Firstly,inmostofthefamiliesinChinabothoftheparentshavetogooutforworkinordertoearnmoremoneytoprovidebetterenvironmentfortheirlovelychildren.Unfortunately,thiscausestheraremunicationbetweenthemandtheftchildren,sincetheseparentsalwaystakerestduringleisuretime.Theseparentsandchildrencannotknowdeeplyabouteachotherandfrictionwillappear.Secondly,parentswhoasktheirchildrentobeabsolutelyobedientisalsooneofthegravecausesofthegenerationgapbetweenthem!Theydonottrytomunicatewiththeirchildrenastheirequals.Thus,misinterpretationofthemmayeasilyoccur.
Tosolvetheseproblems,thebusyparentsshouldsacrificetheirsparetimetomunicatewiththeirchildrenactivelyandfriendlytoimprovetheirrelation.Atthesametime,theycanalsoobservetheirchildren'sbehavioratthesametimeinordertounderstandheirchildren'spersonalityasitcanreducethequarrelbetweenthem.Besidesthat,theparentsshouldtrytogiveuptheirabsolutepowerinfamilysoaslomaketheirchildrenfeelfreetochatwiththem.
