AccordingtotherequirementsofJBH[2006]No.136issuedbyformerMinistryof

Construction"NoticeonPrintingtheDevelopmentandRevisionPlanofNationalEngineering

ConstructionStandardsin2006(secondbatch)",thisCodeisherebyestablishedbyChinaFirst

MetallurgicalGroupCo.,Ltd.jointlywithrelatedcompanies.

DuringestablishmentoftheCode,thepreparationgrouphasstudiedrelatedcurrentnational

laws,regulationsandstandards;madeextensiveandin-depthinvestigation;concludedmanyyears

experienceintheinstallationofhydraulic,lubricationandpneumaticsystemwithregardsto

metallurgicalmechanicalequipment;widelysoughttheadvicefromrelatedcompaniesandexperts;

repeatedlydiscussed,revisedandenhancedtheprovisionsoftheCode;andfinalizedthistextupon

review.

TheCodeconsistsofninechapterswiththemaincontentsasfollows:generalprovisions;basic

requirements;equipmentandmaterialmobilization;equipmentinstallation;pipefabricationand

installation;pipeflushing,purgingandpressuretest;commissioninga專用ndtestrun;pipepainting,and

safetyandenvironmentalprotection.

Inordertoaccommodatethedevelopmentofmetallurgicalindustryandguaranteethe

qualityandsafetyofengineeringconstructionofmetallurgicalmechanicalhydraulic,lubricationand

pneumaticequipment,thisCodeisherebyestablished.

1.0.2

ThisCodeshallbeapplicabletotheinstallationofequipmentandpipeformetallurgical

mechanicalhydraulicsystem,pneumaticsystem,oillubricationsystem,lubricationsystem,oilmist

lubricationsystem,sliding-bearinghydrostaticoilsupplysystem,processlubricationsystem.

Theengineeringconstructionofmetallurgicalmechanicalhydraulic,lubricationand

pneumaticequipmentshallnotonlymeettherequirementsofthisCodebutalsomeetrelated

currentnationalstandards.

2BasicRequirements

2.0.1

Theconstructioncontractorconcerningmetallurgicalmechanicalhydraulic,lubricationand

pneumaticequipmentshallpossessthecorrespondingqualificationofengineeringconstruction.The

constructionpersonnelshallbequalifiedupontrainingandmasterthecorrespondingsafe

operationalskills.Theworkersofspecialworktypeshallholdrelatedcertificates.

2.0.2

Incaseofrevisionofdesigndrawings,thedesignmodificationnoticefromthedesign

companyortechnicalconfirmationattestationshallbeobtainedinadvance.

2.0.3

Themeasuringinstrumentstobeusedduringequipmentinstallationshallbeaccurately

calibratedbymeasurementidentification,withtheiraccuracyclassmeetingtherequirementfor

accuracycontrolofcorrespondingequipmentinstallation.

2.0.4Theweldersengagedintheconstructionofhydraulic,lubricationandpneumaticequipment

shallpasstheexaminationandholdthequalificationcertificateandcarryoutweldingworkswithinthe

scopespecifiedbytheexaminationhe/shepassed.

2.0.5

Duringinstallation,thesemi-finishedandfinishedproducts專用shallbeunderprotectionand

theequipmentshallnotbedamaged.

2.0.6

Priortoconstruction,thedrawingsshallbesubjecttoselfreviewandjointreview,andthe

constructionorganizationdesignormethodstatementshallbepreparedandapprovedbythe

technicaldirectoroftheproject.Priortoconstruction,thetechnicaldiscussionshallbecarriedout

andtheconstructionsiteshallbeprovidedwithcorrespondingconstructiontechnicalstandard.

2.0.7

Priortoequipmentinstallation,theplantshallbebasicallycompletedandreadyforequipment

installation.Thesiteshallbeprovidedwithwaterandpowersupply,operationplatformandspaceas

wellassmoothtransportationroad.

2.0.8

Theconstructionshallbecarriedoutaccordingtospecifiedprocess.Aftercompletionof

eachprocedure,self-inspection,specialinspectionandinspectionbysupervisorshallbecarriedout,

withcorrespondingrecordbeingmade.Ifthepreviousprocedurehasnotpassedinspection,the

followingprocedureshallnotbecarriedout.Thehand-overinspectionshallbecarriedoutamong

relateddisciplines,withcorrespondingrecordbeingmade.

2.0.9

Thesecondarygroutingandotherconcealedworksshallbequalifieduponinspectionby

relatedcompany,人人文庫aswellasbeingtimelyconcealed,withcorrespondingrecordbeingmade.

Secondarygroutingshallbecarriedoutaccordingtorelatedrequirementsofcurrentnational

GeneralCodeforConstructionandAcceptanceofMechanicalEquipmentInstallation

standard

2.0.10

Thedivisionandacceptanceofsubdivisionalworks,sub-unitworksandunitworksof

constructionofmetallurgicalmechanicalhydraulic,lubricationandpneumaticequipmentshallmeetrelated

CodeforEngineeringInstallationAcceptanceof

requirementsofthecurrentnationalstandard

MetallurgicalMechanicalHydraulicLubricationandPneumaticEquipment

,(GB50387).

3MobilizationofEquipmentandMaterials

3.1EquipmentMobilization

3.1.1

Asforequipmentmobilization,itisrequiredtopreparetheplanforequipmentmobilization

andorderlyorganizethemobilization.

3.1.2

Theequipmentshallbesubjecttoopenpackageinspectionandmeetthefollowingrequirements:

Undertheorganizationoftheowner,consultantcompany,manufacturer(orsupplier)and

constructioncontractorshallparticipateintheopenpackageinspection.

Thesiteforopenpackageinspectionshallbecleanandprotectedagainstrainanddust.

3

Theequipmentshallbecountedaccordingtothepackinglist,withtheirmodelsandspecifications

checkedaccordingtodesigntechnicaldocuments.

4

Thesurfaceofequipmentshallbecheckedandfreeofdefects,deformationorrust.The

exposedoilandgasoutletsshallbesealedandprotected.Thepressureindicatorforthetankwith

inflationprotectionshallindicatepositivepressure.

Theequipmentshallbeaccompaniedwiththequalityqual專用ificationdocument,whilethe

importedequipmentshallbeprovidedwiththecommodityinspectioncertificate.

Itisrequiredtocountandregisterthedocumentationattachedwiththepacking,spare

partsandspecialtools.

Itisrequiredtorecordtheopenpackageinspectionresultsandhandletheproceduresfor

equipmenthand-over.

3.2MaterialMobilization

3.2.1

Formaterialmobilization,thematerialplanshallbepreparedinadvance,andthematerial

mobilizationshallbeorganizedaccordingtotheprojectscheduling.

3.2.2

Thematerialshallbeinspectedandmeetthefollowingrequirementspriortomobilization:

Theex-factoryqualityqualificationdocumentsofrawmaterialsandstandardelementsshall

beinspected,andtheirtypes,specificationsandperformanceshallconformtotherequirementsof

thedesigntechnicaldocumentorrelatedcurrentnationalproductstandards.

2

Thequalityofactualrawmaterialsandstandardelementsshallbesubjecttorandomcheck

of1%ofthemate人人文庫rials(notlessthan5pieces)shallbecheckedperbatchandtype.Incasere-

inspectionisspecifiedinthedesigntechnicaldocumentorrelatedcurrentnationalstandards,there-

inspectionshallbeperformedasspecified.

Theunqualifiedrawmaterialsandstandardelementsshallbetimelyremovedfromthe

site.

3.2.3

Uponmobilization,therawmaterialsandstandardelementsshallbefreeofdefect,properly

kept,andstoredbycategory.

4EquipmentInstallation

4.1GeneralRequirements

4.1.1

Theequipmentcompletelyassembledandadjustedinthefactoryshouldnotbedisassembledat

sitebutinstalledasawhole.

4.1.2

Asfortheequipmentwhichissuppliedintheformofpartsandelements,theircleaningand

assemblyatsiteshallcomplywiththerequirementsofthedesigntechnicaldocumentorthecurrent

GeneralCodeforConstructionandAcceptanceofMechanicalEquipment

nationalstandard

InstallationEngineering

(GB50231).

4.1.3

Theconnectionofequipmentandpipesshallnotbecarriedoutbybruteforce.After

completionofconnection,itisrequiredtorecheckwhethertheinstallationaccuracyofthe

equipmentmeetstherequirement.

4.2EquipmentFoundation

4.2.1

Priortoequipmentinstallation,thefoundationshallbesubjectto專用hand-overandacceptance.The

equipmentfoundationwhichisnotsubjecttohand-overandinspectionshallnotbeusedforequipment

installation.Thehand-overandacceptanceofequipmentshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:

Thehand-overdatashallbecomplete.Thetestrecordforfoundationconcreteblockshall

becheckedandthefoundationstrengthshallcomplywiththerequirementofthedesigntechnical

document.

Thecoordinate,elevationanddimensionofthefoundationshallbeinspected.Thecoordinationand

elevationofanchorboltsshallallmeetrelatedrequirementsofthedesigntechnicaldocumentandthe

currentnationalstandardGeneralCodeforConstructionandAcceptanceofMechanicalEquipment

InstallationEngineering(GB50231).

Thelaitance,greasydirt,brokenstones,soilandwatershallbecompletelyremovedfrom

thefoundationsurfaceandthepreformedholesforanchorbolts.

4

Theembeddedanchorboltsshallbefreeofdamageandprotectedwithgreaseonits

thread.

4.3BaseLineandBasePointforEquipmentInstallation

4.3.1

Beforetheequipmenteretion,thebaselineandbasepointshallbesetforitsinstallation

andshallcomplywiththefollowingrequirements:

Thearrangementofbaselinesandbasepointsshallbepreparedinaccordancewiththe

constructiondrawingandsurveyingcontrolnetwork,andthenthepositionsofthecentralguide

boardandbasepointsshallbedetermined.

2

Thecentermarksandbasepointsshallbearrangedaccordingtothearrangementdrawing.

3

Thesurveyingassignmentshallbetransmittedtothesurveyor.

4

Thesurveyingpersonnelshallcarryoutsurveying,shaftplumbingandsettingoutand

finallyaccomplishthesurveyingworks.

Thesurveyorshallsubmitthereportofsurveyingresultstorelatedsuperiorsandalsohand

overthebaselinesandbasepointstotheinstallationconstructionpersonnelatsite.

4.4AnchorBolt

4.4.1

Theinstallationofanchorboltsintothepreformedholesshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:

Thepreformedholesshallbecleaned,withtheirsizeanddepthincompliancewiththe

requirementsofthedesigntechnicaldocument.

Thegreasydirtandscaleshallberemovedfromanchorbolts.

3

Incaseofinstallation,theanchorboltsshallbesetvertically,andanypartofthemshallbe

morethan15.0mmawayfromthewallofthecorrespondingholesandkeptclearanceofthebottom

ofthecorrespondinghole.Aftertheequipmenthasbeenpreliminarilyalignedandlevelled,some

clearanceshouldbeleftbetweentheanchorboltsandtheboltholesfortheequipment.

Aftertheequipmenthasbeenpreliminarilyalignedandleveled,thepreformedholesshall

begroutedwithconcreteinaccordancewiththerequirementsofthedesigntechnicaldocumentor

thecurrentnationalstandardGeneralCodeforConstructionandAcceptanceofMechanical

EquipmentInstallationEngineering(GB50231).

Afterthestrengthofgroutingmaterialsforpreformedholesmeetsthedesignrequirement,

itisrequiredtoaccuratelyaligntheequipmentandtightentheanchorbolts.

4.4.2專用

Theinstallationofexpansionanchorboltsshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:

Theexpansionanchorboltsmustnotbeusedinpreformedholesorattheplacewith

cracks.

2

Theconcreteforfoundationtobeequippedwithexpansionanchorboltsshallguaranteethe

strengthnotlessthan10MPa.

Thepositionsofboreholesshallbedeterminedaccordingtothedesigntechnicaldocument

andtheanchorboltholesfortheequipment.Thedistancebetweenthecentrallineofholeandthe

edgeoffoundationmustnotbelessthanseventimesofnominaldiameterofexpansionbolt.The

centrallineoftwoadjacentexpansionboltholesmustnotbelessthantentimesofnominal

diameterofexpansionbolt.Thedistancefromtheholebottomtothefoundationbottommustnot

belessthanthreetimesofnominaldiameterofexpansionboltandnotlessthan30mm.

Forinstallationofexpansionbolt,itisrequiredtoputtheboltwiththeexpansiontubeinto

theholeandinstallthetapersleeveforit,thenadjustitsheightandverticality,andfinallyfasten

andpositionitpreliminarily.Thecontactsurfacebetweentheexpansionboltandconcreteshallbe

freeofgreaseand人人文庫dirt.

Aftertheequipmenthasbeenaligned,theexpansionboltsshallbetightened.

4.5Shim

4.5.1

Thetotalareaofthebottomofshimgroupshallbecalculatedanddeterminedaccordingto

suchfactorsastheequipmentweightandproductionload,thetighteningforceofanchorbolts,and

thecompressivestrengthandsafetyfactoroffoundationconcrete.

4.5.2

Theshimshallbearrangedatmainstressedpartsoftheequipmentbase,preferablyoneor

bothside(s)nearbytheanchorbolts.Incasethatseamsexistontheequipmentbase,bothsides

shallbearrangedwithshim.Twoadjacentgroupsofshimsshouldkeepthedistanceofnotmore

than1,000mm,andthepartunderthebaseshallcoverthecenteroftheanchorbolt.

4.5.3

Aftertheequipmenthasbeenalignedandleveledandtheanchorboltshavebeentightened,

everygroupofshimsshallbecompressedtightly,whichcanbecheckedanddeterminedbylistening

tothesoundafterhammering.Theshimsforequipmentoperatingathighspeedorsubjecttoimpact

shallbecheckedwith0.05mmfeelergaugeatthesamecrosssectionofthem,andthetotallength

ofinsertedpartsatbothsidesmustnotbemorethan1/3oftotallengthoftheshim.After

completionofequipmentinstallation,everygroupofshimsshallbefirmlyconnectedtogetherby

tackwelding.

4.5.4

Themountingofshimsbygrindingshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:

Itisrequiredtoremovethelaitancefromthesurfaceofthefoundation,andthenchipand

grinditspartformountingshim.

Theshimsshallbemountedstablyandorderlywithuniformlydistributedcontactpoints

withthefoundation.Theshimsandtheequipmentbaseshallkeepingoodcontactwitheachother.

Onegroupofshimsshouldconsistofflatshimsandinclinedshims,withthequantitynot

morethanfivepiecesintotal.Theinclinedshimsshallbeputabovetheflatones.

4.5.5

Theconstructionprocessofinstallingshimswithbed-mortarmethodshallmeettherequirement

ofthedesigntechnicaldocument,orrelatedrequirementsofthecurrentnationalstandard

ConstructionandAcceptanceofMechanicalEquipmentInstallationEngineering

專用(GB50231)incaseof

norelatedrequirementinthedesigntechnicaldocument.

4.5.6

Iftherequirementforsettingofcushionblockisspecifiedinthedesigntechnicaldocument,itis

requiredtocomplywiththerequirementasspecified.

4.6OilTank

4.6.1

Theinstallationofoiltankshallcomplywiththefollowingrequirements:

Thelongitudinalandhorizontalcenterlinesshallbeadjusted,andthemeasurementby

plumbwireshouldbecarriedout,withtheallowabledeviationof10.0mm.

Theelevationshallbeadjusted,andthemeasurementbyopticalinstrumentorrulershould
