It mainly teaches the basic principles and practical knowledge of human resource management. Through the study of this course, the rise and development
3、of the discipline of human resource management, the retrospection of history, the understanding of the theoretical school and theory of human resource management, the grasp of the basic structure of human resource management, the guiding role of its theory in Chinas practice, etc., will help student
4、s consolidate the theoretical basis, stimulate learning interest and thirst for knowledge. Through the study of this course, students can master the basic concepts, theories, contents and methods involved in human resource management, understand the new trend of human resource management, and study
5、how enterprises select, educate, employ, motivate and retain people, so as to lay a solid foundation for the future study of professional courses and practical skills related to business management.、Course Objectives 1. Moral Education and Character Cultivation. Human resource management is the core
6、 course of business major. The socialist core values are taken as the guiding ideology of human resource management course. By adding ideological and political elements into the teaching objectives, the ideological and political resources of the teaching content of human resource management can be f
7、ully exploited, so as to realize the all-round education of human resource management course and cultivate business people with social responsibility and morality for the society Only then. Learn the theory and technology of human resource management through the course, and have a comprehensive unde
