32、reggulatiions llegallly stiipulatted byy Partty A aare annnexess of tthis CContraact.十三、 勞動爭爭議Articlee Thirrteen Laborr Disppute甲乙雙方若發(fā)生生勞動爭議，應(yīng)應(yīng)通過友好協(xié)協(xié)商解決；若若不能解決，可可以向當(dāng)?shù)赜杏泄茌牂?quán)的勞勞動爭議仲裁裁委員會申請請仲裁；對仲仲裁不服的，可可向人民法院院起訴。提出出仲裁的一方方應(yīng)當(dāng)在勞動動爭議發(fā)生之之日起60天天內(nèi)向勞動爭爭議仲裁委員員會提出書面面申請；當(dāng)事事人對仲裁裁裁決不服的，可可以在收到仲仲裁裁決書之之日起15天天內(nèi)向人民法法院起訴。
