DESIGNCRITERIAThecolorandpatternofvinylfloorcoveringshallbecoordinatedwiththeoveralldesignscheme;i.e.thatofthewallandceilingcolorsanddesign.TheOwner/Purchasercanrequesttousealternativecolortilestorealizeschematicdecorationswithoutaffectingthetotalcostofthejob.TheOwner/Purchaserwillchooseamonglaidsamples(inpropermock-upsthatwillbebuiltbytheContractor)toconfirmthecolorsandthedesignschemes.QUALITYASSURANCEThePVCfloorshallbesuppliedbyapprovedmanufacturer.TheproductsshallcomplywithrelevantNationalStandardsandCodesofPractice(China),andAuthorityrequirements.Theinstallershallhaveaminimumoffive(5)yearsofdocumentedexperienceofsuccessfulcompletionofsimilarproject.
