40、are aging or cracked，the steel wire hoop is looseningIf it is necessary, tighten or replace the parts to ensure good sealingperformance第 30頁 共 頁第30頁，共45頁。7、檢查空氣濾清器濾芯Check air filter element檢查空氣濾清器濾芯Check the air filter element柴油機(jī)最大允許進(jìn)氣阻力為7kPa，柴油機(jī)必須在標(biāo)定轉(zhuǎn)速和全負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時檢查最大進(jìn)氣阻力，當(dāng)進(jìn)氣阻力達(dá)到最大允許極限時，應(yīng)按制造廠的規(guī)定清潔或更換濾芯。

41、The maxi. air intake resistance of the engine is 7kpa. Air intake resistance must be checked when diesel engines run at rated speed and in full load. 50、Check and adjust valve clearance1、所要調(diào)整的氣缸的活塞位于壓縮行程上止點； 1. The cylinder piston to be adjusted is located on the top dead center of the compression travel. 2、如圖2所示,在序號2調(diào)節(jié)螺栓總成松開,不壓緊排氣門搖臂封油平面的情況下先通過調(diào)整推桿端序號10氣門間隙調(diào)整螺釘,將總氣門間隙調(diào)整為 0.4mm,將防松螺母擰緊。 2. As shown in Fig. 2, loosen No. 2 adjusting bolt assembly. In

51、 case that the oil seal plane of exhaust valve rocker arm is not pressed, first by using No. 10 valve clearance adjusting screw at the push rod end, adjust the total valve clearance to 0.4mm.
