12、shipshallberesponsiblefor,thebuyerhastherighttorefuseacceptingthegoodsandclaimtotheseller,within7daysafterarrivalattheportofdestination.Iftheinspectioncertificatecannotbesettledwithinthevalidityperiodofthecontractforsomeunforeseenreasons,thebuyershouldtelephonethesellertoextendtheinspectionperiodfor

13、3days.Claims:(a)Within3daysfromthedateofthearrivalofthegoodsatthefinaldestination,ifthequality,specification,quantityandpackingofthegoodsarefoundnotinconformitywiththestipulationsofthiscontract,theBuyershallgiveanoticeofclaimstotheSellerwithintheabovementionedtimelimitandhavetherighttolodgeclaims.(b

14、)Consideringtheresultfromthedefectofthegoods,theBuyerhastherighttobringtheclaimsfortheirdamagesagainsttheSeller.TheSellershallundertaketomakethecompensationforclaims,exceptthoseforwhichtheinsurrancecompanyshouldundertaketheobligations.ForceMajeuer:(a)Ifanycontractingpartycouldnotfulfillthecontractby

15、resistanceofforcemajeure,theperiodoftimeforcomplianceshouldbeextendedaccordingly.(b)Hinderedsideshouldtelegraphtheotherintheforcemajeureandtermination,anddelievertheCertificateissuedbythecompetentbodiesoftheaccidenttotheotherforrecognitionbyregisteredairmailwithin14daysaftertheaccident.(C)IFforcemaj
