軌道交通發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及規(guī)劃PresentSituationandPlanningofRailTransitDevelopment我國(guó)鐵路發(fā)展長(zhǎng)期制約我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展China’srailwaydevelopmenthaslongrestrictedoursocialandeconomicgrowth.軌道交通發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及規(guī)劃PresentSituationandPlanningofRailTransitDevelopment鐵路“十一五”規(guī)劃The11thFive-YearPlanofrailways

依據(jù)我國(guó)中長(zhǎng)期鐵路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃,“四縱四橫”客運(yùn)專(zhuān)線(xiàn)長(zhǎng)度達(dá)到12000kmAccordingtoChina’slongandmedium-termplanforrailwaynetwork,dedicatedFourVerticalandFourHorizontalpassengerrailwaysareaslongas12,000km.1.軌道交通發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及規(guī)劃PresentSituationandPlanningofRailTransitDevelopment鐵路投資規(guī)模估計(jì)Estimatedscaleofrailwayinvestment按照規(guī)劃,2009年,我國(guó)還將批準(zhǔn)新建鐵路里程1萬(wàn)公里左右、投資規(guī)模1萬(wàn)億元;2010年,將再批準(zhǔn)新建鐵路里程1萬(wàn)公里、投資規(guī)模1萬(wàn)億元。Accordingtotheplan,in2009,Chinawillapproveconstructionofanadditional10,000kmrailwaymileageorso,involvinginvestmentscaleof1TrillionRMB;in2010,itwillfurtherapprove10,000kmrailwaymileage,involvinginvestmentscaleof1TrillionRMB.2009年鐵道部計(jì)劃報(bào)批項(xiàng)目投資規(guī)模突破1萬(wàn)億元。當(dāng)年要花出去的錢(qián)約7000億元,其中基本建設(shè)投資計(jì)劃安排6000億元,還有其他的一些機(jī)器設(shè)備、固定資產(chǎn)投資將近1000億元。另外,2009年和2010年兩年計(jì)劃安排機(jī)車(chē)車(chē)輛購(gòu)置投資3000億元左右。In2009,MinistryofRailwaysplanstoreportforapprovalofprojectsinvolving1TrillionRMBinvestment.Intheyear,about700BillionRMBisplannedtobespent,amongwhich600BillionRMBwillbearrangedforinvestmentininfrastructures,andnearly100BillionRMBforinvestmentinmachineryequipmentandfixedassets.Moreover,in2009and2010,theMinistryplanstoarrangeapproximately300BillionRMBtopurchaselocomotives.
