我公司根據(jù)招標(biāo)文件和設(shè)計圖紙的要求，對本項目的施工方案和施工難點進行了細致的探討，并組織有關(guān)技術(shù)人員勘察現(xiàn)場，仔細了解現(xiàn)場實際情況，精心編制了本項目的施工組織設(shè)計，供貴公司審閱，以指導(dǎo)現(xiàn)場施工。ThisconstructionorganizationexcutionplaniscompletedbasedontheRFP,shopdrawingsandouraboundantconstructionexperiences.Duringthepreparation,weconcludeourexperiencesandlessonsfromthepreviousprojectswhichenablethisproposalimprovedforfeasibility,scientificandreliableinadvancetechnologyandeffectivemeasuressothatthisprojectwillbeperformedwithinscheduleforquality,safetyandcivilizedconstructionunderacleartargetandassurance.本施工組織設(shè)計是根據(jù)貴公司提供的招標(biāo)文件、施工圖和我公司多年的施工經(jīng)驗編制的。在編制過程中，我們總結(jié)了以往類似工程的經(jīng)驗和不足，使方案不斷地完善，并力求做到方案切實可行、科學(xué)合理、技術(shù)先進可靠、措施得力，使本工程在工期、質(zhì)量、安全、文明施工上有明確的目標(biāo)和可靠的保證。ThisproposalisthegeneralarrangementfortheworkspecifiedintheRFP.Weendeavortoreducethedifferencefromactualcondtionsandtoimprovethisproposalbyrevisingandsupplementingtheplan.Dependingontheadvantagesinmanpower,management,technologyandequipment,weshallprovideahigh-qualityprojectwithinthescheduletosatifytheowner.

本施工組織設(shè)計是對該項目工作內(nèi)容的總體部署和安排，本施工方案在編制過程中力求減少與現(xiàn)場實際情況的差距，在項目的實施過程中，針對施工現(xiàn)場的實際情況還需對施工組織設(shè)計進行更細致的修訂和補充，不斷加以完善。我們將依靠我公司在人力、管理、技術(shù)、裝備上的優(yōu)勢恪守合同、精心組織、確保工程質(zhì)量達到優(yōu)良，并按期完成本項目施工任務(wù)。GENERAL工程概況ItisDegussaMATCHProject,whichincludesMMAunitandMTBEunit.Themainbuildingsareasfollowings:MMAunitincludesMMAworkshop（1-1~1-8/B~Jsection）,MAAworkshop（Ⅱ-2~Ⅱ-8/A~Jsection）,QL/TPAworkshop（Ⅱ-8~Ⅲ-7/A~Jsection）,andIBENworkshopandcompressorfoundation（Ⅳ-1~Ⅳ-14/D~3/K；1~7/A~H）.MMAworkshopisathree-storiedbuildingwhichissteelconcreteframing,thelengthis42m,thewidthis12m,andtheheightis19.15m,thereisasteelplatformatthetop,italsoincludepartialequipmentfoundations;MAAworkshopisathree-storiedbuildingwhichissteelconcreteframing,thelengthis45m,thewidthis24m,andtheheightis23.15m,thereisasteelplatformatthetop;QLworkshopisathree-storiedbuildingwhichisconcreteframing,thelengthis36m,thewidthis24m,andtheheightis23.15m,thereisasteelplatformatthetop;TPAworkshopisathree-storiedbuildingwhichissteelconcreteframing,thelengthis12m,thewidthis13.2m,andtheheightis17.65m(partialareais24.45mheight);IBENisathree-storiedbuildingwhichissteelconcreteframing,thelengthis36m,thewidthis36m,andtheheightis22.15m,andallthesecondarybeamaresteelbeam;MTBEworkshopisathree-storiedbuildingwhichissteelconcreteframing,thelengthis36m,thewidthis15m,andtheheightis16.118m,andallthesecondarybeamaresteelbeam.Theearthquakeintensityofquake-proofis7,andthequake-proofgradefortheentiremainbuildingaresecond,fireprooflimitingforframingstructureisatleast1.5hour.RebarusesHPB235andHRB335;TheconcretetypeforfoundationloadingtableisC30,insertdepththatpileblockanchorsintoloadingtableis100mm,setupC15leanconcretematbaseunderthetable,thicknessis100mm,eachsideis100mmwiderthanfoundation.ThebaseforequipmentfoundationisC40sandconcreteorno-shrinkcement-basedhigh-strengthgroutedmaterial;thetopshouldbeleveledbygrouting.Theconcreteimperviousgradefortank,waterbasinandpit,etcaccessorialbuildingisS6.PartofsectionsteelandsteelplateusesQ235B;thesurfaceisgalvanizingbydippinganddoestheanti-corrosivetreatment.Thewatersupplyandseweragedesignincludesfirewastewater,organicwasterwaterdrainageandrainwaterdrainageforbuilding,etc.Theelectricworksmainlyincludesgroundingforlighteningsystemforeachbuilding.本工程為德固賽Match項目，包括MMA子項目和MTBE子項目。主要建筑物：MMA子項目包括MMA工段廠房（1-1~1-8/B~J部分），MAA工段廠房（Ⅱ-2~Ⅱ-8/A~J部分），QL/TPA工段廠房（Ⅱ-8~Ⅲ-7/A~J部分），IBEN工段廠房和壓縮機基礎(chǔ)（Ⅳ-1~Ⅳ-14/D~3/K；1~7/A~H）。MMA工段廠房是一個三層鋼砼框架建筑，42米長，12米寬和19.15米高，頂部有鋼平臺，同時包含有部分設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)；MAA工段廠房是一個三層鋼砼框架建筑，長45米，寬24米，高19.15米，頂部有鋼平臺；QL工段是一個三層砼框架建筑，長36米，寬24米，高19.15米，頂部有鋼平臺；TPA工段是一個三層鋼砼框架建筑，長12米，寬13.2米，高17.65米（局部高24.45m）；IBEN工段是一個三層鋼砼框架建筑，長36米，寬36米，高22.15米，所有的次梁均為鋼梁。MTBE廠房項目是一個三層鋼砼框架建筑，長36米，寬15米，高16.118米，所有次梁均為鋼梁。本工程的抗震設(shè)防烈度為7度，主要建筑單體的抗震等級均為二級，框架結(jié)構(gòu)耐火極限不低于1.5小時，鋼筋采用HPB235和HRB335兩種?；A(chǔ)承臺混凝土等級為C30，樁頂錨入承臺100㎜，下設(shè)C15素混凝土墊層，厚度100㎜，每邊寬出基礎(chǔ)100㎜。設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)底座為C40細石混凝土或無收縮水泥基高強灌漿料，頂面須灌漿找平。水池、集水坑、地坑等附屬設(shè)施混凝土抗?jié)B等級S6。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)部分型鋼和鋼板采用Q235B，表面熱浸鍍鋅并進行防腐處理。給排水設(shè)計包括建筑物消防廢水排水、有機廢水排水、雨水排放等系統(tǒng)。電氣內(nèi)容主要為各建筑單體的防雷接地系統(tǒng)。ORGANIZATIONOFPROJECTDEPARTMENT項目部組織機構(gòu)ThisprojecthereishandledtotallybyourcompanyandsetupDegussaMATCHProjectDept.,whichexecutetheproject'sorganizationandconstructionwork.Themainlaborresourceistheconstructionalcompany，whichwebelongtopersonnelinprojectarecomposedbytechniciansandadministerwhohaverichexpensesinprojectmanagement.

項目經(jīng)理：是代表公司全面執(zhí)行項目合同的全權(quán)代表人，行使并承擔(dān)項目合同中規(guī)定的由我方履行的權(quán)利和義務(wù)。負責(zé)合同規(guī)定的工作范圍、內(nèi)容和約定的工程工期、質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、安全要求，全面完成項目建設(shè)任務(wù)。ConstructionManager:Afterenteringthesite,astherepresentativeofProjectManagertobethesiterepresentativeofthecompany,hewillcoordinateallthesiteconstruction,safetymanagement,civilizedconstruction,andworkingquotaandequipmentmanagement.

現(xiàn)場經(jīng)理：在進駐現(xiàn)場之后，作為公司在現(xiàn)場的代表，代表項目經(jīng)理全面負責(zé)和協(xié)調(diào)現(xiàn)場施工、安全、文明施工、勞動定額、設(shè)備等。ContractManager:Inchargeofthecontract,budget,cost,andaccountclosingandrestrictedfinancialaffairs.

合同經(jīng)理：負責(zé)項目工程的合同、預(yù)算、成本、結(jié)算及內(nèi)部財務(wù)工作。SafetyManager:Workindependence,befullyresponsibleforcoordinatingsitesafetyworkandcivilizedwork.Takepartintheconstructionplan,sitesafetylessonandtraining,establishingofsitefirefighting,firstaidanddealingwithanyincidenthappening.

安全經(jīng)理：獨立工作，全面負責(zé)和協(xié)調(diào)現(xiàn)場安全施工、文明施工，參與施工方案的制定，負責(zé)現(xiàn)場安全教育和培訓(xùn)，建立現(xiàn)場的消防、急救設(shè)施，處理現(xiàn)場發(fā)生的安全問題。ConstructionManager:Beresponsibleforimplementingthecontractandperformingworkwithinresponsibilityscopeaccordingareasanddisciplinesofprojectdepartment.施工經(jīng)理：根據(jù)項目部的區(qū)域和專業(yè)劃分，負責(zé)組織本責(zé)任區(qū)內(nèi)合同工作的實施。PurchaseManager:Inchargeofprojectmaterialscontrolincludesmaterialplan,materialpurchase,materialkeepinganddelivery;materialtransportation,qualitycontrolandsupervisethesitewarehousesituations.

材料經(jīng)理：負責(zé)項目的材料控制工作，包括物資計劃、采購、保管與發(fā)放，材料的運輸、質(zhì)量控制，對現(xiàn)場材料庫存狀況的監(jiān)控。QualityManager:Techniquemanagement,Qualitysupervisionandconstructionmanagement.Inchargeofsupervisingofthequalitypolicyandregulationsexecutionduringthecontractperiodinordertoguaranteethequalityaspertherequirementofdesignandconstructionacceptancecode.

質(zhì)量經(jīng)理：技術(shù)、質(zhì)量監(jiān)督及施工，負責(zé)在合同項目中正確貫徹公司的質(zhì)量方針和質(zhì)量手冊，保證工程質(zhì)量符合設(shè)計及施工驗收規(guī)范要求。Projectcontrolmanager：Beresponsibleforprogresscontrol,completingworkschedule,dynamicmanagementandmonitoringchangesofworkprogress,materialsandlaborhourstoprovidetechnologyassistanceforthemodificationofprogressschedule.進度控制經(jīng)理：負責(zé)項目部的進度控制，按照管理公司的進度要求制訂相關(guān)的工作進度計劃，動態(tài)管理和監(jiān)督施工進度、材料和人工時的變化，為項目部調(diào)整進度計劃提供技術(shù)支持。PREPARATIONOFCONSTRUCTION施工準(zhǔn)備TechnicalPreparation技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備Priortotheformalconstruction,thechiefengineershallorganizetheengineeringtechnicians,constructionstaffsandthequalityinspectorstoacquaintthemselveswiththedrawings,makeself-checkofthedrawingsandmakeself-checkrecords.Attendthedrawingjointcheckupofthedrawingsanddesignexplanationmeetingorganizedbytheclient.Iftherewereissuesunderdrawingcheckingprogress,communicatewiththedesigninstitutiontoreachreconcileeachother,Allthesettledproblemsshallbedocumentedandsignedbyeachpartyasamendmentfiles.在正式施工之前，項目總工程師組織工程技術(shù)人員、施工人員、質(zhì)量管理人員熟悉圖紙，進行圖紙自審，并作好自審記錄。參加由業(yè)主組織的圖紙會審、設(shè)計交底，同時把圖紙自審中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題與設(shè)計院進行溝通，達成共識，解決了的問題要形成書面文件，并進行幾方的簽字認可，作為設(shè)計補充文件。Basingonthedesigndrawingandconstructionacceptancecode,organizeengineeringtechnican,QA/QAsupervisor,managingstaff,safetystaffandpurchasingstafftodeveloptheconstructionorgnazitionexcutionplan.ThensubmittoEPCMCompanyforreviewandapproval.AfterreleaseoftheplanbyEPCMCompany,distributethedocumentstodepartmentswhichareinvolvedin.Makesureeachconstructionmethodofthisprojectisclearlyunderstoodinordertosuccessfullycompleteconstructionintime.依據(jù)設(shè)計圖紙及施工驗收規(guī)范組織工程技術(shù)人員、質(zhì)量檢查人員、施工管理人員、安全人員、材料供應(yīng)人員編制施工組織設(shè)計，并上報管理公司及監(jiān)理公司進行審批，批準(zhǔn)后下發(fā)各管理部門進行認真學(xué)習(xí)，吃透每一項工程的施工方法，保質(zhì)保量按時完成施工任務(wù)。OrganizeTechnicalExplanation:Theexplanationmustbecomprehensiveincludingconstructionprocedure,method,mainpointandnoticeofeachsubiteminordertomakesuretheconstructionwillbeperformedinorderandwillnotbereworked.Clearlyexplainandshowthedifficultconstructionmethodswhicharenotfollowedbyconstructionpeople.Theeffectivemethodcomingfromtherealpractiseshouldbespreaded.Thepeoplewhoattendtheexplainationshouldhavewrittenrecord.Theconstructionstaffshallnotbegintheirworkuntiltheymasterdesignideas.

組織技術(shù)交底：技術(shù)交底工作必須是全面的，包括每一分項工程的施工順序、作業(yè)方法、要點、注意事項，確保所有從事施工管理的人員及施工操作人員都明了工作程序、方法，作到工作有條不紊，不做返工活，保證工程質(zhì)量及工程進度的全面執(zhí)行。對于操作人員不明了的施工方法要詳細加以解釋，并在現(xiàn)場作示范以使其明了；對于在溝通過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的行之有效的好方法加以采納，對所有參與接受交底的人員要有書面記錄。施工班組必須在接受技術(shù)交底并領(lǐng)會設(shè)計意圖后才能施工。Maketheconstructiondrawingsbudgetbasedontheconstructiondrawingsandconstructionmethodandfinishtheconstructionbudgetusedtoguideconstruction.Calculateconstructionquantityofeachsub-worksanddevelopmaterial,constructiontoolsandequipmentprocurementplanforthepreparationofthisproject.Theaboveworksarecommencedandperformedinorderastheplannow.與此同時根據(jù)施工圖紙，施工方案、作業(yè)措施方法編制施工圖預(yù)算和用于指導(dǎo)施工的施工預(yù)算，計算各分項工程實物量及原材料需用量，提出材料、施工機具、設(shè)備需要量計劃供材料供應(yīng)部門進行采購、租賃，為開展施工作好前期的準(zhǔn)備工作，目前這些工作已陸續(xù)展開，并按計劃進行。Organization組織準(zhǔn)備Afterourproposalisaccepted,setuptheProjectDepartmentimmediately,makegoodconstructionpreparation.Takeadvantageofourcompany’ssuperioritytomeettheprojectrequirementsforlaborandmachinery.Allpeopleofthisprojectareinpositiontoperformtheirrespectiveobligationatpresent.組建項目經(jīng)理部，進行詳細分工并做好施工準(zhǔn)備，利用本公司優(yōu)勢，從勞動力、機械上確保本工程的需要，目前項目部所有人員已就位，正各司其職展開工作。SitePreparation現(xiàn)場準(zhǔn)備Accordingtothegenerallayouttoarrangethetemporaryfacilities,suchassiteoffice,storage,exposedyard,structureshopandtowercraneetc.Theirexactlocationswillbesubjecttotheapprovalofthemanagementcompany.

施工測量：根據(jù)業(yè)主代表移交的現(xiàn)場控制點，進行控制方格網(wǎng)的施測，施測完成報請監(jiān)理公司及當(dāng)?shù)販y量部門進行檢查，確認無誤方可交付使用。施工期間要對控制點做好保護，防止機械和車輛造成的損壞。定期復(fù)測現(xiàn)場控制點的位置和標(biāo)高。Preparationfortheseasonalconstruction:Theconstructionperiodisevenasthelocalrainyseason.Sothetemporarydewartingfacilitiesshouldbeequippedsufficiently.Purchaseanti-watercoveringformaterialsinadvance.

做好季節(jié)性施工準(zhǔn)備：本工程施工高峰正逢雨季，為此現(xiàn)場要作好臨時排水措施，材料要作好防雨淋覆蓋工作，相應(yīng)的材料須提前采購。LaborOrganization勞動力組織Establishsystematicprojectorganizationchartandensuretheworkpostsarecomplete,managementistightandtheresponsibilitiesareclearlyclassifiedtoensuretheprogressofthework.

建立系統(tǒng)的項目管理組織機構(gòu)，保證崗位齊全，管理細致，職責(zé)分明，確保工作的有效開展。Inaccordancewiththecommencementandcompletiondatedescribedintheschedule,e.g.absoluteworkperiod,arrangethemanpowerinvarioustradeswithrequiredquantitytoensuretheappropriatemanpowersupplyandmobilizetimely.

測角：由全站儀兩測回取平均值，測角中誤差≤±4"。BasedonthealtitudecontrolpointsbeingprovidedbyMWP,setupacertainnumberofaltitudecontrolpointsaroundthebuildingstomeasureandsurveytheelevationofbuilding,architectureandequipmentfoundation.Theelevationpointsoffloorshigherthan2ndfloorshallbesetwithsteelrulers,theestablishmentofelevationpointsshallbemeasuredpreciselyfrom±0.00everytime(note:thesteelrulersshouldkeepinverticaldirectionstrictlytoguaranteetheprecisionoftheelevationtransmission).

根據(jù)管理公司移交的高程控制點，在建筑物周圍引測若干高程控制點，以這些高程控制點為基礎(chǔ)進行建筑物、構(gòu)筑物、設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)的標(biāo)高測設(shè)。二層以上樓層標(biāo)高使用鋼尺引測，每次以±0.00起向上精密丈量，注意測設(shè)時須保證鋼尺的垂直，不能斜著拉尺，以保證標(biāo)高傳遞的準(zhǔn)確。Duringconstruction,arrangespecialfull-timepeopletocheckthecoordinateandelevationofcontrolpointsinregularlytoavoidexecutingbymistakeduetomovingfromtheequipmentorvehicles.

施工期間測量專職人員定期檢測控制點的坐標(biāo)和標(biāo)高，以防止長久機械車輛運行或碰撞引起控制點移動而誤用。Thetypeofthecontrolpileasthefollowingdrawing.ThepileshallbeusedconcreteC15,theembeddeddepthshallbe600mm,andtheTHK6mmsteelplateandrebar16shallbeembeddedonthetopofthepile.
