2.1、牛源:所有用于屠宰的牛必須來(lái)自中國(guó)政府授權(quán)的主管獸醫(yī)認(rèn)可的健康無(wú)口蹄疫、牛瘟和炭疽病的飼養(yǎng)場(chǎng),供屠宰的牛在飼養(yǎng)場(chǎng)至少要留養(yǎng)兩星期。

(一)2001年9月檢查所提問(wèn)題:

1、重點(diǎn)關(guān)心清真屠宰的執(zhí)行、記錄、檢查,甚至細(xì)致到屠宰用刀的改進(jìn),下刀方法,屠宰阿訇的工作強(qiáng)度是否會(huì)影響到清真效果;

2、要求清真屠宰后必須有阿訇檢查,發(fā)現(xiàn)沒(méi)有切斷食管的要做好記錄,并從鏈條上取下,專門分割,作為非清真食品;四、歷年檢查所提問(wèn)題(一)2001年9月檢查所提問(wèn)題43(A)oftheSeptember2001examinationquestions:

1,thekeyconcernfortheimplementationofhalalslaughter,records,checks,andevendetailedimprovementstotheslaughterwithaknife,theknifemethod,theimamoftheworkofslaughterwillaffectthestrengthofMuslimeffects;
