Ofthesixprojectsusingmid-sizeturbinesin2019,2020,and2021,atleastfourarerefurbishedmodels.In2021,smallwindretrofitsrepresented42%oftotalinstalledsmallwindcapacity.?In2021,utilitycustomersaccountedforthemajorityofthetotaldistributedwindcapacity
