節(jié)的有關(guān)規(guī)定，如在年度檢驗(yàn)時(shí)，到期或過期的循環(huán)檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目未完成，且未經(jīng)CCS同意展期，將導(dǎo)致船級(jí)暫停。According to the regulation of Section 9, Chapter 2

8、 of this PART 1 in present Rules for Classification of Sea Going Steel Ships, the vessels class might be suspended if any continuous survey item due or overdue at time of annual survey has not been dealt with, and no extension is granted by CCS at the time of an annual survey. 可由輪機(jī)長進(jìn)行的CMS項(xiàng)目詳見CCS輪機(jī)循環(huán)

9、檢驗(yàn)實(shí)施指南第2.2.1條。A list of the examination of surveyable CMS Items by Chief Engineers is given in section 2.2.1 in the Guidance for Implementing the CMS of this society.至少各兩道主機(jī)主軸承和曲柄銷軸承應(yīng)由本社驗(yàn)船師現(xiàn)場(chǎng)見證檢驗(yàn)，所選擇的軸承分別為從最后端3道軸承中挑選一道以及從最后端3道軸承以外的軸承中選取一道。無論如何，選取的軸承應(yīng)與上一周期輪機(jī)循環(huán)檢驗(yàn)不同。前述要求并不能排除“上一個(gè)CMS周期內(nèi)已由輪機(jī)長檢驗(yàn)過的項(xiàng)目，在本次CM

10、S周期內(nèi)，將由本社驗(yàn)船師對(duì)其進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)”的執(zhí)行。Witness survey for at least two main bearing and crank-pin bearing of main engines are to be carried out with attendance of the Societys surveyor, with the selected bearings to be presented for survey chosen from 1 of the 3 aftermost bearings and chosen from 1 other than the 3

11、 aftermost bearings. in any case，the selected bearings to be presented for survey chosen shall alternate to last CSM cycle. The above mentioned cant be excluded the requirement of “Items that have been examined by the Chief Engineer at last CMS cycle are to be examined by the surveyor of this Societ

12、y at this CMS cycle”.在上一個(gè)CMS周期內(nèi)已由輪機(jī)長檢驗(yàn)過的項(xiàng)目（在CCS檢驗(yàn)信息中標(biāo)有“CE”的檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目），在本次CMS周期內(nèi)，將由本社驗(yàn)船師對(duì)其進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。Items that have been examined by the Chief Engineer at last CMS cycle（marked with “CE” in survey status of this Society）are to be examined by the surveyor of this Society at this CMS cycle.輪機(jī)長完成許可的CMS項(xiàng)目后，應(yīng)在輪機(jī)日志、

13、維護(hù)記錄和磨耗測(cè)量記錄上作相應(yīng)的記錄。以供在提交確認(rèn)檢驗(yàn)時(shí)出示給驗(yàn)船師。After the completion of the surveyable CMS items, the Chief Engineer is to make relevant records in engine log book, maintenance history and wear measurements forms, so to present to the attending surveyor at confirmatory survey.驗(yàn)船師認(rèn)為有必要時(shí)，可要求對(duì)確認(rèn)檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目重新進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。The surv

14、eyor may, if necessary, require a re-survey for items surveyed by the chief engineer.船舶發(fā)生任何可能使已授予的船級(jí)趨于失效的損壞、缺陷、故障或擱淺應(yīng)立即向CCS單位報(bào)告。If there is any damage, defect, breakdown or grounding which tends to invalidate the assigned class of the vessel, a report is to be made to China Classification Society of
