SupervisionorganizationmeanssupervisionteamtojobsiteassignedbytheSupervisioncompany.（5）“總監(jiān)理工程師”是指經(jīng)委托人同意，監(jiān)理人派到監(jiān)理機(jī)構(gòu)全面履行本合同的全權(quán)負(fù)責(zé)人。ChiefsupervisionengineermeansauthorizedEngineerfromThesupervisioncompanyandheadsthesupervisionteamonjobsite,andcarriesoutalldutyspecifiedinthissupervisioncontract.（6）“承包人”是指除監(jiān)理人以外，委托人就工程建設(shè)有關(guān)事宜簽訂合同的當(dāng)事人?！癈ontractor”meansothercompanywhogetsconstructioncontractforthisProjectandcarriesoutExecutionofconstructionwork.（7）“工程監(jiān)理的正常工作”是指雙方在專(zhuān)用條件中約定，委托人委托的監(jiān)理工作范圍和內(nèi)容?！癛outineworkforTheSupervisionCompany”meansworksspecifiedinspecialconditions.ItincludesworksorscopetobecarriedoutbytheSupervisionCompany.（8）“工程監(jiān)理的附加工作”是指：①委托人委托監(jiān)理范圍以外，通過(guò)雙方書(shū)面協(xié)議另外增加的工作內(nèi)容；②由于委托人或承包人原因，使監(jiān)理工作受到阻礙或延誤，因增加工作量或持續(xù)時(shí)間而增加的工作?！癆dditionalworkstobecarriedoutbyTheSupervisionCompany”means:A,scopenotincludinginthecontractandorderedbytheProjectOwner;andB,workstobecarriedoutcausedbyTheProjectOwnerortheContractor’slossordelayedbytheprojectOwnerortheContractors.（9）“工程監(jiān)理的額外工作”是指正常工作和附加工作以外或非監(jiān)理人自己的原因而暫?；蚪K止監(jiān)理業(yè)務(wù)，其善后工作及恢復(fù)業(yè)務(wù)的工作?！癊xtraworkstobecarriedoutbytheSupervisioncompany”means:supervisionworkssuspendedorstoppedbytheProjectOwnerand/orcontractororotherreasonsnotcausedbytheSupervisionCompany,andtheSupervisioncompanyredoesthejoborderedbytheProjectOnwer.(10)“日”是指任何一天零時(shí)至第二天零時(shí)的時(shí)間段?！癲ate”meanscalendardate,startsfrom00:00hoursto2400hours（11）“月”是指根據(jù)公歷從一個(gè)月份中任何一天開(kāi)始到下一個(gè)月相應(yīng)日期的前一天的時(shí)間段?！癕onth”meanscalendarmonth,startsfrom1stdaytolastdayofoneMonth.建設(shè)工程委托監(jiān)理合同適用的法律是指國(guó)家的法律、行政法規(guī)，以及專(zhuān)用條件中議定的部門(mén)規(guī)章或工程所在地的地方法規(guī)、地方規(guī)章。Laws,regulationsandstandardsgoverningthiscontractshouldbethelaws,regulationsorstandardsinforceinChinaandlocallaws,regulationsandstandardsinforcespecifiedinspecialconditions本合同文件使用漢語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言文字書(shū)寫(xiě)、解釋和說(shuō)明。如專(zhuān)用條件約定使用兩種以上（含兩種）語(yǔ)言文字時(shí)，漢語(yǔ)應(yīng)為解釋和說(shuō)明本合同的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)語(yǔ)言文字。LanguagetobeusedforthiscontractshallbeChineselanguage.Iftwoormorelanguagesused,unlessspecifiedotherwise,Chineselanguageshallprevail.監(jiān)理人義務(wù)TheSupervisionCompany’sObligations監(jiān)理人按合同約定派出監(jiān)理工作需要的監(jiān)理機(jī)構(gòu)及監(jiān)理人員，向委托人報(bào)送委派的總監(jiān)理工程師及其監(jiān)理機(jī)構(gòu)主要成員名單、監(jiān)理規(guī)劃，完成監(jiān)理合同專(zhuān)用條件中約定的監(jiān)理工程范圍內(nèi)的監(jiān)理業(yè)務(wù)。在履行合同義務(wù)期間，應(yīng)按合同約定定期向委托人報(bào)告監(jiān)理工作。TheSupervisioncompanyshouldsendSupervisionteamandengineersneededtothejobsite.AndsubmittingthenamelistingandsupervisionproposaltotheProjectOwnerbeforeexecutionofsupervision.AndworksshallbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththecontractandshouldsubmitweeklyormonthlyreportofsupervisionofconstructiontotheProjectOwner監(jiān)理人在履行本合同的義務(wù)期間，應(yīng)認(rèn)真、勤奮地工作，為委托人提供與其水平相適應(yīng)的咨詢(xún)意見(jiàn)，公正維護(hù)各方面的合法權(quán)益。TheSupervisionteamshouldperformhisdutystrictlyinaccordancewiththeContractandprovidebestservicefortheProjectOwner.監(jiān)理人使用委托人提供的設(shè)施和物品屬委托人的財(cái)產(chǎn)。在監(jiān)理工作完成或中止時(shí)，應(yīng)將其設(shè)施和剩余的物品按合同約定的時(shí)間和方式移交給委托人。TheSupervisionteamshouldreturnpropertysuchasofficeortables,thatprovidedbytheProjectOwner,duringexecutiontime,totheProjectOwneraftercompletionontime.在合同期內(nèi)或合同終止后，未征的有關(guān)方同意，不得泄露與本工程、本合同業(yè)務(wù)有關(guān)的保密資料。Duringexecutionoraftercompleted,nobodyshouldreleaseanydocumentsorinformationtoothersinassociationwiththeprojectwithoutconsentbyrelativeparties.委托人義務(wù)ProjectOwner’sObligations委托人在監(jiān)理人開(kāi)展監(jiān)理業(yè)務(wù)之前應(yīng)向監(jiān)理人支付預(yù)付款。Downpaymentshallbemadebeforeexecution.委托人應(yīng)當(dāng)負(fù)責(zé)工程建設(shè)的所有外部關(guān)系的協(xié)調(diào)，為監(jiān)理工作提供外部條件。根據(jù)需要，如將部分或全部協(xié)調(diào)工作委托監(jiān)理人承擔(dān)，則應(yīng)在專(zhuān)用條件中明確委托的工作和相應(yīng)報(bào)酬。TheProjectOwnershallclearscopeandinterfaceofprojectbeforeexecution.IfanyotherworksoutofscopetobecarriedoutbytheSupervisionCompany,paymentandscopeforthoseworksshallbeexpresslystatedinthespecialconditions.委托人應(yīng)當(dāng)在雙方約定的時(shí)間內(nèi)免費(fèi)向監(jiān)理人提供與工程有關(guān)的為監(jiān)理工作所需要的工程資料。TheProjectOwnershallprovidenecessaryconstructiondrawingstotheSupervisionCompanywithinscheduletime.委托人應(yīng)當(dāng)在專(zhuān)用條款約定的時(shí)間內(nèi)就監(jiān)理人書(shū)面提交并要求作出決定的一切事宜作出書(shū)面決定。TheProjectOwnershallgiveanswerorapprovaltotheSupervisionteam,onimportantissuesrelatedtoprojectexecution,withinspecifiedtime.委托人應(yīng)當(dāng)授權(quán)一名熟悉工程情況、能在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)作出決定的常駐代表（在專(zhuān)用條款中約定），負(fù)責(zé)與監(jiān)理人聯(lián)系。更換常駐代表，要提前通知監(jiān)理人。TheProjectOwnershallsendonecontactpersontojobsite,whohasrelativebackgroundandcouldmakedecisionontime.(Thisshallbespecifiedinspecialconditions).Ifcontactpersonremovedfromthejobsite,theSupervisionteamshallbenoticedinadvance.委托人應(yīng)當(dāng)將授予監(jiān)理人的監(jiān)理權(quán)利，以及監(jiān)理人主要成員的職能分工、監(jiān)理權(quán)限及時(shí)書(shū)面通知已選定的承包合同的承包人，并在與第三人簽訂的合同中予以明確。TheProjectOwnershallgivefullnoticetotheContractorsofsupervisionconditionsandthisshallbespecifiedintheConstructionContractbetweentheProjectOwnerandtheContractor.委托人應(yīng)在不影響監(jiān)理人開(kāi)展監(jiān)理工作的時(shí)間內(nèi)提供如下資料：TheProjectOwnershallprovidethefollowingnecessaryinformtionstotheSupervisionCompanyontime:與本工程合作的原料、構(gòu)配件、設(shè)備等生產(chǎn)廠家名錄。Vendorslistfortheprojectexecution,suchasrawmaterialssuppliers,equipmentsuppliersandsoon.提供與本工程有關(guān)的協(xié)作單位、配合單位的名錄。ListingofOrganizationstosupporttheprojectexecution.第十五條委托人應(yīng)免費(fèi)向監(jiān)理人提供辦公用房、通訊設(shè)施、監(jiān)理人員工地住房及合同專(zhuān)用條件約定的設(shè)施，對(duì)監(jiān)理人自備的設(shè)施給予合理的經(jīng)濟(jì)補(bǔ)償（補(bǔ)償金額=設(shè)施在工程使用時(shí)間占折舊年限的比例X設(shè)施原值+管理費(fèi)。TheprojectOwnershallprovidenecessarytemporarysiteoffice,communicationsandothernecessaryfacilitiestopromotetheprojectexecution.AndreasonablecompensationshallbemadeforservicesprovidedbySupervisionteam.第十六條根據(jù)情況需要，如果雙方約定，由委托人免費(fèi)向監(jiān)理人提供其他人員，應(yīng)在監(jiān)理合同專(zhuān)用條件中予以明確。Ifnecessary,theProjectOwnermayprovidemanpowersupporttosupervisionteamfreeofcharge,andthisshallbespecifiedintheSpecialConditions.監(jiān)理人權(quán)利SupervisionCompany’sRight第十七條監(jiān)理人在委托人委托的工程范圍內(nèi)，享有以下權(quán)利：TheSupervisioncompanymaycarryoutthefollowingsdutieswithinhisscopeofsupply:選擇工程總承包人的建議權(quán)。GivehisrecommendationsofmainContractorsfortheproject選擇工程分包人的認(rèn)可權(quán)。GiveapprovalonsubcontractmentionedbythemainContractor.對(duì)工程建設(shè)有關(guān)事項(xiàng)包括工程規(guī)模、設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)工藝設(shè)計(jì)和使用功能要求，向委托人的建議權(quán)。Giverecommendationsandreporthisviewondesignstandard,constructionproposal,process,andfunctionandperformanceandsoon.對(duì)工程設(shè)計(jì)中的技術(shù)問(wèn)題，按照安全和優(yōu)化的原則，向設(shè)計(jì)人提出建議；如果提出的建議可能會(huì)提高工程造價(jià)，或延長(zhǎng)工期，應(yīng)當(dāng)事先征得委托人同意。當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)工程設(shè)計(jì)不符合國(guó)家頒布的建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或設(shè)計(jì)合同約定的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí)，監(jiān)理人應(yīng)當(dāng)書(shū)面報(bào)告委托人并要求設(shè)計(jì)人更正。Giverecommendationontechnicalissues,safetytotheProjectOwner.Ifrecommendationcauseprojectcostincreased,orprolongtheprojectschedule,theapprovalshouldbegotbeforeexecution.Ifprojectdesigndon’tmeettherelativelaws,standardsandregulationsinforce,theSupervisionshouldreportthemtotheProjectOwnerinwrittenandrequirestherelativedesigninstituteortheContractortochangethemontime.審批工程施工組織織設(shè)計(jì)和技術(shù)術(shù)方案，按照照保質(zhì)量、保保工期和降低低成本的原則則，向承包人人提出建議，并并向委托人提提出書(shū)面報(bào)告告。ReviewinngtheeConsstructtionOOrganiizatioonPlaananddtechhnicallPropposal..MakiingsuurethheConntracttorcaarryooutthheexeccutionninacccordaancewiithQuualityyproggram,SchedduleaandcoostdoownsttipulaatediintheeconsstructtionCContraact.AAndreesultssshalllbereporrtedttotheeProjjectOOwnerinwrrittenn.主持工程建設(shè)有關(guān)關(guān)協(xié)作單位的的組織協(xié)調(diào)，重重要協(xié)調(diào)事項(xiàng)項(xiàng)應(yīng)當(dāng)先向委委托人報(bào)告。Attendinngtheeneceessaryymeettingttosollvethheprooblemsscaussedbyyallvendoorsonnjobssite.AndrreporttingttheimmportaantisssuestothheProojectOwnerrinwwritteen.征得委托人同意，監(jiān)監(jiān)理人有權(quán)發(fā)發(fā)布開(kāi)工令、停停工令、復(fù)工工令，但應(yīng)當(dāng)當(dāng)事先向委托托人報(bào)告。如如在緊急情況況下未能事先先報(bào)告時(shí)，則則應(yīng)在24小時(shí)內(nèi)向委委托人作出書(shū)書(shū)面報(bào)告。AftergeettinggapprrovalfromthePProjecctOwnner,ttheSuuperviisionCompaanymaaygivveworrkordder,sstopoorderorreedoorrderttotheeConttractoor.Buutbefforeggivinggrelaativeorderrs,thheProojectOwnerrshalllbenoteddinaadvancce.Iffemerrgencyyhapppened,,theSuperrvisiooncommpanymayccarryoutnnecesssarymmethoddstoproteectthheProojectOwnerrfrommthelossandggiverreporttinwwritteenwitthin224houursafftermmatterrs.工程上使用的材料料和施工質(zhì)量量的檢驗(yàn)權(quán)。對(duì)對(duì)于不符合設(shè)設(shè)計(jì)要求和合合同約定及國(guó)國(guó)家質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)準(zhǔn)的材料、構(gòu)構(gòu)配件、設(shè)備備，有權(quán)通知知承包人停止止使用；對(duì)于于不符合規(guī)范范和質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)準(zhǔn)的工序、分分部、分項(xiàng)工工程和不安全全施工作業(yè)，有有權(quán)通知承包包人停工整改改、返工。承承包人得到監(jiān)監(jiān)理機(jī)構(gòu)復(fù)工工令后才能復(fù)復(fù)工。Carryinggoutinspeectionnofmmateriialsoonjobbsiteandccheckiingcoonstruuctionnquallity,andhhaveppowertoreequireetheContrractorrnottousseorremovvetheemateerialss,eleementss,equuipmenntsfrromsiite,tthatddon’tmeeettheerelaativestanddardrrequirrementts.AnndhavvepowwertoorequuirettheCoontracctorttoreddoorsuspeendthhejobb,thaatdonn’tmeeettheeproccess,ornootmeeetsaffetyrrequirrementtsunttilthheConntracttorhaasrevvisettheabbovessaidoomits..TheContrractorrshouuldn’treddotheejobwithooutgeettinggtheapproovalffromtthesuuperviisionteamonthheaboovesaaidmaatterss.工程施工進(jìn)度的檢檢查、監(jiān)督權(quán)權(quán)，以及工程程實(shí)際竣工日日期提前或超超過(guò)工程施工工合同規(guī)定的的竣工期限的的簽認(rèn)權(quán)。Havepowwertoochecckconnstrucctionschedduleaandgiiveorrdon’’tgivveconnfirmaationforaactuallcomppletioondatteorcomplletionninaadvancce.在工程施工合同約約定的工程價(jià)價(jià)格范圍內(nèi)，工工程款支付的的審核和簽認(rèn)認(rèn)權(quán)，以及工工程結(jié)算的復(fù)復(fù)核確認(rèn)權(quán)和和否決權(quán)。未未經(jīng)總監(jiān)理工工程師簽字確確認(rèn)，委托人人不支付工程程款。Giveconnfirmaationonprrogressspayymentwithiinfixxedcoontracctsumm.Anddhaveepoweertodenytheffinalsettllementtandrecheeckthhefinnalseettlemment.ThePProjecctOwnnershhouldnotmmakepprogreesspaaymenttwithhoutcconfirrmatioonfroomsittesuppervi IfanyccompennsatioonclaaimedbythheproojectOwnerrdoessn’texiist,aandthhelosssorexpennseshhallbbetakkenbyytheProjeectOwwner.合同生效、變更與與終止Effect,ChanggeanddtermminatiionoffConttract第三十一條由由于委托人或或承包人的原原因使監(jiān)理工工作受到阻礙礙或延誤，以以致發(fā)生了附附加工作或延延長(zhǎng)了持續(xù)時(shí)時(shí)間，則監(jiān)理理人應(yīng)當(dāng)將此此情況與可能能產(chǎn)生的影響響及時(shí)通知委委托人。完成成監(jiān)理業(yè)務(wù)的的時(shí)間相應(yīng)延延長(zhǎng)，并得到到附加工作的的報(bào)酬。IfsuperrvisioonworrkdellayedorprrolonggedbyytheProjeectOwwneroortheeConttractoor,anndsuppervissiontteamddotheeoverrtimeworkss,theesupeervisiionteeamshhallrreporttthisstottheprrojecttOwneerassoonaspoossiblle.AnndtheeProjjectsshallpayssupervvisionncomppanyfforhiisoveertimmeworrks第三十二條在在委托監(jiān)理合合同簽訂后，實(shí)實(shí)際情況發(fā)生生變化，使得得監(jiān)理人不能能全部或部分分執(zhí)行監(jiān)理業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)時(shí)，監(jiān)理理人應(yīng)當(dāng)立即即通知委托人人。該監(jiān)理業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)的完成時(shí)時(shí)間應(yīng)予延長(zhǎng)長(zhǎng)。當(dāng)恢復(fù)執(zhí)執(zhí)行監(jiān)理業(yè)務(wù)務(wù)時(shí)，應(yīng)當(dāng)增增加不超過(guò)42日的時(shí)間用用于恢復(fù)執(zhí)行行監(jiān)理業(yè)務(wù)，并并按雙方約定定的數(shù)量支付付報(bào)酬。Ifanycchangeehapppenedafterrsupeervisiioncoontracctawaard,aandthhiscaausestheSSupervvisionncomppanyccan’texeecutehisffullddutyoorduttyparrtly.Thecoompeteetimeeforsuperrvisioonshaallbeeprollongedd,anddwhennprojjectOOwnerorderrstocarryyoutsuperrvisioonworrk,thheperriodaaddedshalllbennotmoorethhan422dayssandtheSSupervvisionncomppanysshallbepaaidacccordiingly..第三十三條監(jiān)監(jiān)理人向委托托人辦理完竣竣工驗(yàn)收或工工程移交手續(xù)續(xù)，承包人和和委托人已簽簽訂工程保修修責(zé)任書(shū)，監(jiān)監(jiān)理人收到監(jiān)監(jiān)理報(bào)酬尾款款，本合同即即終止。保修修期的責(zé)任，雙雙方在專(zhuān)用條條款中約定。AftercoonstruuctionnfiniishedandpprojeccthanndedooverttotheeProjjectOOwner,,andtheCContraactorhasssubmitttedhhisGuuarantteetootheProjeectOwwner,thessupervvisionnconttractwillbeteerminaatedaafterpaymeenthaasbeeendonne.Duutiestobeeexeccuteddurinngguaaranteeeperriodsshallbesppecifiiedinnthe<speccialccondittions>>.第三十四條當(dāng)當(dāng)事人一方要要求變更或解解除合同時(shí)，應(yīng)應(yīng)當(dāng)在42日前通知對(duì)對(duì)方，因解除除合同使一方方遭受損失的的，除依法可可以免除責(zé)任任的外，應(yīng)有有責(zé)任方負(fù)責(zé)責(zé)賠償。變更或解除合同的的通知或協(xié)議議必須采取書(shū)書(shū)面形式，協(xié)協(xié)議未達(dá)成之之前，原合同同仍然有效。IfBreacchorchanggeofContrracthhappenned,tthereesponssiblepartyyshalllgivvenotticettotheecounnterpaarty442dayysinadvannce.IIfanyylossshapppenedcauseedbytheffaultpartyy,theerespponsibblepaartysshallpayttheottherppartyaccorrdinglly,unnlessotherrwisespeciifiedinthheLawwinfforce..Noticefforbrreachorchhangeofcoontracctshaallbeemadeeinwwritteen,anndtheeconttractshalllbeeeffecttivebbeforeetheissueesetttled.第三十五條監(jiān)監(jiān)理人在應(yīng)當(dāng)當(dāng)獲得監(jiān)理報(bào)報(bào)酬之日起30日內(nèi)仍未收收到支付單據(jù)據(jù)，而委托人人又未對(duì)監(jiān)理理人提出任何何書(shū)面解釋時(shí)時(shí)，或根據(jù)第第三十一條及及第三十二條條已暫停執(zhí)行行監(jiān)理業(yè)務(wù)時(shí)時(shí)限超過(guò)六個(gè)個(gè)月的，監(jiān)理理人可向委托托人發(fā)出終止止的通知，發(fā)發(fā)出通知后14日內(nèi)仍未得得到委托人答答復(fù)，可進(jìn)一一步發(fā)出終止止合同的通知知，如果第二二份通知發(fā)出出后42日內(nèi)仍未得得到委托人答答復(fù)，可終止止合同或自行行暫?；蚶^續(xù)續(xù)暫停執(zhí)行全全部或部分監(jiān)監(jiān)理業(yè)務(wù)。委委托人承擔(dān)違違約責(zé)任。IftheSSupervvisionncomppanyddoesn’’tgettpaymment330dayysafttersppecifiieddaate,aandthheProojectOwnerrdoessn’tgivveanyyexpllanatiion,oortheeSupeervisiionhaassusspendeedtheesupeervisiionwoorksmmoretthan66montthsinnaccoordanccewitthClaause331anddClauuse322,anddnotiicefoorterrminattionoofconntractthasbeengivenn14ddaysbbeforeeandthePProjecctOwnnerdooesn’tgiveeanyreplyytottheSuuperviisioncompaany,ttheSuuperviisioncompaanymaaygivveseccondnnoticee,anddifttheprrojecttOwneerdoeesn’tgivveanyyrepllywitthin442dayys,thheSuppervissionccompannyshaallteerminaatethheconntracttorsstoptthesuuperviisionwork..AndthepprojecctOwnnershhallttakerresponnsibillityfforthhisanndpayytheSuperrvisiooncommpany’slosssacccordinngly.第三十六條監(jiān)理人由于于非自己的原原因而暫?；蚧蚪K止執(zhí)行監(jiān)監(jiān)理業(yè)務(wù)，其其善后工作以以及恢復(fù)執(zhí)行行監(jiān)理業(yè)務(wù)的的工作，應(yīng)當(dāng)當(dāng)視為額外工工作，有權(quán)得得到額外的報(bào)報(bào)酬。Ifsuperrvisioonworrkssuuspenddedanndnottcaussedbyysupeervisiioncoompanyyhimsself,thewworkstobeecarrryouttforlaterrordeerfroomtheeProjjectOOwner..Thecontiinuedsuperrvisioonworrkshaallbeetakeenasextraaworkksanddshalllbepaidaccorrdinglly.第三十七條當(dāng)委托人認(rèn)認(rèn)為監(jiān)理人無(wú)無(wú)正當(dāng)理由而而又未履行監(jiān)監(jiān)理義務(wù)時(shí)，可可向監(jiān)理人發(fā)發(fā)出指明其未未履行義務(wù)的的通知。若委委托人發(fā)出通通知后21日內(nèi)沒(méi)有收收到答復(fù)，可可在第一個(gè)通通知發(fā)出后35日內(nèi)發(fā)出終終止委托監(jiān)理理合同的通知知，合同即行行終止。監(jiān)理理人承擔(dān)違約約責(zé)任。Ifthessupervvisionncomppanyddoesn’’tcarrryouuthissdutyywithhoutaanyreeasonaablerreasonn,theeProjjectOOwnerwoulddgiveenotiicetoothesuperrvisiooncommpany..IfttheprrojecttOwneerdiddn’tgettanyreplyywithhin211dayss,hemaytterminnatetthecoontracctwitthin335dayysafttergiivingfirsttnotiicetootheSuperrvisiooncommpany..AndtheSSupervvisionncomppanysshalltakerespoonsibiilityfortthis.第三十八條合同協(xié)議的的終止并不影影響各方應(yīng)有有的權(quán)利和應(yīng)應(yīng)當(dāng)承擔(dān)的責(zé)責(zé)任。
