15、2492346 h 86一、概述本次柳州工程網優(yōu)主要工作內容是對近期新開的1800站進行數據查錯和參數優(yōu)化并對相關的900站也進行優(yōu)化,本次網優(yōu)工程涉及的BSC有:LZBSC1、LZBSC2、LZBSC10和LZBSC12,涉及的MSC有LZMSC2、LZMSC7。本次網優(yōu)工程預計用時一個星期左右,從9月1號到9月8號,本次網優(yōu)工程基本分成四個部分:1、交換參數的檢查和優(yōu)化。2、無線參數的檢查和優(yōu)化。3、基站數據(MO數據)的檢查和優(yōu)化。4、網絡指標的收集、優(yōu)化和分析。5、DT測試的評估已經修改建議。本次網優(yōu)工程網優(yōu)的工作安排:日期工作內容天數人員9月1日 工程人員入場,召開項目開工會1項目全

17、錄(RECORD)或者文件(FILE),為了管理這些記錄和文件,AXE引入了SAE的概念。SAE是為了管理AXE的數據記錄和文件的一些事件,對于特定某個記錄或者文件,有相應的一個SIZE ALTERATION EVENT與之對應,簡稱SAE。在系統內對不同的SAE分配一個SAE號。 SAE分兩種,GLOBAL SAE和LOCAL SAE, 可以分別理解為全局SAE和局部SAE。對應著AXE系統的APZ和APT, SAE又可以分類為APZ的SAE和APT的SAE。對于一個LOCAL的SAE,需要同時使用功能塊號(BLOCK NUMBER)和SAE號來標識,對于GLOBAL SAE,則只需要SAE

18、號就可以唯一標識。 下表是各種不同類型SAE的號碼SAE SUB-GROUP每個SAE 有一個與其用途相關的類別(subgroup)。Subgroups 的目的只是SAE 一個的識別。Subgroup 類型包括: 與APZ 相關通常參考帶中會定義SAE 的大小。 然而, 一些與APZ 相關的SAEs 有一個建議的標準值,但如果標準值不適合應用系統的要求,這一建議的標準值可以進行修改。 與硬件相關SAE 值的大小直接與交換機配備的某種硬件的數量有關。 與用戶相關SAE 值的大小直接取決于用戶的數量和用戶業(yè)務。 與轉換功能有關SAE 值的大小是取決于完成轉換功能的需要, 如B-number 修正的

19、數量。 在交換機執(zhí)行此類轉換功能前, 這些與轉換,翻譯功能相關的SAE 必須定義。1.2、SAE 控制類型Software File Congestion Supervision(CONS1)The SAE is controlled by the application block reporting software file congestion。 The logical and physical size of the data files in the SAE arealways equal after a size alteration。 This SAE Control Type

20、 is defined by the system。Congestion Event Control(CONS2)The logical and physical size of the data files in the SAE are controlled by the application block reporting a congestion event。 The logical file size can be increased within the physical file size without operator intervention。 This SAE Contr

22、trol Type is defined in a SAE participant block。Threshold ControlThe Audit function, Supervision of Utilization in Files and Memories, supervises the Size Alteration Event。 The logical and physical size of the data files in the SAE are always equal after a size alteration。(THRESH1)If the SAE Control

33、N 的分配監(jiān)測時間(秒),如超時將釋放呼叫的路由。(單位為1/5秒,300.6 秒)HNDRELCHSUBNON:定義的是在MSC切換時監(jiān)測時間超時后是否釋放原信道(subsequent handover innon-anchor MSC)。(0將不釋放原信道并在原信道上繼續(xù)通話。)CWSTATETIMER: 呼叫等待的時間(秒)。2.2MSC局間切換需注意的數據以下為越局切換需要的數據。EXROP:定義路由數據,這部分數據一般開局時已經定好。MGNMP:定義外部MSC,曾經試過定到這一步就已經能正常做越局切換了。MGLNP:定義Location Number。MGLCP:連接Location
