進入施工現(xiàn)場作業(yè)的人員應(yīng)具備相應(yīng)的施工資質(zhì);Personnelpreparation:afterenteringontositeandpriortoworking,carryoutsafetytrainingtoallconstructionpersonnelandclarifyalltechnicaldetails;4.2.2對進入現(xiàn)場作業(yè)人員進行安全培訓(xùn)和施工技術(shù)交底;Thepersonwhoenterintositeanddoconstructionworkwillbetrainedinthesafetyandacceptedtechnicalclarification.4.3材料準備Preparationformaterial4.3.1 根據(jù)合同內(nèi)容和施工圖紙資料,準確的提出施工主材和消耗性材料用量以及時開展采購工作;Materialpreparation:sinceshortconstructionperiodandtighttime,itshallaccuratelyworkoutprimaryconstructionmaterialandconsumptionsaccordingtocontractanddrawingtotimelycarryoutprocurement;4.3.2本工程中,管廊上電纜橋架(600mm以上)采用熱鍍鋅鋼質(zhì)托盤式,B204廠區(qū)內(nèi)電纜橋架(600mm)采用熱鍍鋅鋼質(zhì)托盤式,電氣橋架(300mm)采用熱鍍鋅鋼質(zhì)梯架式,儀表橋架(300以下)采用不銹鋼格柵式。B252廠區(qū)內(nèi)電氣橋架(300mm)以上使用梯架,以下使用隔柵式橋架,儀表橋架(300mm)以上使用托盤式橋架、以下使用隔柵式橋架。其中電纜橋架(600mm及以上)由業(yè)主供應(yīng),電纜橋架(600mm以下)由承包商供應(yīng);Inthisproject,equaltoandmorethan600mmhotgalvanizedsteelcabletraywillbeadoptedontheoutsidepiperackand600mmhotgalvanizedcabletraywillbeinstalledforelectricaland300mmhotgalvanizedcableladderwillbeinstalledforelectrical,300mmstainlesssteelgridcabletrayforinstrumentinsideroominB204area;cableladderwillbeusedinmorethan300mmandstainlesssteelgridtraywillbeusedinequalandless300mmforelectricalinB252area;channeltraywillbeusedinmorethan300mmandstainlesssteelgridtraywillbeusedinequalandless300mmforinstrumentinB252area;cabletray(600mmandabove)willbesuppliedbytheowner,less600mmcabletraywillbepurchasedbycontractor.4.3.3 installation,thetopcabletrayshallbecoveredwithplate;６、橋架施工工序Cabletrayinstallationprocedure施工準備施工準備Preparationforinstallation支架預(yù)制支架預(yù)制Supportpre-fabrication支架安裝Supportinstallation支架安裝Supportinstallation橋架預(yù)制橋架預(yù)制Cabletraypre-fabrication橋架安裝橋架安裝Cableinstallation接地線安裝Earthlingwireinstallation接地線安裝Earthlingwireinstallation７、施工詳細描述Installationdescription7.1施工準備詳見第4條;PreparationforInstallationseeaboveitem47.2橋架支架預(yù)制Supportofcabletraypre-fabrication7.2.1根據(jù)橋架施工圖,合理安排橋架支架安裝位置,標注好橋架支架安裝的具體位置,計算出每根支架的尺寸,在事先選好的C型鋼材上標出相應(yīng)的位置;標出后統(tǒng)一拿到預(yù)制場地加工,嚴禁在現(xiàn)場加工支架.對于裝納電纜容量大的橋架應(yīng)選用背靠背疊在一處的C型鋼支架,增強支架強度;Wewillarrangethereasonablelocationofsupportofcabletrayandmakelabelwhenweinstallitaccordingtocabletraydrawing,WewillalsocalculateeachsupportsizeanddrawdetailpositionintheCsteelweselectedinadvance.Afterfinishingpositioninthecsteel,supportwillbemadeinthepre-fabricationshopandavoidmakingsupportintheinstallationsite.DoubleCsteelsupportofbackagainstbackinstalledisadoptedforheavyloadcableinthecabletrayinordertoreinforcestrength.7.2.2切割時用砂輪切割機切割,嚴禁動用氣焊、電焊切割,然后清除毛刺,并打磨光滑;Abrasivecuttingmachinewillbeusedtocutsupportofcabletrayanditisforbiddentouseweldingmachinetocut.afterfinishingcutting,removingburrsandmakeitsmooth.7.2.3對預(yù)制加工部位噴上鍍鋅漆,并對預(yù)制好支架做好標識;Galvanizedlacquerwillbesprayedintheprocessedpartofsupport,signwillbemadeandputintheprocessedsupport.7.3橋架支架安裝;Installationforsupportofcabletray7.3.1對于建筑物內(nèi)安裝的橋架,應(yīng)在橋架末端和變高處先安裝橋架支架;Theendandelbowpositionofcabletrayaswellastheplaceheightvariedwillbeinstalledsupportfirstaccordingtodesignrequirement.7.3.2然后在同一水平長度段,以不超過20m為一間隔先安裝首尾兩個立柱,然后拉一直線,以此線為參照安裝中間其它立柱;Each20Mofcabletrayfirstlyinstalltwohangingbracketforthebothendinthesamehorizontallengthofcabletray,thendrawastraightline,refertothisstraitline,othersupportcanbeinstalledbetweenthesetwohangingbracket.7.3.3對于安裝在鋼結(jié)構(gòu)上的支架,直接用卡扣卡在鋼結(jié)構(gòu)上,用螺栓緊固,不得焊接;Supportinstalledinthesteelstructurewillbeusedclampandbolttoinstallnotallowtowelding.7.3.4吊頂安裝在樓面的支架,先標出需要打眼部位,用沖擊電錘鉆出合適的孔洞,經(jīng)過內(nèi)膨脹螺栓固定預(yù)制好的支架;Ifbracketneedtoinstallinthestructureceiling,firstlydrawholepositionandmakeholewithelectricpunchhammerdrill,thenbracketbefixedbyexpansionbolt.橋架預(yù)制Cabletrayprefabrication7.4.1橋架預(yù)制都在預(yù)制場地進行,預(yù)制橋架過程中,只允許用切割機進行切割,嚴禁用電焊、氣焊切割,切割完后清楚毛刺并打磨光滑;thecabletraywillbeprefabricatedintheprefabricationshop.abrasivecuttingmachinewillbeusedtocutprefabricatedcabletrayanditisforbiddenusingweldingmachinetocut.afterfinishingcutting,removingburrsandmakeitsmooth.7.4.2Galvanizedlacquerwillbesprayedintheprocessedpartofcabletray.對于鍍鋅橋架,應(yīng)在預(yù)制處噴涂鍍鋅漆;7.4.3不準用電焊直接把兩段橋架焊在一起;Itisforbiddentoconnecttwocabletraywithweldingmethod.7.5橋架安裝Installationforcabletray7.5.1橋架安裝前應(yīng)盡量在地面進行預(yù)組裝;對于管廊處大跨距橋架,直接在支架上安裝;Thecabletraywillbeassembledinthefloorasbestaswecanbeforeinstallation.7.5.2在地面預(yù)組裝完后,將橋架架上托臂,把橋架調(diào)整水平,然后用壓板固定;Afterfinishingassemble,cabletraywillbeputonthebracketarm,thenmakelevelingandfixedbyclampingplate.7.5.3橋架固定應(yīng)牢固,連接無錯邊,連接板螺栓應(yīng)緊固且螺母應(yīng)位于橋架槽的外側(cè),螺帽應(yīng)安裝在內(nèi)側(cè)。Thecabletraywillbefirmlyfixed,thereisnochangeintheconnectionjoint;boltwillbetightenintheconnectionplateandnutwillbeoutsideinthecabletray,headofboltwillbeinsideinthecabletray.7.5.4連接螺栓前應(yīng)在螺栓上噴上防卡劑;Beforeconnectingbolt,antiblockagentwillbesprayedinthebolt.7.5.5同一水平面橋架水平度要一致、無變形,多層橋架間距應(yīng)保持一致;Thehorizontalityshouldbethesameinthesamehorizontalandnodeformation;Thedistanceofcabletraybetweenlayershouldkeepthesame.7.5.6橋架穿越樓板洞、墻洞,應(yīng)用防火膠泥密封;Cabletraythroughfloorholeandwallhole,fireproofclaywillbeusedtosealholeaftercabletobelaid.橋架接地線敷設(shè)Layingearthlingwireofcabletray.7.6.1橋架安裝完后,應(yīng)對橋架做接地處理,詳見第5.5條Aftercabletraybeinstalled,earthlingofcabletraywillbedoneaccordingtotechnicalrequirement.seeitem5.5８、施工注意事項及措施Constructionprecautionandmeasurementtobetaken8.1SPCII電纜橋架安裝大部分是在生產(chǎn)與施工的環(huán)境下同時進行,務(wù)必要求所有進入生產(chǎn)區(qū)域現(xiàn)場施工的人員不得接觸任何與施工無關(guān)的設(shè)備,而且嚴禁碰撞生產(chǎn)設(shè)備、管線,施工用的材料只能堆放在指定的場所,當日施工結(jié)束后,必須清掃干凈;InSPCIIproject,cabletraybeinstalledisunderproductionandoperationenvironmentinthesameworkshop,Itisrequiredthatallconstructionpeoplecannottouchanyirrespectiveequipmentwithconstructionandforbiddentohitanyproductionequipmentandpipe.Thematerialusingforconstructiononlyputappointedsite.Workfinishedeveryday,constructionsiteshouldbecleaned.8.2生產(chǎn)區(qū)域內(nèi)介質(zhì)都為有毒的液體、氣體或粉末狀物質(zhì),在建筑物內(nèi)生產(chǎn)區(qū)域施工時,應(yīng)設(shè)置警戒線,只能在規(guī)定的警戒線范圍內(nèi)施工;從管廊進入B204區(qū)域橋架施工時,應(yīng)在施工區(qū)域內(nèi)搭設(shè)防護欄,而且派專人看管,施工時嚴禁動用電焊或氣焊;Therearealotofpoisonousgasandliquidmaterialinproductionarea,guardinglinewillbesetupinconstructionareaofinsidebuilding.Constructiononlybemadewithinstatedguardingline.WhencabletraybeinstalledfromoutsidepiperackintoB204area,guardrailwillbeestablishedinthisconstructionareaandshouldhavepersontobeincharge.Weldingwillbeprohibitedintheconstruction.8.3在防爆區(qū)域內(nèi)施工時,要求所有施工用電器設(shè)備都具有防爆功能,所用的臨時施工電源要求使用防爆插座,并配置防爆插頭;Whenconstructionmadeintheanti-detonationarea,Itisrequ
